Ordered online for curbside pickup at 12:55pm. Called the number when I got there to have them deliver to my car. No answer after three calls. Went inside to inquire about my order even though it was curbside pickup. Waited fifteen minutes in line to be told that they were working on my order. Asked again ten minutes later and was told that they were bagging it up. Another ten minutes later I inquired again and was told that it wasn't ready. Had to cancel the order and go back to work hungry. Waited for 50 minutes after pickup time just to starve. Don't waste your time. Manager didn't care and seemed mad that I asked for a refund. Won't ever be back even though I was a long time customer. Thanks for making me starve at work Mcalisters. Still waiting on a refund. If I don't get it in the next day or so I'm going to show up in person to get my money back! Trying to figure out now how I was charged for food that was never given to me in the first place. Words can't describe how hangry I am now! After speaking with management, they have resolved my issue. Thank you for taking care of my complaint in a timely manner! This place is ridiculous! Placed an order for curbside pickup called and told them I was outside the lady informed me my order would be ready in 10 mins. I waited 30 mins for my order. Called to check on my order and all of a sudden they cant find it. Spoke to the manager and he was beyond rude! Told me I didn't place an order even though I had my online confirmation he still proceeded to tell me I didn't place an order. I will not return! read more

I have wanted to try their nachos but was a little Leary , they are really great ! I had mine to go , everything was wrapped up separate . The cold with the cold and a big cup of their chili comes to top off your chips then build your nachos yourself ! Love their chili ! The Nachos are so great ! Love the idea they tasted so fresh not soggy like if you order nachos to go from any where else ! So far I've been almost 100% satisfied every time ! I'm very picky ! Have to throw out a 5 stars here, not really for the food (which is pretty decent) but for the management. One thing I've always noticed about McAlister's is that the management is very active in ensuring you have a good experience. Normally see them roaming the floor inquiring about peoples meals and if everything is up to par. This one wasn't that, it was a to go order. But while waiting I had the manager come up to me and let me know that he was sorry for the wait but it would be a bit longer as he was not happy with the quality of the Spud Max and they were re-making it. That kinda floored me because most places would just be "Eh, give it to em, they'll eat it" but I felt it was above and beyond regular service and shows their dedication to quality. Sure I had to wait a bit longer, but I also didn't go home to open up my spud and have it be crappy. read more

Eh. I appreciate the variety of lunch options and the friendly staff. However, the sandwiches are just ok and the wait for a to-go order, if you don't call ahead, is somewhere around 15 minutes. That just seems a tad high for lunch. They do pack lunch orders really well e - I had a cup of veggie chili as part of my lunch order and the to-go cup was wrapped nicely in plastic wrap to help ensure it didn't spill in the bag. I'll go back for lunch but it's not really anything exciting. I much prefer the Jimmy Johns around the corner but I always feel like a giant cow after one of their mayo drenched, french bread stuffed veggie sandwiches. Now I'm hungry. read more

Nice clean place for a sandwich in midtown. Was working late, out the order in through the app, got the message right when it was supposed to be ready. AMAZING staff, especially LAUREN! We had to call in a large platter order with a 20 minute window for a wedding. I can say that I'm not sure how they made it happen. We thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches, and the wedding party was definitely grateful! Every detail was packed for us from utensils and tongs, to cups and lemons for our gallons of sweet tea (fresh brewed and warm :-) ). We were just visiting for the wedding, but should we ever find ourselves in this area again, this will be our chosen sandwich spot. Thank you, Lauren! You made the impossible happen!! Looking confused my friend and I asked the other register people if this person was coming back as we were ignored. I went McAlisters (2.15.19) to get a sandwich. I explained to the staff person that I had allergies. I looked at their website prior to leaving my residence. It has a list of side items to pick from. Because of my allergies the only thing I could have from the list of side items is soup. The staff member then tells me...there is a $2.00 additional charge for soup. This is NOT listed on their website. And because I'm smart I took a screenshot. Why should I have to pay extra because I'm allergic to the other side items??? McAlisters discriminates against individuals with allergies. I could understand "IF" I asked for a larger size soup. I find that McAlisters is shady. It's always hiding prices. I find that like most places they want to charge more for the healthier items however not tell you upfront. McAlisters is a chain, so the food is pretty standard across all locations. It is much better than picking up fast food, and is usually pretty affordable. I tend to get the french dip with a side of mac n cheese, or some variation of spud. (Spud tip: they use two baked potatoes in each one, so I usually eat half and save the rest for later!). I can't put my finger on it, but the few times I have visited I have always left underwhelmed. The food is just okay. The side salad on the Choose 2 is a generous portion. The 99 cent kids meal was a nice surprise. My son said his ham and cheese was okay, not his favorite. By far the best McAlister's location in the Tulsa area. We have been to this location many times and never have been disappointed. The food always comes out fresh and hot, the wait is minimal and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We have visited the 91st/Memorial location multiple times, but this is our preferred location. Highly recommend and our kids love the options available to them on the kid's menu. read more

I concur with Beau R's review. McAlister's is a good choice. I really like their french dip. The roast beef is really tender and flavorful. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken fajita spud, mostly because the bell peppers and onions weren't grilled. It is just a preference of my own, but I only like peppers and onions that are cooked. Overall everything I have had there is good. Aside from the food, I am a huge fan of their service. The manager there (Rob Maddox) is very very accommodating, he really does want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your meal. read more

I highly recommend this place. I eat here every now and then, and I've always had great food and great service. Even on busy days, I get my food pretty fast, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. I've been eating lunch at the 21st street McAlister's Deli in Tulsa almost weekly for the past month. Without a doubt they make the best club sandwich in Tulsa. The taste is delicious and the cost is very affordable. I've eaten at other high end restaurants that serve the club, but they don't compare in either taste, size or cost. In the past few months, this restaurant has really gone down hill. We live nearby and would frequently eat there but lately it seems the quality of food and service have taken a nose dive. I know there was a management change not too long ago, not sure if that had anything to do with the decline but hopefully they get it straightened out soon, I'd hate to see another nearby business go under. read more
