Came in for dinner & it was a good experience. When I walked up to the register I was acknowledged quickly & the woman working was incredibly friendly. I placed my order then took a seat inside. There were plenty of booths to choose from, I also noticed how spotless everything was. The tables were wiped down, there was no trash anywhere on the floor. My food came out very quickly & it was made accurately. The modifications I asked for on my salad were correct but I just had to ask for an extra dressing on the side. I tried the trick or treat cookie & really enjoyed it. Much like their other baked goods it was delicious, moist & fresh. The portion sizes are good at McAllister's but they're a bit on the pricier side. Overall this is a great location, it's everything you could ask for. The service here is always excellent. Gilly took our order and was very helpful with the app when I had questions. Very clean and relaxed inside the store. We had the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich with side of potato salad and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Sandwich was very good. The toasted jalapeño roll was warm and soft and delicious. Everything is as I would expect at a McAlister's deli except the portion sizes. I agree with other reviewers that they are not as much as they should be, especially having tried their other locations. Where this location stands out is that they have a drink bar with unlimited refills. Other newer locations do not allow you to refill yourself. I disagree with other reviewers in that the service is poor; ours was amazing. They had it out to us within 5 minutes and brought it to our table. We even got checked on while eating to ensure we were happy. The inside was also quite clean. There was one employee mopping one half of the lobby when we entered. Good except for the overwhelming amount of mustard that kept me from even tasting meat so I was not enjoying it at all. The cashier came over,saw I wasn't eating or happy and had the sandwich remade without the mustard for me . It was delicious. She Magen saved my meal. read more

Food was great, all the employees were very friendly, restaurant was super clean. 5 Star experience. I got the McAlister's Club, tomato cucumber salad, broccoli cheddar soup, brookie bar, and a sweet tea. This is the best McAlister's I've been to! read more

Just waited 20 min for a 1 sandwich to go order with no one in front of me. Had to ask and they could not find my order. Luckily had my receipt. Not returning. Chick fila next door is faster and better. read more

The worst experience ever 30 min wait after an hour inside still no food went to manager and they still couldn't us how long it would be out of time we asked for a refund .The manager did but kept the tax ?? For what waiting for over an hour and going away hungry ? There was no compensation offered. This place is doomed for failure .Don.t waste your time read more

If you order online and make any kind of customization, good luck. They pay no attention. My daughter and I have ordered many times and the order is ALWAYS wrong. She requests a pickle with every order. She has NEVER gotten one. She is a vegetarian and always orders a veggie sandwich. It is NEVER right and the last one she ordered had MEAT on it. After one particularly bad order I emailed the company to complain. They offered me some rewards points. No refund. So why do we keep ordering? On the rare occasion that they get it mostly right, the food is good. The sweet tea is great. The customer service sucks. At this point the bad seriously outweighs the good. read more

Food is good. However there's literally 25 people working there and you have to wait 20 minutes for your food. This has happened on both occasions I've gone. Definitely order for pickup instead of ordering there. Plus their parking is absolutely atrocious. Just funny how there's people who work there that are dancing while 8 people are crammed in a tiny space waiting for their food that they paid 40 dollars for when they ordered two sandwiches. And then they ask if you want to tip other than the food being good. Everything else is bad. and very expensive. read more

I've had McAlister's deli in a few different states. They tend to be a little on the skimpy side but this specific location takes skimpy to the extreme. Ordered a pick two which was basically supposed to be 2 1/2 sandwiches. Ended up getting two slivers they tried to disguise with double wrapping. I wonder if I should've purchased a kids meal as that may have been more food in the long run. The pickle spears I ordered must've skipped class as they were absent from my bag as well. I don't mind paying more for good food but also make sure the proportion to price ratio is reasonable. This location failed at that. Service was friendly I'll give them that. Restaurant is clean and inviting. Just train future employees to make sandwiches correctly and give the customers what they order after those are addressed you guys will be a winner in my book. read more

Food is alright, never complain about anything till now.. the first time I asked for extra pickles with my order (with a tip) I was given a problem. I even went inside to talk to the manager and he made a deal to give 4 extra pickles on top of what you normally get. NOW I don't even get that, today I went and got the normal Italian sandwich and when I asked for extra pickles the assistant manager gave me another problem like the last time, I even told him that I got a cup before like the whole past month! I told him give me a number for a bucket of pickles because I guess it cost the company money to give extra pickles.. never in my life have I ever complain or got mad over pickles... "the customer is always right" guess that doesn't exist anymore. All I'm asking for is just the cup that they normally put their potato salad in but I just want pickles in the cup.. also would like to add, every time I go for pickup I usually sit at the window for 5-15min even when it's not busy or packed! I shouldn't have to wait no more than 5 mins to get my food and get home, I have to almost turn up my loud speakers to get someone's attention! read more
