My daughter showed him the problem while I was away on business and after a short time Mr. Williams left telling my daughter that he would call me that evening. Mr. Williams never did despite my leaving four phone messages on the following three consecutive days. For whatever reason Mr. Williams was uninterested in addressing my problem. His lack of basic courtesy of calling as promised and refusing to respond to any of my subsequent three calls demonstrates that he is not customer service oriented. I would not work with a man who does not keep such basic promises as a call back. After waiting four days because I believe in courtesy, I had the work performed by Waterboy Plumbing and Well Service (570-578-0853) who were knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. They get five stars. Mike Williams deserves zero stars.

Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time. He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs. They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked.
