Folks started to trickle in and when the meal arrived no napkins or ketchup were provided. Our young lady waitress kept sitting in an area by the bar and was on her phone. We had 2 burgers delivered while our third person waited more than 15 minutes for their order. Not a good look if customer service is a priority at this establishment.

I was told they were adding a huge tv screen for all to watch your favorite sporting event. It was going to be a much more upscale way of having a cool sports bar for all to enjoy. The food was ok. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my wife and I had the Mexican style shrimp cocktail. They had $3 Coors Light, so that was cool. We sat upstairs and caught the second half of the Dallas Cowboy game. The Second Visit: Wow! They finished the "new" sports bar side and did a great job! The television is HUGE! So big that if you sit at the bar to watch it, you neck starts to hurt from looking up so much! This visit we had some Jack and Cokes, and a pretty cool mango Chamoy margarita topped with Tajin. Wife really liked that! I also ordered a Michelada which was one of the best I had. The bartender Damon was a cool ol' Navy veteran who had some stories! I was told, "They are just finishing." The waitress had no way of knowing this. She didn't go check. She didn't ask anyone and became offended when I asked, "How do you know that?". The food showed up 15 minutes later by the manager who wanted to discuss my comment. No apology for the over 20 minute wait from the time the order was put in. The arrogance and attitude of the help is all you need to know is what we tell you. Don't challenge our authority. The food isn't good enough to overcome this treatment. There is no ambiance. Only two other tables with guests both times I went. The help stays behind the bar talking amongst themselves.

The restaurant was very romantic, dim lighting , nice music and actually there were mostly couples dining there.
