Immediate care and reassurance for a frazzled traveler was given over the phone by the night manager and the day manager went out of her way on her own time to stop by the local FedEx place to overnight my purse back to me. There are human guardian angels in Mt. Shasta, and Jessica, Daisia, and Matthew are three of them! Saw a sign for this place and was a little leery as I did not want to get way off track in the mountains. But, it is right off the off ramp. They had bathrooms open to the public on the side as well as a portable toilet for crowds on weekends I guess. Pretty clean just a bit on the older side.
