Immediate care and reassurance for a frazzled traveler was given over the phone by the night manager and the day manager went out of her way on her own time to stop by the local FedEx place to overnight my purse back to me. There are human guardian angels in Mt. Shasta, and Jessica, Daisia, and Matthew are three of them! Had to pull off, get a hotel room and after 5 calls to mechanics, chanced it that these guys would help. Boy did they! No fuss, happy to help, gave the kids toys and had us back on the road in 10 minutes. They didn't hesitate to help me out and wouldn't charge me!! I really appreciate their help and excellent service. All other mechanics in town, take a lesson from these guys.

Although Chad was pretty swamped, he managed to fit my friend's car in in about an hour and not only filled the oil and alerted her to a big leak(and gave us pointers on how to keep on top of it for the drive home to San Francisco), but also vacuumed the floor of the front seat of the car. The other place in town we called took my number and didn't call back til the next day. No big, folks are busy, but I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found The Pit Stop. Thanks Chad!
