David said, "You might want to get that looked at." Then he told us that what we needed was "on aisle 8 in the store." There is no aisle 8. He was rude, unhelpful, and a real jerk when someone is coming up dealing with car problems. He should really stop and think about how he's treating people in his line of work. Yuck.

I was bracing for a huge bill, a huge delay, or both - small town, limited options, we all know the story. But after we dropped the car off and walked to breakfast, their tech called to inform us that while the flat couldn't be fixed, they had a lightly used tire in our size, and they could install it for a very fair price.
