On December 26, the day after Christmas, Gary informed me that the system had "magically" changed my order to just two headrests of the wrong type, necessitating yet another reorder. Today is January 11, 2025, and I still have no headrests. In two months, this ordeal will mark its one-year anniversary. We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.
