Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs. I drove back and they helped me with the new parts and helped me install it at the store. Old fashion expertise and friendly people. I wish I lived closer. Saved us again! We were having trouble with our dream maker spa and stopped to have our pump…read moretested. The guys were awesome confirmed the pump was worked and told us to check the fuse. We did and it worked! Needed a few replacement parts and they had those too. Expensive but these parts are hard to find and we needed them. They were very helpful! We won't go anywhere else.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

But each time we got the quote or had service this company was efficient, on time, and had good communication. Once he balanced the pool he explained what he added and answered any questions. It wouldn't go down and didn't do the job a pop-up does. The process goes very quickly. The pool is beautiful, turned out great, except the pool aerator was put up to close to the edge of the pool so it is crooked and askew and looks bad, very noticeable. Of course, they didn't have the attachment in when they had me sign off that everything was great. Still waiting to see what can be done to make it look better. Hopefully something! We did sign off on this ahead of time just want you to be prepared if you have anything in your current yard. So, you will have your funds. One warning when they have you sign off on them destroying your current yard meaning anything on the way to where you want your pool such as lighting, irrigation whatever is there believe them. They sub contract most things out and don't care when they're not up to standards as they already got paid. For how much I paid for this pool you would think they would care more but they don't. Honestly wish I could have gone with anyone else as they just don't seem to care. I almost went with Dolphin pools but felt slightly guilt tripped by the salesperson. Please do your research and hold them to a timeline if you go with them otherwise they will just take forever to fix anything or just ignore you.

You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.
