We were greeted by Jasmine and gave us the tour of their spas with spas with different sizes and options. One of the Spas worked for us and Jasmine gave us a great price . Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. Five outstanding individuals delivered and Spa was working perfectly. They took their time to demonstrate chemicals to maintain water clarity. Yes, Nick was outstanding! I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. He knew in minutes what I needed and supplied me the part. I discovered that I needed more parts to finish the jobs. I drove back and they helped me with the new parts and helped me install it at the store. Old fashion expertise and friendly people. I wish I lived closer. Saved us again! We were having trouble with our dream maker spa and stopped to have our pump…read moretested. The guys were awesome confirmed the pump was worked and told us to check the fuse. We did and it worked! Needed a few replacement parts and they had those too. Expensive but these parts are hard to find and we needed them. They were very helpful! We won't go anywhere else.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.

Sales man working referred us online to check specifics online to learn more about applicable options for each hot tub. What's the point of having a store if you can't go over options in person? You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.
