Service is terrible. Owner has kids doing work for them. They never use proper chemicals and to avoid spending money on chemicals despite their charging you they program your pool to be on cleaning mode 24/7 resulting in excessive electric bills and ware on systems. We found out that Doug the owner of Aqua pool co was robbing us and our clients. For example for a waterslide he told us it was 16,500 the person whom he uses told us its 11,000 so Doug is literally upcharging $5500!!! We went to doug and told him we were happy with him to make a profit if he wanted to no problem but half of the cost of the slide is robbery he told us nope he would not go lower so he is making $5500 on literally doing nothing!! Let me tell you another one, water slide repairs his guy is $2200 he is charging $7200!! Again another $5000 for nothing!! I have more, he installed a spa side remote and told us there was no where else to put it. He put it on a back wall that you actually can not even access, so to use the spa you have to somehow get to this back wall. When we went there we saw there was a existing spa side controller there. When asked about it he said "oh we didnt see it" we as in the guys he is paying because he doesnt do the work. So we tell him to please activate the correct one that is actually usable on the rocks.So he goes and does that even though I had to find it and tell him but he leaves the one on the wall. So now there are two and one randomly which he originally installed looking horrible. I have another one, he did water slide repairs on a job and and within weeks it was leaking again we send him back and he says oh this is not what we did now it will be another 7000 and its not under warranty. His service charges are $125 just to go there, when anyone else is $65. He will charge you 7-16k for a job and tell you that he pool will be cleaned and filled back in no time. Then he will call and say he does not include filling it back up or chemicals. Doug Is all about making money with no real work, He is lazy and dishonest, He steals from hard working people and rips them off all while he is not even the one doing the work. Quick Response and Service with pump repair! My variable speed pool pump had a seal fail on the bearing. I called late in the day (7pm) and was surprised someone answered as the other companies I had tried to contact did not pick up. They confirmed they would be out the next day. I received communication in advance before they arrived at my house. They provided the estimate up front (with repair option and not just replacement), accepted my verbal approval, and proceeded to get the repair complete and re-installed within hours. I was concerned about response time from the companies I had contacted due to the potential for my pool water to turn green with algae, but due to their prompt response they had me back up the same day. read more

I work for a restoration company and one of the properties with fire damage we were restoring was having issues with their pool. It was filthy and the walls were turning brown. We have a home in Mesa. Bought it 3 years ago and plan to retire there in a few years. In the meantime, we travel there once every month or two to get out of the rain. We invited a lot of family there last week, some with kids. Arrived on Friday, and expected our house guests with kids on Saturday. The 17 year old pool heater was toast. The owner of Aquapoolco agreed to install a new heater on Saturday! No other company offered that, and his quote was similar to the other companies. He and his son installed the heater on a Saturday with 1 day notice, took all the old stuff away. Works great, and the pool party planned for Sunday was a hit! Great company to work with. We woke up Monday with our pool pump not working, called Doug and he was able to come out the same day to figure out what was wrong.
