Regarding the quality of workmanship.....questionable at this time as I'm waiting for a downpour to see if the gutter-to-downspout connection will hold. If not, then hopefully they can get it corrected timely (although I'm not holding my breath). I would correct the situation myself except the gutters that were replaced are on the second story so is not something I'm comfortable with tackling.
