So, I cancelled the current appoint and the next appointment the following day. Wow! can you imagine needing gas in the heart of winter and freezing to death while waiting for the truck to come? The only thing you could do to survive is start burning the furniture, hook up the barbeque pit or not use Long Energy in the first place. I will go with the last option. It is a long shot, but I think I am right.

After serving 22 years in the Marines, I would say that I am disgusted by this company and their lack of ethics and pride in serving their community. I even reserved a study room and there were still loud conversations I could hear through my headphones. There are also people that just come in to wait for the bus, loitering, and have this as their meeting place for many things. They sit at the tables and talk with no intention of using the library for its actual use. Even though it is a public place there needs to be better security of noise levels and using the library for its intended use. Maybe enforce group study rooms, silent rooms, private rooms, etc. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I just wish it were a quieter, peaceful environment. They require an "inspection" before they can fill it, which was done very quickly by the employee. after he put the oil in, the tank was not checked again to make sure there wasn't any leaks, which we came to find out that there was when my husband went down in the basement 2 weeks later. I called the company many times with no answer. Left a message, no call back From them. I finally went to their place on rt. 29, explained what had happen and I asked them for a copy of my receipt from the inspection that took place because I mis placed mine, and the wife of the company quickly came at me with a negative nasty attitude saying that they are not responsible for us losing all of that oil. At this point I just wanted a copy of the receipt, which she kept saying that she didn't keep in her office, (which was big and had a ton of cabinets and drawers everywhere) she said she keeps them at her house in bins. I asked if someone was able to go and get the copy for me and she said kept saying no, because there are so many receipt she has to go through to find mine, from only 2 weeks ago. The husband came in and chatted with me for a little bit about what was going on, and he also did absolutely nothing to help me. I told them I would like the copy of the paperwork mailed to me and they Completely ignored my request, as a paying customer who had just spent $400 with them and who was being pretty level headed for the amount of attitude I was receiving from the wife. 2 weeks has now gone by and i haven't gotten a copy and they will not answer their phone or Return my calls and messages. This company completely sucks!! They are "veteran owned" as it says on their website, and they have completely screwed us as a military family. Extremely disappointed. He had the special equipment to make the work productive and extremely safe. They also took care of tree canopy overhang and the two trees stump grinding.
