Being a T Bell fan ain't easy in this post-COVID world. Workers are strapped. Supply chains are strained. And special requests often go unheeded at fast food restaurants. So imagine my delight when we placed an online order at this location--with special requests for nearly every item, including multiple requests for vegan substitutes--and every item came out nearly perfectly. I mean they nailed (almost) every detail, from omitting tomatoes to including the precise number of hot sauce packets. The only wrinkle is that they may have run out of guac - but you can't really fault them for that. Also, this might be the tastiest Taco Bell I've ever had. Importantly, this location is exceptionally clean and professionally staffed. The people working their were kind and courteous, even with long lines at the drive thru. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. They are listed to close at 2am but the workers will stand inside and look at you until you leave. So trashy. I work late nights when I visit Aberdeen and they literally watch me sit ouside and wait and never come to the speaker. Tonight I came at like 11pm and they just never came to the speaker. We keep stating that we are tired of being ripped off by the food establishments. Taco Bell has to be the worst of the fast food joints in the Aberdeen area. First time I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees ignored me end up just leaving the second time I went through the drive-thru got home found my food was incorrect My vegan order had meat on it took it back got home still was wrong still had cheese on the New order went back for a third time two days ago ordered $30 worth of food check the food before I left and it was complete garbage look like they dug something out of the trash and put it in the bag requested a refund then still now waiting to get my refund place is horrible it used to be a good Taco Bell what is completely horrible wouldn't recommend anyone. read more

Alrighty folks, yes no one comes here thinking they are going to get 5 star treatment...well I at least hope so. This visit and several others that I have had have lead me to only 2 stars and they truly maybe pushing it. We all know young kids need work, but they also need to have some training in customer service and manners. The cashier this go round which isn't a surprise was tired and talking to friends in the lobby while taking orders and just doing things cashiers should not be partaking in when a customer is right in your face ready to order. It was disappointing. Appearance is also a major factor when you are dealing with food. Back to the cashier he had his hat to the point it was almost falling off and his shirt was half tuck in and half out with loose pants. ( come on guys) while in line I thought I may have been the only one thinking it (but I wasn't because a customer actually asked a certain employee to make his food and not anyone else) but pay attention to who is making your food....some employees are touching different things and then back to the food. The employees also have to realize talking to friends and messing around is hurting the business because this Taco Bell always has a great amount of customers. The drive thru in the evening to late night is always wrapped around...which could mean people love a late night taco or they are moving slowly to prepare the food. Just a thought think about your job and customer service. I believe if the employees had some training on how to perform this place would be on a better track!! I can honestly say, when I go to pick up orders for anyone and the time I ordered my own spicy tostada, it was made correctly! So they seems to get that correct. I give this Taco Hell, a big fat goose egg if it was an option over stars. I did an online order, which means I give them time to assemble my order while I drive there, then sit in the drive through line a few more minutes, plenty of time to get it right. My soda had no ice in it, and there was no straws or napkins to be had. Try driving on the highway with that set of problems. I might as well go sit in the restaurant. Tried to grab some food at McDonald's. Was ignored, for 20 plus minutes. Decided to go to tacobell, everywhere online said they close at 1:00. We saw a car in the drive through and pulled in behind them. Granted it's 12:25, i know it's late we have been driving all day and finally got to pull off and grab a bite. The person in-front of us was helped. We sat at the order screen for 5 minutes before they turned the lights off on us. No "sorry we are closed" nothing, just shut the lights off and essentially told us to get fucked. This Taco Bell is always SUB PAR and honestly never meets expectations. It had been a while since any of us had Taco Bell, but we figured it was worth stopping for. Very pleased that we decided to stop! Maybe it's because it's been a while since I last enjoyed Taco Bell, but I thought everything tasted better than usual. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the establishment was clean. I always use my phone for Apple Pay but I didn't have my phone so I used my debit card (for the first time at a store in a long time). When I woke up I had two extra charges come through later that night for 98$ each at Walmart groceries. Nikki (a shift manager) abruptly handed me my drinks through the drive thru while talking to someone who was walking in the parking lot and spilled a Dr Pepper in my car and on me.
