McDonald's? Try McDream! The drive thru is so speedy at 4 in the morning and the people seem super nice. BEST LARGE ICE COFFEE EVER!!! I know this McDonalds got a lot of one star reviews but I am really McPleased. Definitely a five star Mcdonald's to me. read more

Is this the most incompetent McDonalds in North Carolina? It's certainly the worst I've ever been to. Incompetent staff/management, old/stale food almost every time I come, and never (and I mean never) getting napkins at the drive through. I've tried to give this location a lot of chances. Sadly, no matter if I come during the day for lunch or late at night for a snack they are consistently incompetent. It's almost like you have to try specifically to be this consistently bad. They love to serve old/stale food to you. I complained about cold fries and waited for them to cook some fresh ones and watched them continue to serve the old ones to their drive-thru customers. I have also had nuggets that I'm sure sat around at least half an hour before being served to me. I've also had to wait for them to "cook fresh nuggets" to be served 5 new nuggets and 5 stale old dry ones. This shouldn't be rocket science, but clearly they are cooking way too much and not following the timers on when to discard product. Very lazy and very sad. A few fun recent examples come to mind from July and August 2017: Check in for lunch early in the week. No fountain beverages at all. Only powerade and sweet tea. And no, of course they were still happy to sell me a soda even though they don't have any. Um, what? Really? Pure incompetence. Drive by a little past 3 AM to stop there on a Friday night . Drive through person warns me it's cash only. Then tells me it's only breakfast food because they "ran out of lunch items". Yes, breakfast at 3AM. Last a sign is up saying they only have bottled water, orange juice, and sweat tea. No soda or coffee drinks at all. This summer they decide to try out lunch table service. You take a number and sit down after you order. Then a few minutes later you get your meal with an empty cup. No napkins, no condiments, nothing else. So then you get back up to fill your drink and get everything you need for your meal. So what exactly is the point of this charade? If you're going to do this take drink orders and bring some napkins or else this is seriously a waste of everyone's time. How can you consistently mess up so badly so often? read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I walk in to do a sit in...huge mistake. While standing by the register one of the employees is behind me macking on some girl and saying to most ludicrous things to look cool, unfortunately going word for word imitating some hip hop artist is the stupidest thing you can do and makes you look like a total idiot. The kid, is in his "uniform". Which is a stretch. His hat is all cocked sideways and if a calm breeze blows it'll fly off, his pants are sagging down and his underwear is showing and his shirt ISN'T tucked in and you can still see them...that's how low this dude's pants were. His shoes were not shoes, but sandles and socks. So I stand there for like 5 minutes and all the while guys are randomly walking towards the register and then walking away...why do they think I'm standing there? So then a guy comes to the register at minute 10, so I'm thinking ok finally. Wrong. This little gangsta behind me swag walks right in front of me and looks back at me with this fake hard look. I'm 207 pounds and work out, this kid looks about 120, what's up with this? So then he starts ordering and laying half on the counter. All the while complaining about how they better not put pickles on his Big Mac and all this profanity. So he orders and goes back to throwing his weak game at some girl. Come on dude you're no gangsta you work at McDonalds, what are gonna buy her a diet coke on the rocks? So then the manager comes to the register so I'm thinking...ok 15 minutes have past so he will take my order. I mean he looks aspocious enough. Again...wrong. he messes around with the register discounting el'thug's big mac and walks away. Leaving the counter empty for another 5 minutes. I just left. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I'll never go back there ever again. BTW here's something that place won't tell you... they will claim every night between 1 to 4 a.m. that their debit machine is "down" and claim cash only. They do this every single night no matter what. Then pocket a lot of cash and fudge the orders to scam the McDonalds franchise and make some quick pocket cash...dont believe me...try to pay by debit during those times..see what happens. read more

Drive thru at night is horrible, it is always very very slow. Completely takes away from the concept of FAST FOOD

This is the WORSE McDonald's in the state! They serve you stale/old food and when you get the correct food it's not always there. One time I ordered a fish sandwich and the fish was not inside the bun and they acted like I was the stupid one. I went recently and ordered a pancake breakfast and they didnt give me the pancakes. They are constantly being terrible at their jobs. Don't expect straws, napkins or fresh food from this McDonalds. They are very incompetent people... I'd hate for them to get something correct and for them to do their job with a smile. Go somewhere else unless you want to be pissed off. read more
