I love it here!! They make me feel welcome. I never have an issue when I come in and if the frappe machine is down to be cleaned they always either replace it for an ice coffee or one time hand make it for me. They're amazing here. The ambiance is amazing. We love coming in here and being treated by the amazing staff. I ordered a 20-piece from this McDonald's on DoorDash, fully prepared for greatness, tracking the little car on the map like it was carrying treasure, and when it finally arrived I opened the bag with pure excitement... and there were EIGHT nuggets. Eight. I paid delivery fees, service fees, probably a "breathing near the app" fee, waited all that time, tipped the driver, and somehow twelve nuggets just vanished into the void. I didn't even have the option to dramatically turn around and go back--I was stuck staring at the box like it personally betrayed me. Ordering 20 nuggets is a statement. It's confidence. It's ambition. Eight nuggets is what you get when you're trying to be responsible, and I was NOT trying to be responsible. The workers are very friendly. However every time I go they immediately ask if I have a code then don't speak for 3+ minutes. Then another person asks in I'm ready after waiting and I have to repeat my code. No one is at the first window but there isn't a sign saying to go to the second window for payment. I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru- on 8/16/25. There 4-5 vehicles in front of me once I Had ALREADY ordered. We sat in one spot, for 24 minutes. When I came around the corner there was 1 vehicle in front of me- that remained there for 10 additional minutes (at cashier). When they moved, I pulled up to the cashier- I waited 3 additional minutes for her to finish taking a drive thru order. She struggled taking my payment after.. but I could tell she was overwhelmed- and she was still very kind. I have no complaints abt her. While I waited at cashier..I told my daughter - check to see if the fries are hot. When we got the food - she did so immediately.. and said no. I let the drive thru employee know that the fries weren't hot, but Id be happy to pull out front and come inside to get fresh ones. The lady said " fine, bring those with you" I came inside, there was one man , and his child sitting at a table waiting. I stood there for 4 minutes- waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Red haired caashier was rt there, drinking iced tea- talking to who I guess was the manager ( same person from second window) Finally I said- excuse me, I was in the drive thru for 38 minutes.. I just said I was coming inside for hot fries. Manager came over and said " I just dropped some, its gonna be a minute" ( I was still holding my 2 large fries from the drive thru) She said " We can't take those back!" I said- " well you just told me to bring them in" Then threw them away. About 3 minutes later the red haired cashier says " what do you need? I said still waiting on hot fries from the 35 minute drive thru order. She takes the same old fries from the warmer- hands me a bag, I touched the bag on the outside- and said. These arent hot either. She snatches the bag back. 5 more minutes pass and the ONE patron in there with his son said " can anyone tell me how much longer on my food?" The red haired cashier glared at him, then slowly put his food together. She put it on the pickup counter- without acknowledging him standing there. ( he then asked if it was his ( medium)cup that was sitting there - she put a large cup down.. still said nothing) I wait 4-5 more minutes, they pull the fries .. and start filling orders from drive thru . I spoke to cashier and said .. "I'm still waiting on hot fries". She said I've already given you 4 fries- you need to wait your turn" The man behind me, (ONE more person walked in while I was waiting) He said - "she already paid for her fries, just give her the fries" ( I had not spoken to him- he was just watching) . At this point the manager gets my fries and gives them to me. This took 57-58 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru. I am not lying or exaggerating. It was approximately 7 when I entered- I left at 7:58. Every restaurant can have bad days/ be understaffed.. its all in how you handle it. They should do better. read more

This McDonald's clearly doesn't want to do their job, out of the 6x I've ordered late at night 5 were horrible, with the same service. They don't greet you fast at the drive thru and when they do they give an excuse as to why they can't take your order, tonight, the same excuse of 'We're short staffed'. Well THIS time I ordered on the app using my points and paying for some other items and even though I stated I ordered ahead THREE TIMES they didn't respond... So I drove up to the window and Only saw 3 people, and considering night shift in my area is kind of dead, 3 seems like enough people. Anywho after honking and honking at the window someone finally greeted me and I stated I HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER ALREADY PAID FOR, HERE's MY CODE... they took, my code and i FINALLY got my order. Also the lady at the cash register charged us for two drinks and didn't even tell us. We went through the drive thru tonight to get cheeseburgers and fries, and the manager, Kyle, was making the food and putting his ungloved hands in the fries, grabbing handfuls, and eating them while making our food. His shirt had holes in it, and he looked very unsanitary. I don't know how this place got a 100 on it's health score, because with everything going on these days, this was beyond unacceptable, and this person should be let go. This McDonald's is just off I-75 at adairsville. They DO NOT HAVE A children play area. Every time we go there it is sunny and warm. They have clean bathrooms and paper towels in the men's room I was shocked that most McDonald's do not have paper towels they have air blowers. Drive though is OK? Forget dine in, like ever. I have been trying for 3 weeks to find a time when they are open. Only one Sunday was it ever open. I like to chill in the dining room and not going to lie I spend too much on the coffee. I love spending time in the dining room. I have asked different Managers the open and close time of the dining room. All have said 6am-8pm. I have gone at all hours of the day many times a week, 6am, 11am,1pm,4pm, no matter the time the dining room is closed. Better to got to the McDonalds on exit 312. This review is in reference to restaurant #29678 located at 100 Princeton Boulevard, Adairsville, Georgia 30103-2628. To be honest, I have not eaten at any McD's locations in over five years. And my experience at this location only reconfirmed my resolve to avoid McDonald's for another five years, if not forever. This location was undergoing renovations to the interior of the restaurant and thus, only the drive through was open. Both ordering lanes were open and I had no problem placing my order. I paid $9.83 for a super-sized #3. The lady taking my order and my money was quick, proficient and easy to understand. The young woman at the second window was also pleasant and asked me to pull into a designated parking spot as they "needed time" to cook my burger. Alas, this is where things went astray! My receipt was timed at 5:56 PM (order #65). I had paid for my order and pulled into the designated parking spot. I turned off my car's engine and waited. In approximately five (5) minutes a second car pulled into the other "designated drive through" waiting spot. After another few minutes I began to wonder what was taking so long. Five minutes in a "fast food" drive through is an eternity by today's standards. I had been waiting over eight minutes...then nine...then ten. At approximately 6:06 PM I finally saw a McDonald's employee coming with not one, but two bags! Ah-ha! Instead of bringing my food when it was ready, they had thought to save themselves a trip and bring both orders at one time. To be clear, it had been more than ten (10) minutes since my order had been placed until it was derived to me. Now, it was a cool evening in north Georgia, and had been drizzling earlier. So I don't blame the employee for only wanting to make one trip outside. I am, however, upset that my food was no longer hot. Especially the french fires. McDonald's in known around the world for its french fries. They are the standard to which other fast food chains aspire. I can recall McDonald's french fry carts at Disney World years ago. They are the acme of french fries. But only when they are hot. Mine were not only cool, if not cold, they were a bit stale. As if they had been scraped out of the bottom of the bin and then placed in a sleeve and allowed to sit under a hot lamp, then placed in a bag with my burger and allowed to sit for ten minutes prior to being brought to me. If the dining area had not been under construction, and if I had not already wasted valuable driving time while waiting, I would have gone inside to seek some modicum of correction. I decided instead to continue my long drive and make the best of a bad situation. However, after eating less than half of the container, I couldn't stand to finish the cold, stale fries and decided to try the burger. I had intended to order a double cheeseburger meal. I inadvertently ordered the double quarter pounder cheeseburger meal. Ergo, I was surprised at the size of the thing. When I had graciously taken it from the store's employee I had noticed the bag was wet on the bottom. I had erroneously assumed it was wet from being set down on a rain soaked object or other seemingly logical source of water. I am afraid to report that I believe the bag's bottom was spotted with grease. Grease that had emanated from the cheeseburger container. Now I had a cold, but greasy burger in my hands, and a grease spot on my seat, perhaps on my pants. It was dark by 5:30PM, and I had no way of ascertaining the degree to grease seepage. One bite of the burger told me that the bottom bun was pretty wet feeling, at least on one edge. The other information relayed to my brain via my tastebuds and the tactile stimulation of eating was that this was not a double quarter pound cheeseburger, it was a double quarter pound ONION burger! Your website describes the double quarter pound cheeseburger as being "topped with slivered onions". This burger was loaded with huge hunks of onion. I do not use hyperbole when I state that the very first bite of the burger resulted in my teeth dragging forth pieces of onion that had to be well over an inch long and almost one-quarter of an inch wide. Holding a greasy, cold, onion heavy burger while driving in the dark was not a pleasant experience. Eating the same was not feasible, or appealing. I finally had to pull over and rid myself of the offending items, putting them all into the bag with the greasy bottom and placing the entire mess on a rubber floor mat. I then used a copious amount of alcohol hand sanitizer to attempt to remove the grease and salt and onion smell from my hands. I do understand that mistakes occur, and that in any set of events there is a bell-shaped-curve of individual experiences. Let us say that this incident was two standard deviations to the left of the mean. If either the fries or the burger had been decent, I would've been ok read more
