A decent representation of the franchise. I've made hundreds of trips between Atlanta and Chattanooga, and I've stopped at this BK over the years. On this Saturday morning it was for breakfast and I wanted to try their "fully loaded" croissan'wich. These sandwiches have definitely shrunk over the years (see my photo, to see how small it is). But at least the croissant is a nice version. I found the ham dominated the texture a bit much. So, I'd probably just go with the sausage and egg version next time. The breakfast rounds were nicely cooked, hot and fresh, and are a nice pairing. The interior of the store was clean and neat and nicely decorated. The staff that I spoke to were helpful. But I had the unfortunate timing to arrive when management was having a meeting in the dining room with all their staff. I was able to find a table but wore earbuds to block out the awkward and disgruntled comments of the less respectful employees. You could cut the air with a knife it was so cringe. In my many visits I've never had that misfortune, so it's very unlikely to happen again. So it won't put me off from visiting. read more

Clean, friendly staff, food was prepared quickly and temps were good, only negative i ordered no pickle, extra onion, came out normal.

Doors were locked to the dining room at 4:15 in the afternoon. Sorry but you missed our $50 order! Wendy's is better anyway.

The workers were nice. Fries were not fully cooked. I can see how they failed their health standard. Flies were everywhere. There were cob webs on the high chairs. And there's no changing station in the bathroom but honestly I'm happy there wasn't, it probably would've been disgusting. read more

Received the complete opposite order than what I ordered. Burger seemed like it was sitting in a warmer for the afternoon even though it was at the busy dinner time rush. Drive thru worker didn't offer a receipt so that I could update my app. I was so far down the road that I didn't want to go back so they could fix it. If you're on the interstate keep driving and go to another exit if you're looking for a hamburger. read more

We arrived exhausted from Orlando on our way to Knoxville with 2 sick toddlers. We were disappointed that there was no changing table in the bathroom but managed ok changing diapers in the car. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the shift lead greeted us with "Welcome to Burger King where you rule!" They took excellent care of us from that point onward! The kids received crowns and toys and our customized order was fulfilled perfectly and promptly. Our order included fish sandwiches and they let us know that those were cooked fresh and would take 4 minutes just in case we didn't want to wait that long. The food is good me and my sibling fight over who gets the last burger that is how goo it is.

If you're in this area, I'm jealous. It's a great area and the customer service at this BK was superb. The cashier was a nice young lady offering me a cup of water while I waited for my coffee, which would NEVER happen in Miami. I felt the warm of the South in this simple fast food place which mat my evening. Good job! read more

What can you say about Burger King? Let me review the service then. It was fast, they got my order correctly and they were friendly

I went to get a whopper and onion rings at five oclock, at drive through, and when i got home to eat, i found that they put eleven old, dark onion rings, hard as a rock in the bottom of package and covered them with five fresh ones. That was some rotten management to allow that to happen, matter a fact it is probably management who told employee to do that. i'll tell you that it will be a cold day in hell before i go back to adairsville ga. burger king,,you should be ashamed of yourselves for deceiving drive through customers that way. Check your food before you leave or even better teach this place a lesson and don.t stop there. plenty of other fast food places on the same block.. highway 75 at exit 306,,,beware!!!! read more

Drive thru line gets really backed up during the last hour or two of operations. Though my expectations were not high to begin with... I was very disappointed and upset at how cold my burger was and how soft my fries were. I was reminded once again why fast food and I are not friends. GREAT START TO THE DAY! This restaurant is conveniently located right off of Highway 75 and right across the road from McDonald's and Hardees. We needed a quick and easy breakfast to just get us on our way and this wa perfect. We chose Burger King because I knew that I could get something that wasn't greasy and cheesy and my husband would be able to get his favorite breakfast wrap. We also secretly love the fact that they have NO BISCUITS on the menu. Yay!! I ordered the ham and egg croissant with no cheese while my husband ordered what is identified as the ginormous wrap. My little sandwhich was perfectly prepared: the ham was thin and light with little sodium, the egg nice and hot and the croissant was perfectly steamed. I added some strawberry jam and I was in heaven. It was so good that I had to order a second one. My husband's wrap was well prepared and enough to keep him satisfied for five hours. Customer service was fast and efficient. The male assistant at the counter was very helpful and very polite. **** More attention needs to be given to housekeeping tasks such as sweeping the floor and cleaning tables. read more

Usually I love B.k. But it is easy to tell when it's time to change the oil in the fryer. It starts to smell Burt, smell kind of rotten, and the fries are just soaked in oil instead of crispy and well that's what I just got. Unfortunately this ruined my whole meal and made my car smell awful. Please change your deep fryer oil more frequently. I gave 2 stars for prompt service but quality of food was below par. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Food was hot. People seemed nice, until we got our order. Road trip stop with kids and ordered 2 burgers with ketchup only. One with cheese and one without. Ordered fries. Got order... Both burgers had cheese and there were no fries. Went to the counter with receipt and realized it said both burgers with heavy cheese (the receipt specifically says 2 slices each). People were unapologetic and making comments at us from behind the counter. Rude! Wouldn't stop here again or recommend it to anyone ever. read more
