Really good food and also the service was pretty decent overall it was good and also there was nothing wrong with the food at all.

We don't eat fast food often but I needed something quick. My burger was fresh and hot. I substituted fries for the chili and it was very good. Hubs said his was hot and fries were hot and fresh. Counter staff was friendly and service was quick and professional. My only "complaint" would be that some of the staff with longer hair were not wearing hairnets which is gross and the interior sitting area and drink area was very messy. read more

Returning home from a family trip to Charleston -- a town where Southern hospitality and fine dining are well developed art forms -- one might suppose all other dining establishments would be a comparative disappointment. Not so with this Wendy's at the Rte 140 exit from I-75 near Adairsville. My wife and I stopped here primarily to get a fresh cup of coffee and visit a clean restroom as we continued on our way home several hours away. I ordered Chili and an orange frosty while my wife snacked on a bag of fries. Both items were quite tasty & took the edge off our mild hunger. The reason I am writing this review however, is because we were truly impressed with Sally, working behind the counter to uplift each customer with such warm, cheerful positivity that my wife and I were taken by surprise! Perhaps we have become accustomed to the indifference of sullen servers who fail to smile, make eye contact or engage in any real human interaction beyond ordering and paying for food. But our brief chat with Sally revived our spirits and brightened our outlook. Ordered a single hamburger. They rang it a cheeseburger and I said that's not what I ordered. The kid behind the counter said he had taken the cheese off in the computer. He then told me that they have to ring it as a cheeseburger then deduct the cheese as they don't sell hamburgers. The ketchup in the pump dispensers is terrible. Extremely watery. I asked for packets and the kid said that they knew it was bad, it's manufactured by a different company. If they're going to utilize unused burgers for the chili, at least be smart and chop them up. I got several pieces, some around a third the size of the original patty. I blame some on poor work ethic and some on poor training. No one seem to want to work anymore. Fine. I won't go back and they won't have a job. read more

Tasted awful. The English muffin wasn't toasted it was just warmed, so AWFUL. The egg was real thin. Cheese was gross I don't even think it was cheese. The bacon was terrible. The coffee tasted burnt. The cashier was rude real short and abrupt with zero personality & had this huuuuge humongous do rag on her head. We should've pulled away at that moment but unfortunately we didn't. I choked down a few bites. Don't even get me going on their potato's they were worst than the sandwich. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no hand towels, no soap. The floors were covered with sticky grime in front of the toilets. I was the first one in the place too this morning so it was never cleaned or just ran out of toiletries because of being busy. I hope they have other means of washing their hands. As I've said before, I don't typically leave reviews for chains unless the circumstances are extraordinary. We stopped here driving back home from Atlanta. My parents and I placed an order, and so did my boyfriend and his dad. My family's order was messed up. My mom had to take back her sandwich and get a new one. My dad said his burger tasted metallic. The small fry they gave me had maybe 6 fries in it, less than half full. I didn't want that many fries, but I wanted more than that. My nuggets were either too done or soggy. Boyfriend and his dad's order came. Instead of two sandwiches and two fries, they were given four fries of varying sizes and one small sandwich. Before they returned the order, I grabbed a small handful of fries out of one box to make up for how few I was given. I figured we'd either keep the order or they would throw it out - as all restaurant food safety policies dictate. Instead, they put the returned fries back on the warming tray - they plan to serve them again. Y'all, I'm getting over the flu. No no no no no. Luckily we got the fries I touched back, and our order corrected. Still, my boyfriend's dad's sandwich was dripping with...some fluid. It was gross. We decided it was water because it evaporated from his shirt after dribbling on it, although where water came from on a chicken sandwich with no lettuce on it is a mystery. Boyfriend didn't finish his fries (unusual) and complained they tasted of old grease. The service was pleasant but clearly either untrained or uncaring. Boy's bathroom was filthy but women's was nice. I'd recommend avoiding this place if at all possible. read more

This Wendy's service is getting worse everytime we go. We went through the drive through were given our frosting and told to pull up for our food. After about more than 15 minutes, (frosties melting) we get our food. This is what my baconator fries looked like or the lack thereof fries. read more

I would leave a negative star rating, if I could. 1. I usually don't eat fast food. 2. Anytime you have a 35+ minute wait for food, it should be cooked and prepared right. 3. Mine was neither. 4. Instead of helping his team, the cash register guy just kept raking in orders. 5. The fact my food was neither fast, nor fresh, it automatically makes me think they're new campaign against other chains is basically all bark... because, they're simply like the rest. We just went through the drive through. Service was terribly slow and one we received our food it was terrible! The fried were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Walked in while it wasn't busy at all, if not completely dead (about 4pm 6/25/19). There were about 4 employees right there behind the counter. I made eye contact with 3 of them while waiting approx 2.5 mins but no one said a thing to me. One blonde haired guy that was working the window just stood there looking at me the entire time but did nothing. Everyone seemed to be waiting on something, but obviously not the current and only customer at the counter. Went to burger king where service was right. read more
