We stopped after a long drive for a hotel room. Ran up to Taco Bell in Adairsville for two soft taco supremes and two crunchy taco supremes. They were honestly the skimpiest tacos we've EVER had. Barely a teaspoon of food in the shell! Found out after we checked into our room. I don't recommend ANYONE eat at this Taco Bell. After a stressful drive in pouring rain and bumper to bumper traffic, this food didn't help our moods at all. Whoever fixed them should be ashamed. read more

My wife and I were using the Super Charger at this location. My wife tried to enter the location to use the restroom. A boy (worker) was outside the door, on the phone, as she approached and the door he stated the lobby was not open. Which was totally fine. Man I really hate to be negative but this Taco Bell is absolutely disappointing. There are only like 10 things on the menu and all of them have become expensive as hell. It's hard to consider this cheap or a value anymore. For the price you are paying you could just go to a sit down authentic Mexican restaurant. I order a classic box $5 plus tax so that's not too bad. The worker placed my bag on the counter said my name then walked away. Didn't ask if I needed anything else, didn't hand me my drink cup or anything. I had to stand there staring at the employees for an additional few minutes before a gentleman asked me what I needed. I got my drink cup but the ice machine in the lobby wasn't working so I had to wait for an employees help again. Then I got the Baja blast from the fountain and it doesn't taste right. Like there's no flavor or something. Just taste like a carbonated thing. Amazing speed and service. The quality was beyond belief! I had a chicken burrito grilled with extra sauce and it was the tastiest thing I've ever had from a Taco Bell. They finished before I could finish paying and when my card declined they insisted I take it anyway. I came back in to get their names; Mona Lisa and Ashley were the line cooks and Casey was the super friendly cashier! I would definitely recommend making this a regular stop! read more

Just got REFUSED TO BE SERVED by a person who has no absolutely no authority to refuse customers. We were unexpectedly greeted with a very long list of things we couldn't order. Only to find more things we could not order (such as cheese) as we tried to order. Then we were told that the grill was broken. Naturally taken aback and flustered by the abundance of items that were unavailable (such as grilled food) we asked "what do you have?" (Not trying to be rude.) We then were treated with much unnecessary disrespect, and were informed we would not be served and asked us, not very politely, to leave. Very disappointed in this experience. This restaurant deserves a negative rating. We experienced the most disgusting display of racism. Someone placed an order on my behalf due to me being ill and was easing the order from a text. The food order was wrong as it is 99% of the time we've ordered from here. The order was brought back to the store, explained true errors made on 75% of what we ordered and was denied a remake aggressively. A refund was then requested and denied. I called the store to get a resolution as the person doing me a favor was frustrated and get discriminated against. She referred to him as "boy" over the phone to me when he's a 50 year old man with a gray beard... she knew what she was saying... and still refused to remake or refund the order. She then refused to give me her name when I stated I was going to file a complaint, went silent for about 15 seconds, and then disconnected the call. I have never experienced such a a lack of customer service and what she doesn't know is we're a family of civil rights attorneys. She should be ashamed and if she's not now, she will be. read more

Be careful coming to this location. I went there when the company was promoting that $5 box for a chance to win a game system. I ordered two of the $5 boxes. They only have me one box, but the food for the deal in a bag. After I had lunch, I texted the code for a chance to win the game system and was texted that the code was previously used before. Someone there entered all of the codes to try to win the game system, which therefore means that they are stealing all of the customers chances of winning anything. So be careful. Go only if you have to have their food because if you are hoping to win anything think again. read more
