Came here with my husband before a concert and it was awful. From the food to the service, we were just disappointed the whole experience. Not to mention our table was right next to a corner and the kiosk, so it was super uncomfortable. Our waitress made us feel like an inconvenience, she forgot stuff, she was slow, and so unhelpful. The steak I got was way overcooked, had no flavor, and was so stringy and gross. My husband got the meatloaf, which is his favorite food, and couldn't eat it. It has a piece of rubbery bacon wrapped around it and was like a piece of minced meat. It's like what wet dog food looks and feels like when you take it out of the can - just like a literal loaf, but in the worst way. The appetizer we got came with this pita bread that was overcooked so they were like chips, instead of a soft delicious bread. On top of that they had SO MUCH salt on them that it was like eating a salt lick. We will never go back here. It was a horrible waste of money and such a disappointment. read more

I ordered a Chopped salad and could not believe how it looked. Chopped iceberg lettuce, a few bacon *bits*, a tablespoon of guacamole instead of sliced avocado and eggs. Our server (who was very nice) took it back to the kitchen and had me order something else. I asked for a simple bacon lettuce tomato sandwich. It came with clam chowder which was good. Unfortunately the sandwich was carelessly made then sprayed with a non-stick butter flavored spray or brushed with the butter mix on a flat top. It was yellow. Anniversary dinner at the casino! Had the New York steak and shrimp. 36.00! Perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the smashed potatoes and they were so good! Not sure what sauce they put on them but I loved them. With a bit of a crunch on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband had the tenderloin with shrimp and enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak as well. Nice cut and tender. Our server was cheerful and attentive. We really enjoyed a relaxed dinner out. Pretty steep for a sandwich & tots. It tasted very good! The Turkey was loaded on very nicely buttered , toasted bread. The bacon was crispy and the lettuce & tomato were fresh. I just wish cheese was not a $2.00 add on so I'd rate this an 8.5/10. Husband had the classic cheeseburger for $18.00. He left 1/3 of the burger on the plate. The Patty is hefty but he said it was flavorless and wanted to find another place on the way home. He rated it a 5/10. Service was nice and food came out quickly. The restaurant is clean and has a comfortable ambiance with plenty of TV's. Overall it's a little pricey. Not rushing to come back but we'll try again in the future since we live close by. read more

Took my family to eat at 3 peaks for the first and likely only time. It was not busy at all yet our waitress Danielle was extremely slow and rude. When asked simple questions like "what are the seasonal vegetables?" She just responded "I dont know" and didnt offer to find out or get an answer for us. Brought my daughter's chicken strips out to us so burnt they were inedible. She didnt check in on our table again after that so I had to ask a different waitress if she could please bring us new strips since these were so burnt. Our original server Danielle brought out the new strips and even commented that ahe noticed the original ones were super burnt. Yet she still brought them to us. She never came back until I gave up on waiting and put my hand up to get her attention. She did not check in on our drinks once. We had planned on getting dessert and more drinks but were so fed up with the service and attitude that got our check and left. I doubt we will ever come back. I have never in my life asked to talk to a manager before. Both my wife and I are still in disbelief at the whole experience. read more

This is a decent casino resto, and is slightly above my star-rating given, yet should not be considered the fine dining destination they portray themselves to be. It has more of a sports bar quality to it, and you absolutely can't get away from the waft of nicotine in the air. But---everything we had was good. Our first time trying it, after it opened several years ago. No getting around the fact the prime rib was not a picture worthy offering, and far more done than the med-rare request from the Wifey. She didn't complain....it was tender beef. My Reuben was pretty standard, and not 'piled high' with house made corned beef. But a busy day had me eat every atom of it, enjoying the company. Very comfortable atmosphere and seating. Has a very laid back vibe but still classy. Have tried several different things on the menu and have never been disappointed. The service has always been really friendly and attentive, just really good at making you feel welcome. This is probably one of the best all around restaurants in the Spokane area. Calamari fries are almost back up to where they were 4 years ago when they were amazing! Had the Philly steak , which was great! Sat at the bar as it was crowded. The host was playing on her phone and acted like I was ruining her life by asking for table. Went to Three Peaks with my hubby for an early dinner on Memorial Day. My hub ordered the Turkey Club which was huge and full of turkey (enough to make two sandwiches!). He opted for tots which were nice and crunchy. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered a side Caesar salad and the Nona's Meatball off the appetizer list. The side Caesar was good, as per usual, with the large Parmesan crisp that I crumbled up in top. The softball-sized meatball was nice and moist and soft (but not mushy). It came with sauce and cheese melted over it with three pieces of toasted bread. I did think it was slightly salty and I could've used a couple more wedges of bread, but overall it was tasty! It honestly could've been a meal. I see that other posters mention this place being hot and cold...and I can agree that there have been times where I thought my portion size had gotten smaller and the service a little slow. But those times are few and far between. This visit we had prompt service, quality food and an enjoyable time. read more

Sat up at the bar. Had the best whole chicken dinner. It came with crispy smashed red potatoes. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy. My husband had the clam chowder and he loved it. He kept commenting on how great the chicken was also. He's still talking about it today. We also had the spinach artichoke dip with pita wedges. It's been awhile since I been to Three Peaks but today had a nice cold cup of Pepsi and had their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and it was pretty good. I loved the flavor of it and they were not Chincy with the meat but the fries were a tad over salted, maybe scale back on the salt a little and the dish would be near perfect but If you haven't been to Three Peaks at Spokane Tribe Casino go check it out and grab this dish you'll love it. read more

We came here for lunch in the middle of the week. We didn't actually go into the casino at all. It wasn't very crowded and the wait staff was following COVID safety protocols. They were super friendly and answered several questions I had about some of the items on the menu with grace and patience. I ended up ordering chicken wings with a dry rub and they were fantastic. I was pleased with the size of the wings and the flavoring was spot on. My wife ordered a quesadilla and it was ENORMOUS. It's honestly the largest and thickest quesadilla I've ever seen. I took a bite of it and it was delicious as well. Sometimes when quesadillas are super thick, they get runny and start to fall apart, but this one didn't have that problem. All in all, I had a great experience,it and would recommend to anyone traveling through. read more

July 11,22 met up with a friend I hadn't seen for 10 years. Drove 3 1/2 hours to this restaurant. What a disaster of a dinner. There was four of us. I thought the waitress was amazing but the more I think about it, perhaps we had all these problems because she lacked the skill of listening. ... ordered two appetizers and only got one. Ordered a steak sandwich well done, and it came rare. Two other plates got beans instead of fries as requested. and a meal was separated on two plates when requested to keep it on one, to not be charged. I did not request to speak to manager but the waitress must've let her know the problem as she came to our table and offered us a slice of cheesecake for our dinner disaster. A slice of cheesecake. Seriously, our dinner should have been comped. I didn't even eat mine. Needless to say, I will never ever ever return or recommend. read more

The service was subpar and I tried to split the check with my party and they charged me the whole check and then took my friends money ripped me off almost $200. STAY AWAY!!! We just wanted to have a few drinks at the bar. The hostess told us to go ahead and go in. There weren't enough seats at the bar. So we sat at a table. The first waitress came and barked at us that we were supposed to check in with the hostess. I said we did. The waitress said you're not allowed to sit here without a hostess. I said the hostess told us to go ahead and find a place to sit. The waitress gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes and walked off. The hostess came back to the bar, while I was moving a chair to create enough seats for all of us to sit at the bar to have a drink. She yelled at me and said I couldn't move a chair. Needless to say, didn't even sit down to have a drink or order any food because the service was horrible! In the past I had Three Peaks host a staff party for about 80 people. Apparently the service has declined. We won't be going back. Super rude service. We're headed to Northern Quest Casino's Epic. Highly recommend them!! read more

The food & service were fantastic. I had the Brussel Sprouts Appetizer & the Philly Cheesesteak with tots. Great flavors, crispy tots & generous portions. Our server was really sweet and attentive. Where the downfall was is the fact that there is a big sign outside the casino that says smoke free, when in fact there are only certain areas that are smoke free & they are on the opposite end of the casino from the restaurant. There is no outside entrance to the restaurant which means we had to walk through the smoky casino to get into the restaurant & since the restaurant area was open to the casino, the smoke wafted into the eating area. It made it really difficult for my friend with COPD to breath which made it hard for to enjoy her meal. Would be 5 star if it had an outside entrance & if the eating area was blocked from the casino. I will say the ventilation system in the casino is one of the best I've been in but it still reeks of smoke. Even I was sneezing & coughing thing by the time we left. read more

So here is the thing about three peaks... we generally love it. But it's SO hot and miss. You may get one of the really friendly servers (typically the women) or you may get one of the guys that acts like you're a major inconvenience. You may get a fantastic meal and then come back and the same exact meal is made completely differently. Like different ingredients and everything. For example- sometimes the pot pie is small and in a round bowl with no bottom crust. Sometimes it's bigger in a rectangular pan with a bottom. Sometimes the blt is on sourdough sometimes it's on random bread. Sometimes the bacon is crispy sometimes it's hardly cooked. Sometimes they have fresh squeezed OJ sometimes it's random junk. But still expensive. It's always decently good especially for the price. It's just SO unpredictable. If they could figure out consistency in the kitchen this would be a fantastic restaurant. But in general we do really like it and come often. read more

I happened to go to the Spokane Tribe Casino the other day and was first in line for the Three Peaks Kitchen and Bar for lunch at exactly 11:00 AM. The hostess sat me at a lovely table by the window and I ordered the special of the day; Tuna Melt half sandwich with French Onion Soup en Croute. Twenty minutes later I asked the waitress what happened to my order? She apologized and said the "chef" was baking the bread for the onion soup. I said, you could have told me, it has been twenty minutes. She went back to talk to the chef, and came back ten minutes later with my half tuna sandwich and onion soup. The soup was warm and the sandwich cold. I explained to the waitress that the line cook had no clue how to make the " special" the tuna mixture should have been put on the griddle to heat it up and then placed on the bread with the cheese and then grilled to melt the cheese color the bread and then served with hot soup. Can't beat $2 beers. Sunday menu could definitely use some improvement. It is football season, but they serve a very limited brunch menu until 3, which means no wings until 3. They have fries, green bean fries and fried fish on the menu, but can't fry up some wings for the game!? Blasphemy. Sac religious. So I came here 3 times before writing a review because I wanted to give it a fair shot. This time it is clear I will not be returning for quite some time. First they did a very poor job segregating the restaurant from their smoking area in the casino. As a non smoker it was very off putting. Second it took the lady server 4 trips to our table to remember to grab our hot tea one of us had ordered. Took another 2 trips to get us a spoon to stir it. Third they grossly overlooked my steak to a well done temperature when I asked for medium rare. Lastly they don't seem to believe in seasoning any of their food. The only seasoning my steak had was the herb butter that came on top and two giant, raw sprigs of thyme that I couldn't eat. The mashed potatoes were bland, and the asparagus was oily with no flavor. My wife's chicken fried steak was bland and had not different flavor from the breading to the gravy to the mashed potatoes to the tablecloth pretty much. On top of all of this took us 50 minutes to get our food. Not worth the wait and not worth the money. Avoid if possible. read more

Our first time here. Love the layout staff was friendly. Service very slow. After being seated it took a waiter 20 minutes to come to our table and ask if we wanted drinks, then no one came back for a minimum of 20-30 minutes and wasn't interested if we wanted anything else to drink but wanted only to take our food order. Food came out in a very reasonable timely manner and was delicious. My husband had a ribeye and said it was right up there with the best. I had mixed shrimp, salmon scampi it was very good , a friend had the chicken fried steak and it was very good and huge. Ever dish was great. We were there for 2 1/2 hrs. I think was a bit long and we actually had to wave down the waiter for another drink . But all in all a good time. We are going again tomorrow with another couple. read more
