The customer service here is lacking. The order window the girl talked to me, but the pick up window of the girl did not talk to me at all. I'm not sure how they communicate with people. I love getting my cokes from there and cheeseburgers, so that's why I go. I just wish that they were friendlier. read more

Lady at the second window had a major attitude about me asking for the two ranch sauces that were supposed to come with my two meals that I got anyways and tried to charge me 75 cents for them? this is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, this location has the laziest workers possible and the management will yell and cuss at you for complaining like you did something wrong. Once I was given a completely different order and the manager screamed at me for bringing it back and refused to make it correct; I complained to above and beyond and got no results, the prices get higher the food gets worse and the employees demand higher pay. they need to have pay lowered and start relying on tips, I bet they would start getting things right. I've been in alabama for a year and went here multiple times, breakfast, lunch and dinner and never one time has my order been right, never! like today; my car broke so a friend went and asked me if I wanted anything, I ordered 3 hamburgers with extra onion, very simple you would think, the burgers are marked with extra onion and have less oniobe than if u ordered regular! also never have I went to any McDonald's while driving my vehicle and ordered a coffee to be given cream and sugar on the side , never, they do it all the time here. and never provide the amount asked for it's always two cream and 2 sugar and that's it for a large coffee, I mean why ask what I want if you don't give a shit to do it the way I want! this location needs to be shut down! read more

Waited, waited, and waited more to place order from inside lane while several cars in outside lane placed orders and moved on. So, I changed lanes and finally got to order. Mentioned it to employee taking my money and she just mumbled. Got my egg McMuffin (it was good), but potato and coffee were COLD! I came through the drive thru and attempted to redeem one free hashbrown and purchase a biscuit. The girl rung up two hashbrowns (one free and one $2.65) and then claimed that it was only one. When i got to the window i clarified again that i only wanted one hashbrown and she said okay just one. She still charged my card for two. She was also actively talking to someone on her cellphone and didn't give me a receipt until i asked. Then she shut the window in my face and i said hey i need a refund she shook her finger at me and pointed to keep driving. I get to the second window and tell them the situation, the manager goes "okay i owe you two dollars" and threw two dollars in cash at me. (I'm not worried about the 65¢ but this definitely is not how a refund works.) overall, this place is constantly full of wrong orders, disrespectful and downright hateful employees and poor customer service. It is definitely worth it to go a few minutes out of your way to the other one in pelham or the other one in alabaster. read more

The worst service EVER!! I Don't plan to go back. Had an order for two with a mango pineapple smoothie. When I told the middle aged White male at the pick-up window that I didn't order a strawberry but a mango pineapple instead, he automatically became very hostile and belligerent. He finally cooled down long enough to give me my order and instructed me to go to lane #1 and he'd bring my smoothie to the car in a minute. Well, one minute turned to twelve minutes, so I decided to "mask-up" and go inside where my smoothie, placed on the counter, had literally turned to water as he continued to ignored me. Finally, a Black female (management I supppse) saw me standing there gave me my liquid, upon request, and offered no apology. I'm finished with McDonald's!!! read more

This McDonal's is probably the worst in Drive thru service. Went there in the evening around 6;30 pm on Wednesday, nobody before or behind me in the drive thru lane and still I was told to hold on. I am done with this McDonalds. It's always something! I went here with my dad yesterday and it was only about 1:30. Basically right after lunch. When I said hello to the cashier she didn't even look at me or say a word. Okay. I ordered two Big Macs and a ten piece nugget and two small vanilla milk shakes. Do you think the ice cream machine was broken? You got it! Isn't it ALWAYS! When I gave another girl a look, she just laughed. The cashier remained cold and uncaring for my ice cream fix. Fine! Just give me the two sandwiches and nuggets. I give her a $100 bill. First off, she puts it with the $10's in the till and hands me .20 back. Ummm, I gave you a hundred. "You did?" She goes back to the till and confirms. "We can't change a $100." No sorry, no empathy, no nothing. So I say, "The lunch rush just ended. You mean to tell me you can't change $100 after lunch? Can't you ask the manager?" "The manager isn't here." I ended up cancelling my order and going to Jacks. So sad that the only people that they can find to work at this place are so uncaring and complacent. Customer service is a thing of the past. read more

It is a really good fast food place and is quick on the drive thru. The quality of the food is a little lower than expected but it's still pretty good. Their worker are sometimes very open and helpful but some may be a little too shy to have a poopy face with you. read more
