Bama burlee.... Soooo worth the visit!
    Benita J.

This is my first visit here. The customer service was top notch! I told the guy I had never been here and he offered suggestions right away. I like this because this usually means the people that work here know what they are selling. I ordered the Bama Brûlée for my coffee and a cheese danish. Both were very delicious!!! I will definitely stop in again.... Great customer service, delicious food and drinks, and over all cute shop! #shoplocal

I stopped in here today because they had a lobster food truck out front, but I'm glad I went in and met the owners of this cute little coffee shop. They were incredibly friendly and showed me around. The cold brew coffee was delicious and the homemade pastries were quite tasty. With their new location they have a drive thru which will make my morning coffee a much easier experience. I also want to go back and try their sandwiches. Pelham needs more local restaurants so I hope everyone goes out and supports this wonderful shop!

Great place to relax and read a book or two. Coffee is hot, or cold. Great place for a one on one meeting or just hang with friends. The owner was there the morning I was there and was very friendly.

Love this little place! We were in town looking for a coffee shop we could go sit down and enjoy and found this little gem. Wonderful woman running the whole show by herself, yet friendly and smiling. The chai tea was great and blueberry muffin to die for. Definitely recommend this place if you're in town.

The Moroccan Mint tea was delicious and the owners were so friendly. Live music on weekends makes it a great little hole in the wall find!

When you get to the light at the corner of 31 and Pelham Park Blvd, just look to the right and you'll see a quaint little white building. Behind it is the Pelham Public Library which looms over Bullet and to the other side of Bullet is Edgars Bakery. As mentioned BC has been there about a year now. The other BC is on 280 and there's one more in Fairhope. All are owned by the same individual who also owns their sister store the Red Mountain Expresso. BC is not technically another "pop up" coffee place because this is actually a brick and concrete building albeit it's just big enough to be a full service drive thru, but it doesn't have any seating inside or out. Just a drive thru. The drive-thru is planned nicely so it's easy to get to the order window then around to the pickup/pay window. Their menu options long and diverse but also typical of any coffee place. They also serve fresh daily sausage biscuits and pimento cheese biscuits. They have specialties like the Turtle latte, Classics like cold brew, blended drinks like frappes and non coffee drinks like iced teas and chai. I was lucky today because they are in middle of running a special called Frappy Hour good for another week. From 3-6pm all medium frappes are $2! I tried the Java Chip and Cookie & Cream. She asked me if I wanted the "coffee" or "milk" based. The coffee is the traditional way but the milk would be more like a milkshake. I chose coffee. I didn't get whipped cream which was offered. I only had to wait a couple minutes after paying. She even gave me a frequent visitor card. Get 10 drinks, get the 11th free! The cookies and cream was good, but the java chip was even better. Nicely blended, cool and refreshing on this warm afternoon. Yom Yom Yom Yom. It hit the spot! Welcome to Pelham BC!

When I arrived, there was at least seven cars in front of me, which was a good sign. The drive-through is a little narrow. You order through one window and then you pick up on the other side of the window. I ordered an iced rush-hour coffee and after lighthouse which I got. The consistency was creamier than I would've liked other iced coffees. I've had are more liquidy. It was good. It wasn't the best. I probably will be back to try the other different flavors. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Besides the drive-through you can also walk up and get coffee. This is right in front of the Pelham library which is nice because before or after you go the library can get you a little treat.

I ordered the Train Wreck sandwich that came with chips and a side-I chose BLT Pasta salad. Was all really good. My wife ordered the same sammich but had the broccoli salad. Again, all well done. We always ask the acid test question.....would we order these items again. We both agreed we would. Didn't sample any of the baked goods but they looked solid. I questioned the staff multiple times on multiple menu questions. All answered attentively and with concern. One staff member answered my queries and was so hospitable I my wife and I both thought she must be part of the ownership. Nope, just a lovely person who likes her job and offers great hospitality. I tried shrimp and grits this time w/red eye gravy. The gravy had a sort of vinegar taste and filled with bacon. I liked it better than the shrimp honestly. I would get it again sans the shrimp. I think I just don't like shrimp for breakfast lol. My husband got chicken and waffles. The waffle is thick and the chicken is lightly breaded. The chicken is the top thing to get here!!! It's not heavily battered and they filleted the chicken breast. No legs, or thighs here. We personally liked this. Service was fast and friendly. She always checked on us . We appreciate this.
