I spent 14 minutes in drive thru on a Sunday at 2:35 pm. My order was a McFlurry and a hot fudge Sunday. I timed my experience, so I am not exaggerating. It would appear they made the ice-cream and then let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited in line. Obviously I got a couple containers of soup for over 9 dollars. If I could give this restaurant zero points, I would. I ordered french fries well done with light salt and what I got was an old order of french fries with plenty of salt. On my husband's big Mac they forgot to put the lettuce. He ordered a Coke and he got a Sprite. Not only that but the dining room was absolutely filthy. We went there last night during the hours they advertised as being open. All the lights were out, but we could see another car in the drive-thru, so we followed. After placing our order, we were told to go wait in a parking spot because they were "getting some fresh meat on the grill" for us. Translation: "we turned off the grill early and turned out all the lights because we were over it." Anyway, after waiting ten or 15 minutes for our order, the sandwiches were OK, except mine was in the bag on its side and everything slid to one side, and the fries were stone cold. The moral of the story is: if you kids want to close early, don't try to keep serving customers. They will never come back. read more

Ordered food it was delayed almost 40 minutes, gave me the wrong ordered as I ordered 40 pc chicken nuggets, two large fries, and a two large shakes. They gave me one medium vanilla shake, one fry, and one small chocolate shake which is not what I ordered. It's McDonalds, so there's nothing special about it, really. The employees are always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and very nice. Bathrooms are always clean. The restaurant is a good size as well. I typically use the drive-thru, but go in every once in a while. The drive-thru is great. I order my burgers with extra pickles, which they always do, and get it right. The staff communicates with you if there's a wait on anything, and let you know that they are in the process of making it. Wait times typically aren't long, especially in the drive-thru. They do a good business and keep things moving. When you order things specifically, they make it correctly. I try not to eat McDonalds very often, but when I'm in the area and need something quick and easy, this is the location that I go to because of the speed and efficiency. read more

The bad experiences just continue with this place. I shouldn't go here but there are not many choices on the south side to get fast food. My wife and I have both had experiences where we order a meal by the #, like asking for a #1 with a coke. This is how I've ordered at fast food restaurants for the last 25 years. At this place it means you want the sandwich only and a drink, no fries. Tonight I asked to a number 2a (quarter pounder meal) with no ketchup or mustard add lettuce and Big Mac sauce. He said "sandwich or meal." I said I want the 2a, a meal with a medium fry and coke. I then asked for a number 3 (double quarter pounder meal) He said is that it? I said, it's a meal, also with medium fries and a coke. I get to the window and check my food. I get the one quarter pounder meal with a Big Mac middle bun placed under the top bun. Also, only 1 drink and 1 fry and my double quarter pounder. The young lady at the drive-thru was great and fixed my order. And yes I know they are short staffed and have new people working, but if your fast food restaurant gets it wrong over 75% of time, you got serious problems. read more

I go to a lot of different locations..reviewing each one on Social Media. This makes me well acquainted with McDonalds. I have traveled the states just for McDonalds. BUT THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Not only were they embarrassingly slow..they also scammed me out of not one (1) but TWO (2) Happy Meal toys. I went to this location specially for the toy..which the app said they had. I ORDERED the new Mickey and Minnie Runaway Railway toy. Instead these cowards gave me two identical reject toys from YEARS AGO. If i knew they were going to scam me I would've taken my money elsewhere. This is the worst Mcdonalds I have been to, and it's not like I hold them to high standards. We couldn't get a basic lemon aid (the lady couldn't figure out if she had it or how to tell us which was weird), the wait time before we got our food was about 15 minutes with no other customers are staff members standing around, they forgot some fries and a drink, our food was cold and our burgers didn't have sauce on them. I have worked over two years with this So called a "company" I was falsely fired because of being harassed by a women co worker. With that being said the lead GM "Aimee" She sat down & talked to me Thursday May 30th, 19. Gave me advice & options that would happen the following day that would resolve the option. Aimee made the option to fire me without telling me and refused to let me put my two weeks in and left me on a long suspension. this morning without telling me how long she wouldn't answer my questions she beat around the bush Aimee said I could come in today may 31st & put my two weeks I came into McDonald's and they told me I couldn't get food for my 1 year old son and that I had to leave. Aimee decided to call the Linn county police department and have me banned off the premises She decided to keep the women that has been harassing me the past 6+ months non stop to still work and let me go This McDonald's is nothing but disrespectful, Inconsiderate. They don't work with you're work schedule with another job and treat you like a slave. They let people show up drunk or either stoned during they're shift they never change food out Employees smoke weed in the parking lot on they're lunch breaks I've ran open & close with no problem ever before this incident. I feel wrongly accused and felt like it was a hostile work environment. Please if you apply please know what you're getting into cause this place is absolutely backwards.
