We love Panera! We're on a road trip and joined the sip club so we could get coffee and beverages every day that we're by a Panera. There's a lot of Paneras and we've used the sip club quite a bit. This Panera was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and, as always, the iced coffee was delicious. Another great Panera experience

Food was great, ambiance was clean and comfy, service was great. Bathrooms clean. Kudos to Christine who was a friendly, helpful, and a cheerful employee!

    Wilted nasty lettuce

Tried to eat here once. First time the lettuce in my salad was bad. Impossible to reach anyone online or on the phone to complain. Had some money left on a gift card so I gave it one more chance, and I'm not kidding that they put one slice of salami on my $13 salad. Please do not eat here, do not throw your money away. You'd be better off going to a grocery store and making the same things better quality and for 1/10 of the price.

Rotten apple they gave me for my lunch!

I know better than to expect good things from this Panera. I can't figure out why the Panerai in Corvallis is so wonderful and the one in Albany sucks? So I got the Southwest chicken ranch salad and a blood orange drink. My total wa 19.00!! For a salad and a small drink!! The lettuce was warm and wilted. I chose the apple as my side because I can't have bread. The apple was old, I mean really old!! It was slushy and brown when I cut it open. I don't have an issue paying for a good meal. I personally think 19.00 is too high for a salad and a small drink. Especially when I went through the drive through. I guess imm make the drive to Corvallis is I really want panara! It would be nice if Panama could get their act together in Albany.

Rapid Pick Up available, but it's so cute inside, why rush?

This location needs work. Regularly in the morning they are out of breakfast soufflés and it's not even 8am. One day I had terrible luck because those were out a breakfast & I came back at lunch and they were out of broccoli cheddar soup. The food is good quality it's more of a numbers game of what is in stock.

    Great natural lighting

The first time I was here was when I had to do my tire rotation for my car at costco, which is right next to here across the street. This Panera is very spacious inside and has a very very good natural lighting! It has self service checkout kiosk where you can take your time to order the food. Everything was neat and clean. I came back for a second time to study, and I had a productive study session because it wasn't noisy and the music they play in the background is just so good my server was so nice and attentive. I can tell she's hard working because she'd find things to do like cleaning tables during downtime. This will definitely be one of my go-to spots for studying from now on!

    Good job, Summer. Lol.

One of the nicest Panera Bread I've ever been. The place is clean and spacious. Took one star off cause my hazelnut coffee is lukewarm.

Everything about this place is cool, hospitable, warm and inviting. My oldest kid had a chili dog, which they thoroughly enjoyed. We also ordered the shepherd's pie and a kids charcuterie board. Both were chef's kiss. The Squeaky Cork houses a full bar, and the spirit selection was quite impressive (particularly the Scotch). The wait staff and bartender were so pleasant and accommodating. No pretension, just good vibes. We appreciated the coloring books and crayons for our little ones as did the more grown-up fare on the kids menu. As a finale to a fun dining experience, the check was brought to us in a Scottish vintage hardcover book, pretty sweet! This eatery was definitely a highlight of our travels. It embodies a community pub vibe, that's for sure.

This has to be one of the coolest places in Albany! Decorated perfectly and cozy enough to feel like everyone is your neighbor! We only had apps (charcuterie) and drinks (he had a stout, i had a whiskey sour - have it made with shanky's whip and thank me later!!). The board had such a variety on it, we weren't sure where to start! and the drinks..... well, they are the well paved road to alcoholism!! I cannot wait to go back here and try the other food! Hopefully the same guy is there to greet us, because he was the friendliest little man this side of the wilamette!!

I had the bún (rice noodles) with grilled chicken and charred prawns. The first bite was good: prawns were excellent, lightly cooked, moist with a smoky sweet char. The second bite included nicely herbed noodles with fresh, good quality lettuce, mint and cilantro. The third bite, and majority of the dish unfortunately, contained overcooked, chewy chicken. The fish sauce mixture lacked birds eye chili, acid and seasoning. Dry chicken dominated, but ironically components that require more delicate treatment were prepared well. The fried spring rolls (cha gio) were greasy, missing that blistered, bubbly skin.. My companion ordered a strawberry matcha and the vegetarian bún: nice and herby and green, but lacking that good flavor (chili, acid) in the Nước Chấm fish sauce. It shouldn't be solely up to sriracha to get a dish to the right flavors. In all, a nice spot aesthetically and friendly staff but while dishes had super fresh veg and some solid proteins, other proteins were overcooked and our dishes were missed some of the flavors we love to see in Vietnamese food.

I asked if they needed my name and was told by the hostess "no." I thought it was a little weird, but went with it. My coworker arrived first and he said reservations for 5. They asked him for a name! Haha, he said they looked at him like he was crazy. So that was weird. Otherwise, once we all arrived, the service was very friendly and attentive. Ambiance - it was open and had a mix of high top tables, low top, and bar seating. When it's busy, it's quite noisy. Not a place you can really carry a long conversation. I did notice there was a loft area that looks like a private party/gathering could be held. Once everyone left after the lunch rush, it was much quieter. Food - Yum! We started with the lemon pepper wings, which were recommended by our wait staff. The worst thing with wings are when they are dry and jerky like. This was not the case at Loafers. The wings were piping hot when they came out. Too hot to eat immediately. Once you got into the meat of the wings, it was moist. The lemon pepper flavor was great. Citrusy and peppery, not too salty. The wings came with baby carrots and celery sticks. I got the Buddha bowl which includes Rice, carrots, purple cabbage, avocado, sesame seeds, micro cilantro, mung bean sprouts, watermelon radish & peanut sauce and added seared ahi. I requested no rice and the waitress said it would be nothing if I don't get the rice, so she suggested getting salad. The bowl was massive. I'm not sure I needed the salad. It was really filling and the tuna was delicious. I felt the peanut sauce was a bit salty so I barely used it. Tuna has a pepper crust, so it was also flavorful. Overall, happy with our experience there for our team lunch.
