The Golden Arches are American nostalgia. Have seen changes over the years. Some have been positive, others are in the meh category. They still have good coffee, and at a reasonable cost. Thank you for that. The prices of the same quality coffee elsewhere, are at a ridiculous price. Breakfast works. Am not a fan of lunch and dinners. Do they work in a hurry? Yes. Clean location and nice employees. Prices are generally a little less than competitors. My one hope is this company will work on increased quality. It's the middle of the lunch rush (12:28 pm) and my Bifg Mac is friggin' cold! Not warm, cold! Customer service is non-existent. The lady at the window giving me my food didn't even look at me or verify she was handing me the right order. Just rude. Never got a receipt for my purchase either. There's absolutely no one at the register to greet me and/or welcome me to the business and absolutely no professionalism from anyone and everyone there! Reduced to 1 star. I haven't been here in 6 months, and Ihop was a 2hr wait, so I decided to give them another try. Today after ordering they provided drinks, and told me to go park in the waiting area. Waited 10 minutes for the food. ( 4 #5 bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddles) The lady spoke to the car next to me gave him his food and then walked over to me and handed me mine. Both of us were checking our food when she turned back to us and rudely said, "You both need to leave." I know she said this because all the spaces were full and they had a line of cars waiting to park. But thats not really the way you say it, and it's not like we were eating. Father's Day 2017. My wife being the good wife she is, brought me breakfast in bed. She called on her way back saying they messed up the order ( sausage egg and cheese biscuit and mcdouble with Big Mac sauce). She got two biscuits with egg and sausage only. She took it back and they let her keep the messed up ones and gave her what she THOUGHT was the correct order since she took it back to the manager. She brings it home only to notice that they gave her another sausage and egg only. How the hell do you mess up literally three sandwiches? I went to this location at 10:15 am today to order breakfast... After I made my order and sat and waited in the drive thru, I was told the computer was down and they can't take card or cash... But for some odd reason the person in front of me paid cash and got change... I asked her if the computers are down why is the customer in front of me getting serviced... This is the best McDonald's restaurant in the Route 1 corridor. It's an old location but it has been properly remodeled and updated. The food is good. As good as you're going to get in McDonald's. The self-service kiosks actually work and they actually bring the food to your table, which is a nice touch. So, why 4 stars? Ok so placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. Looked like it was all there. Get home and missing one of the sandwiches. I go back to the store and tell them about it and the lady says she needs the order number. Well the app doesn't show the order number so I am waiting for the email to co e through. Finally does and another lady asks what I am waiting for and I tell her. She just grabs a sandwich and I am out the door. The service here had not been good on multiple trips. Reasonably fast service if not particularly friendly, and food was as good as it gets. The only gripe is the shocking bathroom that belies the McDonald's the brand, and this is the first time I have been to a McDonald's bathroom and gasped: smashed soap dispenser, no soap and no paper towels, and general stench. Used to go to this McDonald's as a kid back in the 90's, from what I remember the service was awesome. Now it seems since they have upgraded the outside and inside, the service has downgraded. Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 McDoubles. The 2 people in front of me ordered way more stuff than I did, and they received their orders the second they got to the 2nd window. I on the other hand was told to go wait in the #1 reserved spot. Then I had to wait 15 McMinutes for them to (what I can only assume) slaughter the McCow and make the McCheese and possibly make the McBuns. And to top it off, the guy who brought my 4 McDoubles just kinda tossed the bag at me, like it absolutely ruined his McDay to bring me my food. What a McJerk. This is one of the worst McDonald's you'll experience. I've been in three times and each time it's been consistently slow to get your food. Worse for me, they now have a VERY BAD process of NOT providing the drink cups until the whole order is ready. So, instead of letting my family fill up the cups while waiting they have to stand around and wait. With all the other people standing around waiting. It's a much larger group waiting around since the "new" building was opened and this wonderful process of slowing down food delivery was put in place. Also, every order has had an issue with an item missing or the wrong item on the tray and today it was BOTH. In a way I wish they hadn't "upgraded" which is something I've heard from friends before. Anyway, the staff are trying but it's clear there is an upper management issue either with the "owner' or McDonald's HQ. I suspect upper management and McDonald's HQ are not doing their jobs effectively and the poor time to get the food ready, completeness and poor quality of the food is the result. read more

The old restaurant was replaced by a new building a few years ago. The parking lot is adequate and there is no conflict between customers on foot and those wishing to use the drive-thru.
