I've been to this location twice using the drive thru with not-the-best experiences. On the first visit, I asked for an iced coffee with oat milk. I know that this place isn't a fancy cafe with all the options. However, it would've been nice if they had non-dairy milk options. The whole milk tasted fine with my iced coffee, but it messed with my stomach which is why I asked for non-dairy milk. What made me subtract a star was the drive-thru microphone not functioning properly. I had to repeat my order and ask the worker to repeat what they were saying multiple times. This led to the worker raising their voice at me which I find unprofessional. On the second visit, I ordered a cheeseburger PLAIN and asked for just the bun, beef, and cheese. I overheard something from the manager at this location that surprised the heck out of me. It surprised me so much that I forgot to even check in. The place was packed, mostly people in the drive-thru and there was a hand full of agitated customers waiting on their food. There was one lady there when I walked in complaining that what she had in her hand wasn't even her order. Amongst all this chaos I hear the manager or supervisor or maybe he was just a lead employee, I don't know but he seemed to be in charge and I heard him say, " there's to much orders on the screen to rush ". I heard that and I was thinking " wouldn't now be the best time to rush? ". He obviously wasn't thinking about customer service. He was thinking about himself and his lack of ability to lead. Worst experience ordering out via DoorDash in a very long time. They forgot the coffee, the nuggets, and even the fries!!!!! The food was cold! It took hours to arrived! My kids were asleep by the time it came. They forgot half the order and then didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them to remedy the situation. I wouldn't ever order from them again. They don't even deserve one star. When I contacted the fourth dasher I had been reassigned to on my second order to try to get my remaining items he said he just couldn't get the food because they were so backed up. read more

While they did renovate the store a few years ago: There is still no play area due to the small size of the lot they are on. They do have two ordering points in the their drive thru but a lot of times only one is working or you frequently get the "Please pull forward" message. They deliver the food very, very slow. This is easily the slowest McD's in the entire Lehigh Valley. The line during "peak" times regularly spills out onto Union Blvd. and more often than not you could park, go in and get your food faster than waiting in the drive thru line. Speaking of going in, if you do be aware that the inside is normally across the board from the bathrooms to the salt and ketchup stained tables F-I-L-T-H-Y. If you've got twenty minutes and five bucks in gas to kill then give the drive thru a shot otherwise, move along as there's nothing to see here. read more

Always get your order wrong. Went this morning to the drive-thru and they shorted me 2 sandwiches. Also the two meals I ordered were the wrong ones that they gave me. Guess I should've held up the line and checked the order before I left. I tried to call the store but it keeps ringing busy. Should be closed down, McDonald's hurts their company by having locations like this open. The inside of the building is filthy, floors, tables, bathrooms, everything, and who knows the quality of their kitchen. New employees are constantly cycled out of there because no one's trained properly or gives a shit about working there (see drive thru waiting times and employee behavior) -- employees have been speaking to customers more formally though, which is appreciated. This is one of the worst McDonald's in Lehigh Valley!!! First let's start by saying that the staff is just there to take up space. There is often a crowd inside and outside and all you see is staff walking around doing nothing, which further causes this McDonalds to be one of the slowest, don't order a huge amount because your weight is about 25 mins. I recently went through the drive through which took about 20 mins and the girl at the drive through had to be new because asked, and I counted 5 times "What was Your Order?" And this is after she repeated the order back 2 times. This is not new for this McDonald's. This location as always been slow and the staff is not trained properly. read more

Wow- where to start? Either the order is wrong, or you are waiting over 5 minutes in the drive thru just to place an order, or ten minutes to pick up your food... Unreal! This McDonald's is trash and doesn't even deserve a full star. I'm not sure if the employees are the same during the day as they are at night when ever I stop by, but what a mess. The only time I ever stop by here is 2-3am. Special orders are written on tags but still ignored. Cheese gets put on every. Single. Time. I ask for no cheese. Now this has happened a fair amount of times and by that, I mean roughly 8-10. The aggravating part is that special instructions such as add tomato are followed. I think they need to hire more efficient workers or people who know how to read because I'm sick of getting home late at night with food I barley eat, just to realize I can't even eat it because of lactose issues. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Who ever is managing this restaurant clearly has very little experience. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. A friend and I stopped in for a QUICK lunch break. Originally we were going to do drive through but the line was backed up out onto the street. We MISTAKENLY went inside. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, the cashier finally got to us. Keep in mind that there were only 2 people before us. Anyway, she didn't ask if she could help us, she just stood there and stared. I placed my to go order, than my friend placed hers. I waited about 5 minutes before my food was ready. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for my friend to get her food! During that time, I watched that same cashier (I AM SO TEMPTED TO JUST PUT HER NAME ON HERE!) hassle an elderly lady about wanting to use her debit card. The cashier had her swipe her card 5 TIMES! Insisting that it didn't go through, yet on the customers side, it said approved. The customer wanted to speak to the mgr, so the cashier ROLLED HER EYES AT THE CUSTOMER and YELLED for the mgr. The mgr, simply told her to call the bank and WALKED AWAY!!!!!!! We also saw the lady DROP SOMETHING ON THE FLOOR and PUT IT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH BAG ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!
