You know what....people can be crappy to fast food places in their Yelp reviews. Sometimes it is well deserved and but most times it's a case of "kick the cat overkill." (Poor kitties ‍!) That said, our local McDonald's has been nothing but excellent all summer long (2025). I get fish sandwich cravings about every 10 days or so and this McDonald's makes their sandwiches and fries hot and fresh. See my photos....they are truly this fresh all the time. The register ladies and one guy have all been efficient, thoughtful, and perfect for my early morning purchases. Using their app makes the transactions even better plus, their prices are lower on the app. Give them a try, and please be nice. Who knows, it might make your experience better. read more

Getting in and out of this location alone is why I just do not want to come here. The people in and out of the drive through and/or parking lot are messy on another level. My one photo is my trying to park in ADA and someone parked waiting for someone partially in the ADA space but it is just the norm and I was going in since the people driving into the drive through were all trying to run into each other. There is also almost always a pretty severe line at this location and it is always VERY VERY busy. So go to another location if you lack time or patience. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a Big Mac through Uber and I took a bite and didn't seem To see anything wrong with it but then I took a second and while chewing I felt something with my fingers stick out of the middle of the burger... it was fucking plastic! There was melted plastic all over the bottom bun. I immediately spit out the second bite and saw more plastic then realized I definitely swallowed some in that first bite. I've never held mc Donald's to any sort of standards but they always keep there food at the bare minimum consistent and that's why everyone including my self go there. The moment I entered the facility I was hit by an ungodly aroma !!! When I walked over to the electronic ordering center, it asked me to log in and I said NO ‍ so it knows consent . I asked to pay with cash but the workers acted like I was their homework: A.K.A INVISIBLE . I went back with exactly $1.50 and bought two cookies and a large warb.It took me 27 minutes and 35 seconds to return to the desk and demand my order that should have taken 6 minutes and 29 seconds at MOST. To top it off, I ordered 16 ranches and I was given 9. That's hardly enough to eat 4 fries with. I am absolutely livid. I am very disappointed with this location and McDonald's in general. I remember when the stores used to be inviting, and busy with activity. Now, it's a shadow of what it used to be. They're like ghost towns now. You barely see any staff (they're all behind walls), which in turn makes it hard to get their attention when you inevitably have an issue with your order or need some assistance. It'll be empty inside and you'll still be waiting 5 minutes to get their attention so that you can get some ketchup. Speaking of the issues, this location is notorious for slow speed and getting the orders wrong (missing items or messing up customizations). You'd think for the time it takes them to get orders ready they'd have time to double check everything is included before you get home and realize something is missing. I've complained to their corporate feedback line and they're just "sorry, we hope to have the opportunity of serving you again soon". That's it! Not a, hey here's some money off for your next order, here's a coupon for whatever. Nothing but a cold serving of sorry. No mater what time of day we order, we are asked to pull out of drive thru and wait several minutes for our order. Today it took 20 minutes before my husband went in and asked for his money back. When my husband asked the the manager nicely, what is wrong she replied I dont know, which forced him to say you should, you are in charge. On the outside, it's great. Beautiful waterfall, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a play area for kids (though the sign says it's supposed to only be for kids 3 years and younger). But I have some complaints about this location. They charge 50 cents for water. And they didn't want to give me pickles on the side. The restroom had no water and no paper towels!! All other McDonalds locations I've been to haven't had these issues. Oh well, the food was good. The restaurant was clean for the most part, except for one seat that had some milkshake spilled on it. read more

This location consistently gets orders wrong but I hadn't had too big of an issue until a while ago, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. What I got was a ton of shredded lettuce (not leaf lettuce like it should be) and my beef patty was one from a Big Mac (skinny, not fat and big quarter pounder). Also came with an extra helping of mayo for some reason. If you are out of ingredients you should tell the customer instead of passing of cheap ingredients and act like it is the same thing. I emailed corporate about it a good while go and they said they would respond but I haven't heard anything, hence posting my review here. read more

Unfortunately I was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes and unable to get out of the line. There were only 4 cars including mine. (Saturday night at 9:15 pm just for a coke and a hot fudge sundae after painting and running to Home Depot for another gallon of paint.)Not sure if they were short handed or if this is just the Oregon way of life. Unfortunately this McDonalds is close to home and it probably won't sway me from my delicious coke fix from time to time but it's very unfortunate that this slow pace is acceptable for the fast food giant. read more

I went to this McDonald's on June 5 at about 12:40 AM. Got a simple order of a Mcdouble and a McChicken. There's a couple people working but the woman that was helping me was very nice and friendly. Im not sure if she was the supervisor or what but if she is, she got that place running smooth because my order was out in 30 seconds and when it's as late as it was, I want to get in and out so I can eat my food and go to bed. Everytime I go here they get my Order wrong. One time they forgot to make my food for 30 minutes and I had to remind them 2x. Then when I finally got my order 2 things were missing. I had to remind them twice to fix it. Also the kiosk doesn't print receipts so you have to write ur number down quickly. read more

I went to McDonald's and ordered a cheese burger and hot fudge sundae.. I haven't had a hotfudge sundae from them in years, last time I had one they came with nuts.. I've been to this location a couple times mostly during lunchtime but it seems to always be slow even if it's during breakfast, lunch time, or dinner. One time they forgot about my order entirely and I waited for over a half hour. I've had also good experiences sometimes there would be nice workers that would make my night and some others that just wanted me to punch in my card and leave. Overall this location could be something great but something is holding it back maybe the idea that is a McDonald's so they think they have an excuse. TL;DR Constant slow service. Went through the drive through just to wait 20 mins in the the parking lot for a bag full of cold nasty food that was only partially what I ordered. That was after having to go in after they brought it out to me to try & get it corrected and it was still wrong! Side note...how are you going to give someone who ordered a quarter pounder a patty as thin as a cheeseburger?? I hope this saves someone from wasting time & money at this location. Easily the worst fast food establishment I've ever frequented. This location consistently gets my order wrong, never fails. This McDonald's is around the corner from my house but I'll be going out of my way from now on to a different location. This job isn't difficult you just need to pay attention to what you're doing, simple attention to detail. There's a difference between hot mustard and honey mustard, the container is even a different color. Manager should really consider hiring new staff. read more

Went in to order,, this was the worst Mc Donald's I been to. place a order on their kiosk. due to them be short handed( understandable) order 4 MC doubles 4 apple pies 2 Mc chickens and 20 pc nuggets. while waiting for order other people came in and one of the staff would poke out and tell the people they need to use the kiosk. the way they did it was rude ( stating were short staff and you need to use the kiosk) this was very rude and not helpfully to anyone that came in. now while still waiting for food, crew in back talking about how they would tell the people out front what to do and that the people were the rude ones this was so loud that everyone in front could hear what was been said now the food came out ask the lady who brought it out if everything was there she said yes we got it all in. now being trust worth on what these folk do, I just took bag and went home. got home the fries were burned and by surprise the 20 pc nugget was missing ( BUT I HAD MY SAUCES) Overall I should of looked to make sure I had everything. but that's my fault. the crew there need to more understandable, we all know their short handed. and us customer come there to support them. but the rude service should not be what they offer. read more

I can honestly say my ten year old has never been in a McDonalds. She has eaten two egg mcmuffins on road trips when we were freaking desperate. She thought they were gross. Today was hard. Sonething about Tuesdays after a three day weekend. I got a soy latte at black rock but wound up with no breakfast. Again. So I fell prey to advertising and my need for protein and got an egg white "delight" at the drive thru. First, they lost my order. Second, it was not delightful. Very bummed. I spent 15 dollars on a big mac, spicy chicken deluxe and a medium fry. The fries were stale, the chicken in the sandwich was hard and rubbery and none of the food was very warm. Andrew the "manager" is why we will never comeback to this McDonald's. Customer service is not about being right or being wrong but about acknowledging the other and listening and responding with tact. Of which Andrew has none. I get it it's McDonald's but leadership is everything. And if you're lucky enough to manage a McDonald's. Being a leader should be a skill you should possess. We did a mobile drive thru. Showed up. He communicated that we couldn't do it in the drive thru but had to come in because the machines in the drive they do not accept the codes. So we went inside. After waiting in a busy line and Whatta ya know. The cashier put no fancy codes in. Our MOBILE ORDRR WAS ON THE SCREEN . Imagine that. And they gave us our order, of which could of been given in the drive thru. I refused to take a drink that I ordered. Because the dude behind the counter messed with it and sorry Karen not going to jail today. The place is classless and trashy. I've worked at McDonald's before and I have to tell you they don't park people like they're supposed to they have the longest lines the fries are never fresh the people constantly have attitudes I didn't receive a receipt today when I was in line about six people drove off without even getting food because the line was so long and I'm sitting here looking at somebody has been sitting parked waiting for their food for over 40 minutes. What a joke. It isn't hard to keep fries going and burgers especially during peak hours. My kid is starving and sitting waiting forever for a cheeseburger. What a joke. Not coming here ever again. This McDonald's is surprisingly nice. I mean very beautiful. There's three fountains. One by the door, one in front of the building and one as you go through the drive-through. When you exit the drive-through there's a parking lot that overlooks the street and is laid out perfectly for parking to eat. The interior and exterior are both very new and modern looking. There is a fantastic play place inside that they keep very clean. These people deserve a gold star. read more
