We stopped by this McDonald's while we were in the Anderson area. They had a very relaxed feeling about themselves. It is supposed to be to be fast food, but their service was kind of slow. I used the McDonald's ordering app and went inside to get my order. It was about 5 minutes wait time even though the app said my order was ready for pick up. When they handed me my order I looked inside to see if the right dipping sauces were in the bag. There weren't any so I asked for them and had to show them that they weren't in the bag. I also requested more fries because my fries were not warm. Instead of just getting me more fries, she explained they were making my sandwich fresh as if that was going to make me satisfied with the temperature of the fries. But by the time the fries were replaced and were fresh, my fresh sandwich was no longer hot. I just waived the white flag and left. read more

Services is really good in the dining room. Sometimes the drive-through can be quite slow but most of the time that means you get fresh food and that's always a good thing. When I arrived, there were only two cars in front of me, but it took at least 15 minutes to get to my order and my place at the window. I should've went inside. I finally get to the window and the cashier doesn't greet me and hands out my Coke without even looking my direction and does the same thing with my bag not once greeting me and finally off the shoulder says have a good night. Chesh or whatever his name is at the first window takes his job way too serious. We placed an online order and added extra sauce and he want to charge us 75 cents tho we already paid on the app. Now 75 cents isn't a lot but there's no reason for us to be paying that just for sauce. Just take the sauce out of the bag at that point. He just wanted to argue and say it's already in the bag like they couldn't take two seconds to take the sauce out of the bag. This review is for Friday November 5, 2021 I want to say that this location we have never to date had an issue with their food, nor other issues. I will warn unless you go here and already know, prepared to wait in a line if morning as this location gets super busy, the rating does not make sense, unless the issue lies more with customer service not sure. As far as the many times my partner and I have been here, food has been ok and so has customer service. On this date we stopped in to see if they had McGriddles as another location was out. So it was about maybe 10:25a close enough to 10::30a right when our order was being taken. We did not know that this location stops serving breakfast at 10:30a, I could have sworn we got breakfast before here after that time, but thy supposedly don't serve breakfast past that time. Back up north breakfast is served 24/7, which is up to management on how they want to run their location. So mainly we did not place an order this day as we wanted a McGriddle, and well breakfast stopped for the day. So this review will be for the customer service received here. I will be generous and give 4 stars as it was no big issue, just could not get what we wanted. read more

The worst McDonald's in Anderson. Travel to any other McDonald's, it will save you so much time and money. FIVE times in a row they have incorrectly given me my order, whether it is food made the wrong way or leaving items out of my meal, somehow someway it will be wrong. Thought drive thru was alternating lanes, however I sat in the outside lane while 4 cars pulled up and ordered and left before they took my order. Can i do less than one star, anyone? I just visited and the drive- thru line took us a solid 25 minutes to get through. It was late at night so i get it, but it was more than just laziness. I have stopped Here several times for happy Meals for the boys. Oh my. Last visit they didn't even get happy meal toys in there bags. Really? Err this has been several days ago I still can't believe it. I asked for a bunch or ketchup told them we were in a motel got 4 packs. One happy meal was McDouble ketchup only and it had everything on it. Needless to say time I went back parked went in to fix the food and get toys for 5 yr old and 7 yr old all food was cold. One of the rare times you will have quick service and hot food is if they are getting a corporate/company review at exactly the time you are there. Wow, the idea of fast food is that it is quickly served. This location is a disaster. Placed order for dine-in and waited over 12 minutes for food to be ready. No one was in front of me when I ordered. I blame this on poor Managment. The alarms in the kitchen area were beeping none stop. They have 2 lines open and only service the one line while the other line languishes. 930pm at night and literally waiting 15 minutes in line is ridiculous. The food is usually sloppily made. They never get my order correct. For example, I decided to give them two chances in one day just to see how it went. I went to this establishment in the morning, I just wanted one breakfast sandwich. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle with no egg. I recieved a mcgriddle with egg and cheese only. Then I went back in the evening ordered and number 1 (mig mac meal) large. I recieved a small fry, the sandwich was thrown together, and I was charged for two drinks. When I had called to talk to the manager and was put on hold for 18 minutes and 38 seconds to be told that since I didn't come back immediately and show them, there was nothing that they could do. This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. They just spent big $$ renovating the place and management is so poor they don't sweep the floors or service the drink station.
