I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken and a bacon ranch salad with crispy chicken and they gave me two SW. salads with one grilled chicken and one crispy chicken I went back to get the correct salad and they told me they can exchange it because on my receipt it said to Southwest salads so I had to re-pay for a new salad and they still messed up my new salad and gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken. This is best breakfast McDonalds. And even lunch but it's a very busy but with cheery employees location. It's stays open 24 hours but if it's between 12am and 6am- be prepared for at least a 20min wait at this time. read more

Wow... How many common sense violations can one McDonald's have? Hmmmm... Picture it... it's 86 degrees out I haven't eaten all day and rather than suffer through my cold mcdonalds order, *yes, the fries ARE colder than the outdoor temperature... quite a feat... I'm writing this review. The good news... my bloodpressure medication is getting a work out--on my VACATION no less... FEEL the ANTIPATHY! I won't bother about the fact that you can't drive through if you go to the left lane because the menu is far enough away that if you are over 40 and don't have your bifocals you're not going to be able to read it! (Now that's planning and good thinking... NOT!) So I went in... and ordered. Wow... now that was a mistake... a large mistake... although potentially a botulism saving one... Had I not gone in I wouldn't have seen the level of cleanliness that was not present in the store. Behind the counter or in front of it. I'd consider drinking the iced tea that I'd ordered or any of the other 3 drinks--but as there were no straws included in the carry out bag, and after what I saw... of how they refill the iced tea dispenser (by putting it on the filthy floor so that the dispenser is no more than an inch off the ground and pouring it into the top of the tank... wow... I thought you Minnesotan folks prided yourselves on zoning and health codes... whoa... And yes, it was less than clean there... everywhere... Let's just say that I'll not be going back and I'll not be eating any of the $15 order that I got from these people. Coroporate McD's listen up... I realize this is an owner operator... but REALLY?!? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Management is a complete mess!! Food was not fresh at drive thru window, they would not replace and insisted it was fresh. Came home a drive thats not even 5 minutes the rest of the food was COLD. Called the store, the suppose manager handed to the phone off to somebody and once he told her everything he said she said I was lying about my order and that I only had a 10 nugget that was messed up. When I provided my order number!! And she proceeds to talk shit in the background after I stated I could hear her! I asked him to give me her name and he told me he doesnt know her name. And I asked to speak to the manger after he stated he was not the manager he said well you were talking to her shes the manager and I said okay whats her name. He refused again and said I should have asked her when I was speaking to her. Well excuse me I didnt know you guys were completely unprofessional and I was going to have this much issue because my food for wasnt fresh. He said he was going to hand the phone off to her, they started to talk and then I was muted and I told them I knew they muted me and that I know they can still hear me after I said that they hung the phone up. I went to this location on a Friday afternoon approximatelyat 4 and ordered a Big Mac meal and cheeseburger with no mustard. I was asked you pull ahead to wait for my food to be brought to me... And waited for almost 10 minutes. In this time I watched 8 cars be served their food and drive away. When I got home which was approximately 5 minutes later my fries were still cold like they weren't even cook I had one patty on my Big Mac instead of two and was given a plain cheeseburger with no ketchup onions or pickles. I don't understand how a simple order can be screwed up so badly this location is a joke read more

Alright. So I get this is a McDonalds and whats the point of a review. But I have to complain. This location is slow, non-urgent and above all disrespectful. On many occasions Ive waited over 15 minutes at the drive through and longer inside. The last time I was in we ordered, waited 15 minutes and the gentleman after us waited over 30 MINUTES. It was ridiculous listening to him complain to no avail or urgency and once they got his food the manager and staff ignored him and shooed him away. New staff and new management would make this place a hell of a lot better. read more

It's pretty coincidental that the shake machine is "broken" every night from 10 o'clock on. The staff will literally lie to your face and say it's broken so they don't have to clean it. Hire some people with integrity. read more

I went there, ordered a happy meal and the new 6 piece Hot BBQ chicken tenders. i went home and the happy meal was good, fries were stale and cold though. No complaints about the happy meal. I also ordered a 6 piece spicy BBQ tenders. Before i got my meal i saw the manager opening a box of chicken tenders and asking a coworker "should i serve this?" the coworker cleary said no, dont serve that, he even asked why and had the same response, "don't serve that". I went home and i didnt even get a 6 piece, i got a 4 piece. The 4 piece i had looked like it went through a paper shredder. So I went back and wanted to show them what they served me. I showed who i think is the manager (bigger white male, gold chain, short hair) what i actually received. First i mentioned that i ordered a 6 piece and got a 4 piece. The 4 piece i got looked like it went through a paper shredder. I showed him this and asked "would you eat this??, would you serve this to a customer??" He said no, and again no. Thats when i said i saw you with a coworker and you clearly asked "should i serve this?". The coworker walked up and again said "i told you not to serve that!." This is when the customers in the line said that the Apple Valley location has horrible Customer Service. I know this place is bad when the cashier even said this place sucks, and said go to ANY other location. The worst part of all was when i taled to the manager (bigger white male, gold chain). I explained the situation, he said they "shacked the tenders too hard". When i showed him the box all he could say is "i didnt do it" and threw all his coworkers under the bus. I said to him (in front of a huge line at this time) How dare you serve this to a customer. As soon as i said that the other coworker came by and said "I told him not to serve that!". He tried to offer me a free french fry and at that point i just walked out. Go to the the Eagan place if you really want McDonalds. read more

We waited in the long line for drive through for over 15 minutes. When we finally received our food the french fries were medium warm, and they tasted stale. The french fries here never taste as good as the ones at another location we go to. Good service includes attention to detail, and we didn't receive the extras we asked for. They did not even include napkins!! read more

I would recommend going to any other McDonalds than this one. But if you do go here make sure you check your bags in the drive thru. 50/50 at best for getting the order right. read more
