I don't know what these people are doing to get such bad service, but I've never ever had a problem here, and my order has never been wrong. The employees are never really rude. They're usually high school kids working at McDonald's, you can't expect 5 star conversation when their job is to get You through as fast as possible. That being said, I've never had anyone be rude. The "rudest" I've had is one employee who didn't say anything except to ask for my card, and even then I don't consider that rude when it's a MCDONALDS. My food has never been cold, old, or wrong. 2 cars in line and they still got my order wrong. all i got was a $1 sandwich & a small drink and wasn't even told the total, got home later and got charged $9!! This location is the worst location I've ever been to in my MF life! I wish I didn't have to go on the other side of town just for a working McCafé machine or when I get off late and want to grab a quick bite at the so called "24 hour" location they either hide inside and don't come to the speaker or say " we closed" my gf literally just called me as I type and said she tried to stop and get food on her way home and they made her wait 10 min just to say they're only accepting cash atm. The whole crew needs retraining and reevaluation. it's ok to mess up a few times here and there, but it's been YEARS since I've been satisfied at that location. If the foods not cold it's thrown together. if neither of those then it's completely wrong or some cases all of the above. This is the first review I've ever written about ANYTHING, but I made sure to save time for the McDonald's in Arlington on Highway 70. I shouldn't have to take a bite out of my food before I pull off from the window just to make sure y'all didn't give me a stale ass burger and cold unsalted fries. And again it's ONLY THIS LOCATION THAT HAS THESE ISSUES. All I want is good service and to feel like whatever my time or money was spent there was worth it and the wait. Stay away from this Mc Donald's.!!! Worst service ever. While waiting to be served I watched a person using their cell phone, two were talking about braces and only one person to take orders. Never will I go back. If you complain to the owner, they will send you some coupons, but who would want to go back to such a sorry managed Mc Donald's. I would not recommend this McDonald's. I placed an order at the drive thru. When I went to pay for the meal, the worker blurted something incoherently as she took my card. I asked her to repeat and by that time, she had swiped my card. After finding out I paid for the wrong meal, the worker looked at me with disgust and got the manager. The manager proceeded to "reprimand" me for not telling the worker the order was wrong before she rang it up. Unbelievable!! Needless to say, they will never get my business again! read more

This ARLINGTON TENNESSEE McDonalds is the worst ever. My grandmother went there passing through Arlington with my sister at 11PM through the drive thru. The worker there took her money ($100) and only gave her back $41! The meal was only $9! The worker Shenika or something like that rang up the order incorrectly , putting that she only received $50 instead of $100. My grandmother at the moment and rushing to get home did not realize the mistake until later that night but called them to let them know of their mistake. After weeks of hassling and being given the run around, Ron the "manager " called my grandmother back stating that he has video that she is not allowed to see but states it shows where the work Shenika took in $100 but they need the receipt! But why did Shenika ring up on the receipt that she received $50 ! So after the fact of all this, my grandmother misplaced the receipt after weeks of hassle! So how can you have proof of your workers mistake but can not take care of the issue ! She will not be returning to this place of business and we are working with channel 13 news about this inconvenience. McDonalds will not miss my grandma of course but people should know that they are thieves and will try to steal your money. Please pay attention when you order there! $50 is not a lot of money but it's a damn shame you have to steal from the elderly! This is not the last time you will hear from us! I truly believe in order to work for this particular location one must not have completed grade 5 and are mandated to have Customer (Dis)Service training and are required to fail a pre employment drug screen with a minimum of three different substances of abuse. If you are asked to pull to a reserved area be prepared to wait about twenty minutes before you received be your food. Drive through orders have rarely been correct or complete. Don't expect any napkins, straws, etc. even if you request them. The only way you are assured to receive these simple items are to have them handed directly to you. If you come in contact with a friendly employee rest assure you will never encounter this person again. Management lack professionalism and courtesy as well. The food (if you even receive what you order correctly) is normally room temperature and will be disgustingly overloaded with mayo, ketchup, mustard. If you're lucky you'll receive a couple pickle slices and a shred or two of lettuce. I will no longer order food from this location and only purchase a drink if I'm dying of thirst. Luckily there is a Sonic in extremely close proximity so now no one has to deal with the overall ridiculousness of this establishment. I try really hard since I visit this McDonalds 4/5 a week, to make it great, ok, then good...give me half the time? Ok it's getting better in that range. I go at all different times and currently, I went yesterday at 6 pm and then at 1:30 am. The Big Mac at 6 was not very fresh but it was ok and the rest of the order was ok. But I go at 1:30 am and I do this often. "Middle of the night" I call it, not many customers and tonight, only me but as usual, have to wait on my fries. Always do have to wait on fries!! When I finally receive my order, I have my Big Mac and 2 small fries! Where's my LARGE fry? 2 small do not make a large. I have a large drink. So you know I made the combo a large size. But didn't catch it til I hit my driveway! So I came in the house, opened my Big Mac. I didn't taste any pickles. Opened it, looked like there were 6 pickles in a nice little stack in the middle of the first top of the sandwich. But actually, there were 2 very large pickles nicely folded over 2 small pickles. And this completed the pickle order on the sandwich. None on the bottom layer. Also, cheese was halfway out of bottom layer. The one on bottom was easy to remedy though, just open up that second layer and pull the cheese and push it back into sandwich in the middle of sandwich, I could do this because cheese was not melted! The sad part is the bun, meat appeared to be so fresh this second trip, where the entire sandwich was not very fresh the first trip at 6 pm. But things were missing or out of place! And I visited this McDonalds twice yesterday!! The employees are getting nicer, I see, the food appears to be getting a little fresher or at least fresher more often but to get your order 100% accurate, fresh, on time, from super nice employees, is still not happening since opening! This McDonald for the most part is not concerned about the quality of food or Customer Service. For almost 2 weeks they served cold Hot Mochas knowing their machine was down. They serve old hard food. Yesterday gave me a bitter peppermint mocha....The Young Manager Is Always Rude. she Comes With An Attitude As If Everyone Is Getting Trying To Get Over and Gets Truly Offended When She Is Told Food Is Old. Today was Worse.....She Hung Up In My Face. I Get Tired of Spending My Money and It's A Joke. Crazy How It Seems To Be When She Is There In The Morning. She Hung Up Today In My Face and Told Me I Hung Up On Her When I asked For The Number To Corporate. I visited the McDonald's in Arlington TN, at around 1:30 or so and attempted to order my disabled father food . There was a car directly in front of me , and I could not pull up to the speaker to order. The McDonald's worker yelled across the mic and said may I take your order. My response , was " I can not hit the car in front of me , I am unable to pull forward. Mr. Toni Green , manager of the McDonald's immediately attacked me and told me that I did not have to be served. Mr. Green told me to leave his line and he refused to serve me and my father does have diabetes and need liquid and food. I told him that I have lived in Arlington for the last 12 years and visited that McDonald's for as long as it has been around and never experienced such rude and violent service as he administered to me.
