The food order, while slow, was totally accurate. A rarity for those of us who order the obscure double hamburger. The facility though...despite looking newly renovated, the restroom was a mess and had an autoflush toilet that was broken. Gross. First of all, the service is horrible, they act like it inconvenienced their day by serving me. Second they do not wear gloves at this location, so food was prepared by bare hands that don't wash after bathroom breaks. Stopped here for dinner while on the road. Drive thru was a lengthy stop. Not sure what was going on with the vehicle ahead of me but at the paying window, the guy in front of us handed the phone to the worker... we sat in one spot for about 15 minutes. Anyways, we had planned out our order ahead of time so we had an idea of how much to expect. Unexpectedly, the prices here were higher than most McDonald's we've visited. For instance, McChicken sandwiches at our local McD for $1. Here, they were $1.69. Anyways, our order totaled $25. We used a BOGO 10-piece nugget coupon from the McDonald's app. Got to the pay window, the guy read me our order. I said yes. He had trouble with the coupon and a manager helped him. From an order of $25, with the coupon, I expected it to be around $20ish. The guy told me $14-something. Ummmm... ok? We paid and went to the next window. The next guy tried to hand me drinks, which we didn't order. I looked at the receipt and it wasn't our order. Somehow between reading me my correct order and paying, something messed up. I was handed our food and was told to wait a minute while they charged us for the difference. Heh? A minute later, he said never mind and let us go. First of all they gave my parents and my brother their food first and by the time I got my food they were already finished and I didn't get my drink which took them 26 minutes to make HOW. The food kinda tasted like deodorant when I got to the bottom of my burrito which is unsettling that I can taste axe body spray in a food item also this one worker was sitting in the corner and was delaying her break by going in and out of the bathroom to make her break longer. Honestly any McDonalds in cass and Bowie county suck besides the one in Mount Pleasant go eat there even if it's a 1 hour drive it's worth it I guess. We pulled up to the inner drive thru line and no one was in the other line. The guy says he will be right with us. We wait and wait. The speaker makes noises. Someone pulls up to the outer lane and orders and pulls up. Someone else does the same. And again. I have been going to McDonald's around the world for nearly 50 years and this was the FIRST TIME that I ever went to one who stated that they were out of ground beef. No...I'm not kidding. On Sunday, April 8, 2018 I stopped at night at the McDonald's in Atlanta, TX and they were telling customers that they were out of ground beef patties and could no make the items which required them as a result. Neither the manager (in a yellow shirt) nor any of the employees, seemed to be concerned about this at all. They simply acted as if a hamburger restaurant not having a basic ingredient needed to make HAMBURGERS was no big deal. The only thing that prevents me from giving the place zero stars was that the restroom was clean. However, when you can't make what is your core food requirements at a restaurant, EVERYTHING should be clean, shouldn't it? read more

Most likely one of the worst McDonald's in East Texas. I had watched this restaurant the past 2 years go down hill. One of the white shirt managers I have seen and repeatedly treat a few of their employees very badly. I've asked both of these little girls why they take that and they say they need the job. That same manager has given me my food several times and always ugly acting and RED EYED, looks stoned or drunk. The restroom is always stinky and a mess no matter the time. I quit coming after the young girls from my church quit and finally came back after the recent remodel... Brought entire family after church Wednesday night. The little girl in the register was kind and soft spoken. She took our orders as quick as she could then as we were getting drinks I herd other employees mocking her then two boy customers chimed in. Of course as I walked back over there they quit. Anyway the restroom is still a mess, service sucks and still bad management. read more

So I just came from McDonald's I ordered two hot and spicy 4 for 4's With BBQ sauce and two large sprites no ice. which is also what the receipt says as well. On the ride home I taste the sprite and it's not even soda just carbonated water (denture water)! And I get home and open my bag and I see 5 medium size fries and they didn't even Give me any Ketchup. Did not honor nationally advertised ad on breakfast sandwiches, shown on web page, at 2 for $4 biscuit egg/ sausage/cheese sandwich. Was there at 9:45 am. Was told it was not programmed into their cash register data base, even though I handed them my phone and showed them the ad. Went across street to Burger King and they had the same sandwiches on either croissant or biscuit for same price. They were good too! Beware if you drive all the way to this McDonald's anytime after 10:00pm hungry...they advertise and they will tell you if you call, they close at 11:00. Not true...they stop serving whenever they please...at least once that I was there by 10:15, pushed the button to order and was told they were closed. I called and was told they were open till 11:00 so the next night, while out picking up my son from work I tried again...same thing at 10:25. A few nights later my son went through the drive-thru around 10:30ish...same thing!!! I would have to say that closing an hour early every night would not only be bad for business but put a serious dent in your profits! I would just like to know why this is happening not just once in a while but every night, and why don't you just advertise that you close at 10:00??? Walked in the door on a non-busy afternoon and stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes. No one would take my order. Even the manager passed by three times and never once had the decency to say "we will be with you in a moment." It was like they all roll their eyes at you and could care less about serving anyone.
