One of my go to McDonalds in the area, but always check your order when going through the drive thru. This is one of your basic Mc restaurants. Nothing too special here. There used to be an indoor playground, but it's under construction, so I'm not sure what will happen with it. The playground was nice when there are no other kids in it. When my kids were in there (3 and 4 year olds) there were older kids in there hiding and jumping out and screaming scaring my kids. My kids decided they didn't want to deal with that and we left. The other parents didn't really do anything, so if you want to go police the kids, you could tell those 9 year olds to knock it off, or just leave. We chose the latter. The food here is like any other McDonalds. The staff at the drive thru are super friendly, but don't mistake friendliness for accuracy. Almost every time I go here, they miss something. So I have resorted to opening all the happy meal boxes to verify the order. It must annoy the McDonalds employees, but imagine the annoyance when I I drive off and notice they have missed something. Things most missed: kid's apple juice, apple slices, sauce for nuggets, chocolate milk, straws for chocolate milk, cheeseburger, french fries. Now that the ground beef is fresh, I've been ordering a quarter pounder with cheese for myself. However, I would still give it 3 out of 5 stars compared to a Wendy's burger 5 out of 5 or an in n' out burger 5 out of 5. It still tastes bland and they don't make it with fresh produce like the other places. I love my fresh cut onions, lettuce and tomatoes. McDonalds french fries are still the bomb diggity. So I'll give it 3 stars instead of 2. The restrooms here are always clean and well stocked. read more

I DoorDashed my son a Big Mac meal without cheese because my son is allergic to cheese. The idiot who made the Big Mac needs to learn how to read. The person who made the burger put cheese on it again. Yes this has happened multiple times from this McDonald's. Every time this happens, we have to spend more money to get my son what he wants to eat. My son is special needs and his favorite food is a Big Mac. And it seems that these kids that McDonald's has working for them, have no clue what they're doing. This place is horrible. I ordered two kids meals and a classic burger bundle on mobile order. I get there and check in. They give me my kids meals and tell me to park it up front for the other food. I ask them to please remember the sauce since they charge for it. I wait fifteen minutes up front finally get my food, which is cold, and look in the bag and there is no sauce. I drive to the drive thru and request my sauce again. They look at me like they are dumbfounded because how dare I go and ask for what I paid for. I finally get to the food counter and she doesn't even understand what I want. I have to ask again for the sauce and they remind you they charge for that now. I get home after wanting to lose my mind on this ignorant young lady and put the food on the table for my kids. They gave my two year old daughter spicy nuggets instead of regular. I can't believe how bad the service is. Nobody works the counter. You're forced to use their kiosk. And if you want to pay cash, you're redirected back to the counter to wait for one of the employees. You then try to get one of their attention as they ignore you. The prices are more than a real restaurant. A meal for two is over $30. It takes 20 minutes minimum to get your order inside. If you order at the drive thru, they will have you park out front every time. Even if there are no other cars waiting in line. Then they make you wait, and wait, and wait some more. When you do get your order, it's wrong. Every single time (based on my last 5-10 orders). They're slow inside. They're slow outside. Very horrible experience here. read more
