My Boyfriend and I came to this location for a quick dinner, we placed out Mobile order at 6:19pm and arrived at the location at 6:24, we waited outside for 20 minutes after seeing multiple people get their food and people who showed up after us, we went inside and saw our order half made, and after waiting a little longer it was still untouched, we finally got a worker and asked where it is and when we asked they said it won't be long, the managers were pulling a worker to the side while he was trying to do our order, to reprimand him for staking a cup, in total, we were inside for 15 minutes, and in this time our food has been untouched, the managers were continuing to stop workers to reprimand them, they should be pulling them aside when they first clock in or as they clock out. Left us waiting for food in a parking spot and didn't realize they forgot about us until confronted

I went in and ordered a small frappe. there was a kid after me that had ordered fries. we stood in line for 15 minutes watching people come in order and get their food and leave. mind you they came in after us. another girl had came in and ordered a frappe and got it before me. which really aggravated me. he had asked what I ordered I told him I ordered a frappe 20 minutes ago. and about 5-8 minutes later I finally got my drink. honestly horrible customer service. read more

my friend and I just went through this drive through at 7:48pm on 2/3/25. we asked for a drink upgrade with our meals, and the man taking our order simply flat out said "no". our drink orders were then uncharged anyway, just to get a small drink. when we got to the second window, we asked for a few more ketchup packets. the lady handing us our food looked at us with ABSOLUTE DISGUST, threw her hands up in the air, and verbatim said "imma have to say no for tonight". She then closed the window in our face. We paid a ridiculous $30 and to be treated like that. Awful. Going to Wendy's across the street for sauce. read more

As a delivery driver, our customers have a certain standard and expectation, that their food will be delivered in an appropriate time period. This McD's doesn't seem to think it's a bad idea to lock their lobby at 7:00, and take their phone off the hook! At least the one over on Lisbon St. in Lewiston, asks you to call, so they can let you into the lobby. Not this McD's! I was told, "when the lobby's closed, it's closed." Then the kid had the audacity to tell me how long I was waiting, which, from his POV, started when I got to the speaker! He had no idea that I had already been waiting a half hour, before I even got to that point! Just totally insensitive and arrogant. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT DELIVERY DRIVERS. I ordered 2 large 2 cheeseburgers meals but only 1 large was reflected on the screen so of course I was charged more to get them to supposedly rectify my order. Rectifying it meant I shouldn't be charged extra. The drinks I ordered were 1 large Root Beer with NO ICE and 1 large Diet Coke. I get handed 2 sodas with no ice. I guess they can't tell the difference between Root Beer with NO ICE and DIET COKE. People need to get the cum out of their ears and learn to listen. I always get ICE in my DIET COKE. TOO BAD 0 stars isn't an option. NO ONE LISTENS IN THIS DAY AND AGE and employers 100% support it. My husband who was in the passenger seat was mortified. As someone who worked here for nearly 3 years, I'm saddened to see how downhill this store has gone since I left a little over a year ago. Almost every single time I come through (mostly at night), the same workers are there. I'm rushed each time in drive thru & the workers sound miserable & like I'm an inconvenience. All they say is "anything else? anything else?" & the price. I'm never spoken to after I go to the windows. The workers are either in their phone in plain sight or they are too busy taking other customers orders to greet me & actually read back my order & price. I have never had anyone use the 'Ask, Ask, Tell' method that was preached when I worked here. They just take my payment, take the order, & hand me my receipt/change without even looking at me. Then when I get to the 2nd window I wait while the workers do other things when I usually only order drinks, which takes 30 seconds to pass out. I am never greeted at the windows or hardly spoken to unless i get more than a drink, even then it's rare. (this only applies to evening/night workers, everyone in morning crew is always cheerful). Last time I ordered 2 drinks, one was wrong, I went back they fixed it, i got home only to find that there was a small cup of drink inside of a large cup so i didn't even get a full drink. Hopefully management will get better training for crew members in the near future so customers don't feel unwanted & like a burden! read more

First off, I worked in food service, and if you have surly employees, it's because you have crappy management. Had the nicest conversation with a cashier one night while waiting in the drive thru, such a lovely lady! She really picked up my bad mood that night, made it a joy to be there! On the other hand, I have had cashiers act like I was seriously inconveniencing them by being there at all, even though I am always super polite and respectful. This is a sign of poor management, because when you've got some workers being surly with customers, and getting away with it, that's managements not doing their job, namely managing their employees! The owners need to get their managers in line, or they're going to feel it on their bottom line. read more

Server dropped one of our fries while walking to the tray. Another server bent down, picked them off the floor with bare hands and threw them away- then finished prepping an order without washing her hands. Then, one of the cooks turned his head and coughed repeatedly without covering his mouth. Added to this, 2 different spills in the seating area of the restaurant were marked with caution signs but not cleaned up (burger pieces and fries taking up 3x3 of the order area) and 2 different employees yelled at the cashier in front of customers for selling an item for a machine that was down for cleaning even though she didn't know. (BTW- 20 minutes later and floor still covered.) Totally unimpressed and very disgusted. Will not be coming back to this place. read more

1st...it's McDonalds. 2nd...generally fast service (but you don't know when your order is ready, as they don't call out numbers, just food. So if you and someone else have similar meals, you'd both head up to the counter to see if it's your meal) 3rd...fruit flies. If you want to start a farm of these critters..go to this location. The beverage area also doubles as a feeding trough for whatever animals you'd like. 4th... mostly clean tables (you can sit on someone else's leftover French fries on your seat!) 5th...aside from a lack of understanding of food safety regulations...it's McDonalds. read more

What can I say! The only two reasons why I came was for the shamrock shakes. After seeing an advertisement for five flavor s of shamrock shakes. I get the chocolate shamrock shake because who does not like chocolate. The cashier was slower than slow several repeats of order. Than to top it off she freaks out because she does not know how to make shakes. Get four shakes two made right two wrong. poor customer service and bad attitudes, now that they make 9.50 plus an hr do your job and do the complain. Went here last night to try the new "fresh beef" quarter pounders. First thing is they are a bit pushy at the drive-through, no time to look at the menu. As I had not been to a Mcdonalds in a while I wanted to look it over a bit. Nope, you gotta hurry because the girl "behind the curtain" ain't havin' it!. I had to rush the wife in deciding what she wanted to drink. Anyway, so we had to wait at least 20 minutes in line. The girl that took our money wasn't nice at all. Didn't really talk, just made grunting noises instead. I said, "Thank you". She said, "ugh.". Then will go to the next window to pick up our food. Got it home, took out the food. The fries were ice cold and what can only be described as "wilted". You know, like lettuce. The "fresh beef" burgers were room temperature. They had "oil spills" on the buns. The "fresh beef" was dry and grey with a nice pink tint to it. You could taste the red-dye or whatever they add to it. There was literally no seasoning added. Anyway, keep away from this McDonalds and their "fresh beef". It's fresh "something" but it's definitely not beef!. read more
