Today I ordered 2 bags of ice $2.15 after tax and waited in one of the parking places patiently for my bags. About 7 minutes later a gentleman come to my car with 2 plastic carry out bags "CARRY OUT BAGS". He informs me that his manager "DIRECTED" him to put the ice in the bags, tie the bags and, bring them out. That is extremely poor customer service and even more poor management skills. If you were out of bags why not say that before I order my bags instead of bringing possibly dropped bags, maybe bags from a discarded order or, whatever you find laying around in arms reach. I'm the type of person who never likes to leave a bad review if I've only been there once. You never know if it was just a bad day, or if the employees going through something. I've worked in customer service for 15 years and understand the highs and lows of this industry. With that being said, every visit at this location has been a bad one. This location is nearby my work which makes it convenient to stop at when I want a quick bite. Within the last few visits specifically I've witnessed employees goofing off in the back with their masks pulled down below their chin, while there's a line around the building. My orders been consistently wrong. I was given the wrong change and when I tried to correct the gentleman at the window he said "just take it". I was shorted. I usually pay with card but this time was told that their machines were down so I had to go to the atm and pay cash. The entire lot is filthy and smells like garbage. It's never been a half ways decent experience at this location. The bar is already low because it's a fast food establishment. You only have to get my order right, allow me my proper change, and appear cleanly. They've flopped on all fronts unfortunately. This McDonald's is the worst!!! I did a drive thru order at 8:39am. I was told to move to the front while they make my food. (Two McGriddles, Two Sausage McMuffins & Three Hash browns) As I am waiting in my car with my baby, I realize I have been waiting for almost 20 mins. At 9am, I finally get out with my baby to go inside and check on my food. When I get to the front, they have everyone's food ready to take out. Which tells me, they waited for everyone's orders to complete and take out. I check my food and of course it's cold. I inform them, I had been waiting over 20 mins for my food and my food is cold. I want my food fresh and hot or I want my money back. They tell me, they will get me, my fresh order. Well here I am still waiting another 10 mins for my food. I ask for a manager, I mention the situation and I would just like my money back. As the conversation is going, someone by the drive thru yells "it's right here" Which tells me, they had my food sitting there again while I waited. So, after 30 mins of waiting, I received my refund and left with no food. Definitely the last time I go to this McDonalds. New Management recommended.
