I've been coming to this spot for a little while now. For the life of me, I cannot see what so many people are complaining about. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The food is good(as far as McDonalds goes). What's the deal? Heres my typical morning: Early morning, there is nobody here but me and the employees. They have got my order perfect every time. I step up to the counter and before I get there, somebody greets me in a friendlier-than-should-be-allowed-at-5:15am manor. I place my order, they read it back, I pay and they thank me. I then sit in my usual spot and write(uninterrupted spot is best if you're gonna write a book. Pro tip for ya). As I'm writing, they bring my food to me. My order has been perfect every time. I change it up every day and they haven't missed a beat yet. To those of you that give one star to a store that doesnt have this or that, understand that the store itself(and the franchise operator for that matter) does not have control of what they are allowed to sell and not. Dont knock them for what corporate gives and doesnt give. Give them reviews based on merit of service and excellence. Finally, to the employees that have given such great service, thank you. I've gone here 3 times just because it's close to home and sometimes with a busy schedule easy to grab some fast food. I have to say the foods never been fresh. The McChicken sandwiches are old and have too much Mayo. The fries are dry and just terrible. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This branch of McDonalds is located inside the Chevron station. I think that it is a good thing that this location is attached to the Chevron. Bad thing is that the service is always so slow inside. It seems like over half the time that I visit this place, there will be three employees on their break. In the meantime, long lines have formed and it takes almost 10 minutes to place your order. My last two visits, I use the drive thru. The service has been much better that way. Not nearly as slow. The food? Well, that's one thing about McDonalds...the food consistently tastes the same no matter which branch I visit. Not great, but not bad either. read more

I've gone here very few times but it's the closest McDonald's to my house. I've been here before and now I just walked in and am watching the absolute cluster fuck that's happening lol. A: I'm watching a manager yell and argue with a customer. B: The wait time here is always 30 minutes or more. The customers are all sitting here without their food and they all look absolutely livid. C: Someone cane through for an Uber and they weren't even acknowledged. I genuinely recommend going to another McDonald's so this one can die in peace lol read more

Worst location ever. Drive through of course.. Decided to go to the drive-through because I didn't feel like cooking. They forgot the hash browns. Point of the drive through is to go through without getting out. Of course had to get out to go inside and get the hash browns. There was no ketchup. The egg Mc Muffins were cold and hard as hell. I didn't wait to get home to eat them. They were hard the second we got them. Gave a large portion of out breakfast to the dog. Should of stayed home. This is a McDonald's. They have burgers and Fries. The fries are everyone's favorite. McDonald's is the largest buyer of Beef, Potatoes & Tomatoes in the world. This McDonald's is attached to a game station and they are both very very clean and nice. If you feel like getting some grease in your body try the fries. read more

I ordered a curbside pickup. I was missing a burger after they said everything was in there. I had to go back inside and get the missing item. Please double check your orders before telling the customer that everything is in there especially if it's a drive thru or curbside order. It defeats the purpose if we have to go inside anyway. I sat in line for 15 minutes being the ONLY car in line and ordered a Bacon McDouble and McFlurry the McDouble had SO much ketchup and onions that the bread was DRENCHED. When I went back I politely told the pink haired little manager that the food was unacceptable and I needed a refund. She rudely gave me my refund and closed the window on me. Very rude employee. Came in around 630am and ordered two sausage McGriddle and a hash brown for my son for breakfast before school. I looked at their fry station and can see at least 8 hash browns sitting there for god knows how long. Last time I came in early in the morning when their not busy I got a hash brown that was as hard as a rock. I asked the girl are those fresh? And told her what happened the last time and if I can get a fresh one. She just looked at me, so I said clearly to her as if she didn't hear me "is that okay?" Still didn't get a response. When I got home, my son took one bite and said it's hard. Either they use the same hash browns from the day before or they are frying it up early but is not freshly fried. The last two times I've ordered sweet tea from this location it has tasted like water with sugar in it and the color of the tea was practically water with a hint of brown. Not the sweet tea I came to McDonald's to get at all. Is someone not switching out the tea bags ?? I went through the drive through to pick up a cookie for my son and a sweet tea for myself. The cookies were good, fresh. The tea was weak and not sweet, I have had McDonald's sweet tea a lot in the past and this was not made right. My biggest issue was after I was handed my food the person turned around and didnt say anything at all.... Odd usually have a nice day, thank you for coming.... no none of that. I said thank you and the person looked at me and still said nothing weird right? I feel like I did something wrong, I shouldnt have that feeling after leaving a drive though. I went here to grab a Frappe and a hash brown. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before the General Manager (thanks name tag) came to ring me up. She could not figure out how to ring up the Frappe so she literally yelled for the Store Manager (thanks GM hollering in my face) to come and help her. I don't normally leave reviews but this place has me livid. I went through to order my wife food because her schedule stopped her from having dinner with the rest of us. I ordered her the deluxe burger (BBQ, it's usually quite good from elsewhere) but I was asked if I'd be willing to pull up and wait. Since I only ordered one combo and it's just a burger, I politely state that I wasn't willing. Less than 20 seconds later the food showed up. I get home and the center of the burger is red and cold. My wife almost vomits it up. I called them but they didn't pick up. I can't help but feel that they just decided to give undercooked food out rather than risk taking too long. Abominable.
