Bad customer service. I had to repeat my order several times through the intercom and when I did whoever the girl that took my order would laugh at times. Now that I'm older I hate this place the food is sloppy the staff hang around after a certain hour so much that you wonder if they did something to your food. I came in here with my sis and the kids. I thought it's good place to hang with them their since we randomly see each other. So we came on. It's packed! Too many people In a very small space. It's like too much parking but not too much space inside. So I have 3 kids with two adults and we sat in a 2 sitter table. And there's no way to walk. And it's so noisy. Horrible service. Line of people waiting to order goes out the door. Only One of three cashier stations is open. The cashier is taking orders and also coordinate orders for customers who are waiting. There are a lot of flies flying around the restaurant. Slow service, many people giving up & walking out. This is not the McDonalds I know. read more

Okay I'm not usually one to leave reviews but my service tonight was terrible. Usually I come and the workers taking my order have a bad attitude which I tend to ignore but tonight put the icing on the cake. The lady I think said her name was Reyna but she couldn't get the order correct and then when we pulled up to the window we thought she finally got it right but she still forgot my medium fry, after reminding her several times about the fry she repeated it back to us correctly then we pull up to the next window to find out she still forgot our medium fry! At this point I gave up and got my food and went home but then the problem continued when my little sister pulled her apple slices out the bag with it already opened and only 2 apple slices left. About six months ago, this was a great McDonalds - one of the best in the area. Now, it's easily one of the worst. Morning: I go in to avoid the drive through line. I order a Large Diet Coke - nothing else, just that. It took several minutes for someone to come over to take the order and at least ten minutes from when the order was taken for the guy to hand me the drink. How hard is it to fill a cup and hand it to me? This has consistently been the case over the past 2 months. I will be going somewhere else from now on. Evening: I don't know what they did with their previous evening crew, but they need to get them back. I go there now, speaker girl won't stop trying to finish my sentences. Everytime I order something she asks if I mean the meal. Example: "I'll have a number 3" - "You mean the meal"? YES, OF COURSE I MEAN THE MEAL, WHAT ELSE COULD I POSSIBLY MEAN!? Everything else, I'll reflect what other recent reviews have said. There is a reason this place gets low ratings. I now understand why. We ordered drive thru and was told to wait a few minutes and said they they would bring our order outside. We waited 10 minutes and decided to go back around the drive thru to follow up. 1st window attendant was courteous. 2nd window attendant was acting like we drove off and came back she said "we were looking for you and you weren't there." First of all the only time we were out of sight was for 3 minutes at best, when we frove back around the drive thru. So I told her we just went back around because they were taking too long to come out. She repeated herself about someone coming out and they were looking for us. At this point I said we were waiting awhile where she told us to wait. She rudely replied, "yeah...okay...okay.." Advice to Management: train your staff to apologize. It does wonders to diffuse a situation with a dissatisfied customer vs pissing them off and getting badly reviewed. Also, guess what happens after a bad experience...people go to another store (Atlantic in Pittsburg) even though Bailey is closer to where we live. Know your customer Bailey McDonald's. I live rite down the street and come here often. Usually i dont have any problems. everyone is usually really nice. But this last time i came 2 days ago and the man that took my order was nice and i get to the next window and someone opened the window half way and basically thru my food at me! luckily i had my hand out the window to grab it or it would of fallen on the ground. i had to pull up to look in the window to see who this person was. she had the nerve to look at me like i was crazy for looking thru the window. she was very rude didnt say hi how are you here is your order would you like ketchup. not by have a nice day, she was a young mixed girl with long bright pink nails. to long to be wearing at a fast food restraint they looked horrible. shes glad im not who i was years ago. i would of pulled her out that damn window and put my hands on her. but hey im not that girl anymore. I am 17 and was playing on the play structure with my brothers at this mc Donald's on Bailey road. We were just having fun. I have never gotten in any sort of trouble for this before. I know that it is against the rules, I just didn't see a problem with it. So as I am playing in the structure with my brothers just having a good time, the very rude manager, I am not sure what her name is, came up to us and very disrespectfully said "you need to get off of there, you are too old, haven't you read the rules!" My little brother says no I haven't and she proceeds to very sarcasticly ask him "well are you 12!? And he says no, I'm sorry my brother and sister are coming down now. As me and my other brother come down the slide she continues to yell at us to hurry up, when we were already going as fast as we can. Then after we get out she threatens to call the cops on us if we do it again. I was very unhappy with her attitude, had she have been nicer to us, and asked us to nicely to come down it would have been much better.
