They are never open when they are suppose to be. I drive to work every morning and pass the McDonald's around 540am when I stop to grab breakfast on the go. About 75% of the time the Hispanic lady says they are closed but there are always 5-7 cars in parking lot and all lights on inside. WTH even on google search they should be open!!!! It took us 2 minutes to order. Not because we didn't know what we wanted, but because the person kept getting the order wrong. I said "Ice", and she put "eggs" on the screen. I said I said "pancakes and sausage" she put "sausage mcmuffin" on the screen. I said # 2, she put "2 orange juice" on the screen. This is a 2 lane drive thru. 2 cars passed before I finished the order. When we get to pay it was a different lady. She was the one with the other lane, and she was great! Then when we get to the window to get our food, yet another lady, maybe manager? assistant manager? No good morning nothing.. she just gave us our food as quick as possible, and seemed upset that I asked for butter and jelly. It was not crowded.. there was no line whatsoever. Three was time for courtesy. And do we have to ask for straws now? because we received no straws, no napkins. No thank you, No your welcome. If I could yelp a zero rating I would. First off we pull up to the drive thru window with no one else in line and sat for at least 3 minutes without being helped. After realizing no one was gonna take our order we drove up to the cashier window. We sat there and watched at least 2 employees walk past us look at us and still never said a word to us. My husband knocked on the window and still nothing! Finally an employee came to the window and we explained to her what had happened. 07/16/19 @1:45 am i ordered a #5 the artisan grilled chicken sandwich and they literally smashed it to a thin sliver and over cooked the chicken so dry ive never had such a hard time getting it down. Terrible. Ordered 48 mcnuggets in total, 2 x 20 piece, and 2 happy meals with nuggets, they gave me 3 sauces. Stingy like they personally pay for the sauces. I ordered a large fries to split, it was less than half full, and they were cold. Also the lady asked me a few times what i wanted in the happy meals, i was very clear, and they got it wrong anyway. And lastly, i hardly ever go to fast food, but we did because my kids saw the minions posted all over, and it showed a game for 20 piece nuggets as well, the toy was an old batman toy, and there was no game at all on the nuggets, the only reason we went and it was not right. Well if you read my profile, the last meal on earth would be Micky D's. I grew up with it and I'll die by it. I usually get a double quarter pounder w/ cheese, fries, and coke. My girlfriend loves their fish fillet w/ extra tartar sauce. Customer service needs improvement. I'm not saying this about all the employees there, but some of them. The fries are sometimes too salty or not fresh like they have been sitting...same with the burgers too...they have been sitting for too long. This happens particularly in the evening.
