Avoid this Mcdonalds at all costs. The staff needs to be re-trained urgently. There needs to be a system in place where employees check off the delivery orders to assure everything is included in the bag. I order 3 additional syrups. I pay for them on the grubhub site. I paid $1.50 for 3 additional syrups. This Mcdonalds sent me 1 syrup. They were supposed to send the 3 i paid for and the 2 that come with the order. This mcdonalds is also price gouging. The prices are 30% higher than 3 mcdonalds in a 2 mile radius. Hotcakes at this mcdonalds are 6.49 and only 4.49 at the other 2 locations within 2 miles. syrup is .50 cents and only .30 cents at the hillside and union tpke locations. If you use grubhub just change the location. Not only is the 20311 northern blvd overpriced the staff is awful and not trained. The food isn't prepared right, the items you order aren't sent to you, the price is higher than any other mcdonalds. This place needs a new owner, new managers, new staff. This place always gets your order wrong. It's on my way home after work so I usually pick up food for me and my family after work. I ALWAYS have to check my order and it is ALWAYS missing something. This last time will be the last visit I make. I got home and my sandwich had mold on it. I went back and told them and they had the assistant manager go and check the bread. Don't order from grub hub on McDonald's. Any instruction you write on optional boxes don't get seen at alllllll from McDonald's. Worst experience ever. I need something to eat late night and I guess this place was the only open 24hours place around that yelp gave me . I did called them if they do delivery they did not answered my phone call. I drived to the place and try to get in . The doors was locked and went to the drive through to order the food . I ordered first amongst five people and got my food last. Turns out they deleted my order by accident. Bruh.

Came here to get a usual meal (McChicken sandwich, LG fries, Lg Unsweetened Ice Tea). When I started to eat the McChicken it had a weird taste, then I noticed that the chicken was well look at the photo. No chicken in the chicken. My brother went back in side to inform them and they gave him another McChicken. When I ate the new one same issue occurred. My brother went back in, the manager was able to give us a free 6 piece McNugget to triple for the McChicken. For the last few months the McChicken here was not in good quality looks like and today was the worst of all. Being generous giving a 3 stars as the management was able to understand the issue a responded quickly. Just hope that the next time I get a McChicken it tasted like how it usually is. read more

So I haven't been to McDonald's in a while, but we were in Bayside for a wedding and it took us less time to get there than we thought so we figured we'd get a coffee and a bit to eat. First of all, the other reviews about the horrible customer service as pretty much spot on. They got the coffee wrong too, which pretty much starts and finishes the "McCafe" experience for me. Finally, we each got a hamburger to hold us over until later...and my girlfriend's had a BITE out of it. At least they replaced the burger, but they never even apologized or offered our money back! I haven't been here in ages. It seems to have been renovated since my last visit. They also have the new self ordering stations. You order and take a number and go sit down. Renovation was still in progress which resulted in the noisiest lunch in history. We were sitting at the only available table upstairs while saws and jackhammers were roaring right out of the window. Our tables and chairs trembled as we dipped our fries in ketchup. Weirdest bathrooms ever! Yes, I said EVER! Two toilets, no divider, not sure if they are planning on putting one in later but as of right now I wouldn't go in with someone unless you are totally comfortable sitting arms length away from them on the crapper and making eye contact. This place has not steered me wrong yet. I work during the graveyard shift (zombie hours) and this being a 24 hour place, I can order my food, pay and leave through the drive through within less than 8 minutes in a moderate line. I have a Mcdonalds near my work area and it does not compare to this. I actually get the right food and the burger meat is not served frozen like the one near Whitestone Lanes.
