Pulled into a very empty parking lot on a weekday around 4pm. The drive through line here was long. There wasn't much of a wait inside. The cashier seemed very over being at her job. Took the ride back on principle. Lady looked at me like I was crazy. I'm done making donations for food I didn't receive. It's fast food. I like Wendy's but this place always rushes to give the illusion of efficiency yet they frequently mess up the order and you're there for the better part of forever. This Wendy's is your typical fast food franchise right off the Cross Island. They have the full Wendy's spread...**mmm spicy chicken nuggets** My order is usually correct and the food is usually fresh. You can now go into the dining area to place orders but you must have a face mask on. Drive thru line can be long depending on the time of day you go. My suggestion is to not try to enter by making a left from Northern Blvd. and to instead get in line on the side of the road Wendy's is on. I have seen some silly folks causing a bottle neck of cars as they were stuck behind a car already waiting and now in oncoming traffic on Northern Blvd. read more

Man...Wendy's is really giving McD's a run for it's money. The new combo meal Wendy's offer is really much more tastier than McD's and differentiating itself from BK. The Pretzel Bun is really delicious and I suggest anyone who is a fan of fast food to give it a try and let the world know their opinion. The fries are fresh and has a great taste to it...it is never soggy unlike the competitors up and down the block where it is a hit or miss on the fries quality. The parking lot is adequate but it can be difficult during a snow icy day b/c the clientele can park lot "donkey's" at time. I've really only been here a couple of times. but yesterday i was driving from one location to the next trying to find a baked potato for my wife. (see review of Woodside location) so just the fact that this place still had some baked potatoes at 11:30 PM made me really happy. When i go there the dining area was closed and only the drive through was open. that was find with me. there were about 3-4 cars waiting in front of me but the line moved pretty quickly. when i got to the ordering station things went pretty smoothly. and i got to order, got my food in about 5 minutes flat. So far, since I started coming here, I've gotten quick and efficient service. I wasn't disappointed. Food comes out fresh and quickly. Even during one of the biggest snow storms...the service was STILL fast lol. Not so sure why I see low ratings. I've come at least one time a month. I've had the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, the spicy chicken meal, the Blue & Brioche limited time, nuggets, and even the baked potatoes. I've tried a lot of things on their menu-- they're pretty consistent when it comes to the taste of each. It is a fast food chain...and Im sure that this place isn't as bad as the other locations I've been to in the past. I recommend this location. It isnt busy so it isnt crowded. read more
