Went late at night to get some food through the drive through. I tried to order an apple pie and a McFlurry and the women taking my order was VERY rude. She said the McFlurry machine was broken and they were out of apple pies so I nicely asked if they had any sweets to eat and she said "well you can go to another one" and wouldn't answer me for the next couple of minutes. Absolutely horrible!! To start I came through the drive thru, while approaching the pick-up window the gentleman at the window was holding my drink outside of the window as I pulled up. Just standing at the window with my drink dangling outside of it as I was pulling up!! After inspecting my food I found that the Cheeseburger I ordered was missing cheese, Mustard, and pickles. I sent my daughter in the get another one, and she was given the same burger back but the added a slice of Cheese to it. Now angry I went in, confirmed with the cashier what came on a regular Cheeseburger and showed him the one we were given, twice. The Manager, Nicole, just stared at me when I explained what had happened. I later found out from my daughter that Nicole was the one that handed my daughter back the exact same burger but slapped a piece of Cheese on it. I won't be coming back here!! It doesn't help them much that the reason we came here in the first place was because I was sent here for a mystery shop!!! The Manager needs to be replaced asap! Slowest drive thru ever we've been waiting almost 20 min for 2 happy meals. We're about halfway thru the line

I don't know why it's called fast food, should be called slow food. I don't know why, but this particular location is the slowest I've ever experienced. Seems to me it needs better management. I waited at the speaker to have my order taken for at least 5-6 minutes. Then at the 1st window waited 2 more minutes before somebody open the window took my card and proceeded on to converse with a colleague throughout my transaction. Then at the 2nd window a young man (Who appeared to be a bit stoned or super drowsy) took a while to open the window, and when he finally did, he tried to hand me a second bag that was not mine. read more

I have been to this location (Rt 1 & Rt 24) numerous times, some good, some not so good, this time NOT SO GOOD. Yesterday, I traveled from Honeygo Blvd on BelAir Rd to Rt 24 in LESS time than it took me to get my order. With only 5 cars in front of my at the drive-thru, NO cars were told to pull over, I even had to ask for the receipt and was told the ink was messed up on, did I still want it. I always fill out the survey for the FREE breakfast sandwich, but the ink was so smudged you could not read the survey # in order to make any good or bad comments. Finally got my order and it was not only cold but the roll was so stale it was cracked in half. Stopped by the next night and special ordered a 1/4 lb without ketchup, thinking it would have to be hot - luke warm but not hot. Service was quicker and receipt tape still messed up but probably better for their business - they don't have to give out free food and nobody can make negative comments - EXCEPT ON YELP. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Last week I witnessed a customer and employee arguing with each other and ending with a huge F U from the employee. Went there a few days later and an older lady came in and stood there waiting to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Employees looked at her and didn't even attempt to take her order. She clearly didn't know how to use the ordering screen so was waiting for an actual person to take her order. She eventually walked out. Use to be a great mcds when I worked for AT&T many years ago. So the first person I dealt with on the intercom was nice then I went to the window . The girl handed me a Bag and said have a good night I checked it before I left the window and it wasn't right then I sat outside for a while then finally Tracy came over and asked if I was okay. I then had explained how I was given an order that wasn't mine and she was kind enough to go out of her way and make sure my experience was excellent. She is an awesome employee who recognizes something is wrong even if it isn't her job she is a team player who works to accommodate the customers she is probably the reason I will continue to see this McDonald's. Waited bout 15 mins for 2 mcchickens a Sundae and a large fry . The fries wasn't even half full but they were fresh , the sundae didn't even have the right portion of Carmel in it (I know because I used to work at McDonald's) there is 2 separate windows which means there should have been a person taking orders and a person preparing . The drive thru is supposed to be the fast and convenient way but it clearly took longer than going in. Let's not go back ! read more

This is possibly the worst place I have ever experienced. 8:17 on a Monday night. Not sure who is in charge. I've been here 15 minutes. There is yelling and screaming going on inside the restaurant. Worst service I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. The employees are young kids literally running through the parking lot past my vehicle while I waited for my food that never came in the drive thru. I asked multiple times for a manager and was told they don't know where the manager is. I asked for my money back since they couldn't get me my food and was told I need to 'fucking wait' as they slammed the window closed in my face, with eye rolls and attitudes. I got my money back and they didn't even count that out right so I had to go around and go in to get the rest of my money. They proceeded to curse me out with fuck you's and disrespectful attitudes as if I was wrong. Meanwhile whoever was in charge sat in the back refusing to get up or come out so she clearly also didn't give a shit. After being verbally assaulted by some immature teenage girls I then took my hungry children elsewhere to get them something to eat in peace. If it were possible I won't give this location any stars! Yesterday I was in the drive thru line to place my order. I took longer than it should to get to the speaker. When I did get to the speaker I was not acknowledged. After 2 cars in the other lane had their order taken I said "hello". I was finally acknowledged and the girl that took by order was very curt. When I got to the window the girl stated the amount and I handed her the cash. As she was getting ready to put the money in the register she verified my order and I said "yes". As I was pulling away she said "are you alright?" As I looked over my shoulder she added very sarcastically..."and you TRY to have a nice day." I was amazed at this as there was no reason for this outburst. I called the manager and asked the girls name to report her and the manager did not want to give it to me. As a matter of fact the manager wasn't very pleasant either. On top of all that my soda was flat I will not be going back to that location again. read more
