The food tasted fine however; we ordered 3 soft tacos with extra meat. There was no additional meat in them. There were two cars ahead of me at the drive thru and it took 20 minutes. When I arrived at the window, they were about to charge me for the wrong order. A little frustrating with the cost of food to be charged for extra and not receive it. We will no longer be ordering from this location and will drive to Forest Hill where we never had this experience. read more

I made a special trip to stop in before 11am and spent $8+ for breakfast. I waited for 22 minutes later as virtually the only dine-in customer, and still no food served. They couldn't find my order at first (despite me having the charge on my phone) and said "they no longer serve breakfast" - except THEY WERE SERVING BREAKFAST 20 minutes ago when I placed my order. The staff is made up of ESL youth, and elderly, one-foot-in-the-grave supervisors at this location - so expect to lose money and go home hungry. read more

They almost never let me down. The employees do amazing. My food is 8/10 times FRESH and they always good great service as long as you treat them as they DESERVE. I see way more rude customers than anything else there. Love eating inside when it's not busy. Very chill music and the booth seat are the best. read more

There was a hair in my friends food, she wasn't even mad but was just gonna ask for a new one, so we went up to the drive through again to talk to the employee and they rudely denied that there was a hair at all. the lady basically said my friend was lying and we didn't feel like fighting over a stupid quesadilla so we just left but this was very unprofessional and the employee made no effort to resolve the issue. don't come here unless you want hair in your food and then be called a liar read more

Traveled all over the world and this is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to hands down. We have several special orders (no cheese, extra this, only that, lots of sauce) and they always get it exactly right. Ordered here over 20 times and it's always exact. Even through the drive through their fast and accurate. This store often tries to compete to be the best regionally and nationally each night. I have been there NUMEROUS times in the last year. Recently. I have found if you have a special request, it may show up on the drive-thru screen, but seems to be totally ignored when you open your order at home. I was told before, at this location, that BEEF burrito is not on the menu, I should order a BEAN BURRITO - with NO BEANS AND ADD BEEF. It showed up on receipt 1 Bean Burrito (1.39) Add Beef (addtl 85 cents) & NO BEANS. Got it home and got a BEAN burrito !!! Also, they no longer carry meximelts and was given 2 Cheesy Roll-ups for $2.00 and charged an addt'l $1.00 for pico de Gallo and $1.70 to add beef !!!!! Got home and got nothing but about 1/2 oz of cheese rolled-up.I guess the only way to get what you exactly want is to hold up the line to check each order. read more

This location is closest to me and the employees are always pleasant so when the border is calling this is where we go. The food? Well, it ranges from the best TB you have ever had in your life (not kidding) to average. Sometimes below average on a few items. This is the ONLY Taco Bell that I consistently have good service at. The drive thru is a little slow, but I usually dine in. They're quick with food, never get my order wrong (except once, but they fixed it with ease) and definitely don't skimp on the sauces and toppings. I never get exceptional customer service or anything but I don't expect it. The employees are casual, answer my questions, are patient, and have even put my meals into combos for me to save money. My sister and I love this location and will always go whenever we're craving some cheap Tex mex food. :) read more

Takes forever and without fail every time things are miss labeled and thrown in the bag. It takes half a second to grab the correct wrapper so when your customer takes everything home and passes out the food they are not preforming surgery on their burrito to figure out what it is. read more

This is the store at 504 Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, MD. I go to Taco Bell about once a month. This experience this time was highly unusual, the cleanliness, the customer service, the new Assistant Manager (Rick was his name) going around the store coaching his team members/staff how to greet customers, how to go above and beyond what customers have come to expect. The cashier (Keighly) was extremely friendly and repeated the entire order verbatim without even 1 mistake (and we had ordered four completely different menu items. some with minor substitutions), the food arrived in 3-4 minutes, it was the best looking food served at our table with the best behavior ever. Brooke were yet another extremely precious staff members. I loved everything about this trip, I am going to try going here once a week and see if they can hold on to their service and food quality. I really loved the way Rick was teaching his staff members and i could hear it, it was so much fun and a great overall experience to see how much pride he was taking and making his staff take as well at fast food chain restaurant like this. I've given this place up. I've least got a nasty vibe from the other woman at the drive thru, I always dread the thought of having her. Well yesterday I online ordered, get to the windows 10 minutes later and they don't even have the order. They asked me "is it under the right name?" Yes I've had the same app account for a year now. Then they asked me "do you know what you got?" Which I did, but my coworker ordered food I didn't know what was what so I just said "I'm not sure". They finally got the order to come up but then ask "do you have drinks?" Uhm, yes? The order should state that? Well then they ask me "what size drinks are yours?" Again, um, what? They tell me to pull around, give me a medium Mountain Dew, now I know for a fact my combo comes with a large soda because I order the same thing every time. I thought my coworker had a drozen baha blast, but they got an attitude after they corrected it and said "the screen says it's just a drink" as they hand me the frozen one.... AGAIN why are you asking me what I ordered if it's a mobile order and on your screen? Then I got a "whatever" and finally drove off. I loved Taco Bell, but now I can't stand it.
