The red sauce that my two burritos came smothered in was rich, tangy, oniony and was still nicely acidic from the tomato. You can really tell they taste their food. Burrito Loco that my accomplice ate was also really good. Maybe a little more salt on the veg but that's coming from someone notorious for over salting fries at work. I love salty food, so that's just a personal taste thing. The service was amazing. It all came together when I went into the bathroom, though. It was so clean that it snapped the whole picture together of why this place is so surprisingly good. It's staff genuinely cares about their place of work. The birria consommé that comes with it, it so good so dip those tacos like your tastebuds depend on it.
