I do door dash and I had a order that came in at 12am and I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 30 minutes and nobody said anything there were several cars in drive thru waiting. Tried calling the store and no answer. When the website says they are 24 hours then they need to be 24 hours. This is not the first time this has happened. During the daytime it's ok but after the general manager leaves keep driving and save your money going hungry is a better option. The service is unprofessional and rude, food is old and cold. And the later you go the worse it get! I'm off work at 2:00am I ask for a quarter pounder with cheese I was told "we ran out" I ask for a Big Mac I was told "we ran out", so I ask what do you have? How can you not have coffee on a Saturday morning at 9:30am? This time we decided to try drive thru because during our last visit we went in and ordered two of the same mochas and two of the same breakfast sandwiches. We got the food right away but waited over 5min for coffees. They forgot us and the coffees. Eventually they made the drinks and we got home to find they were the wrong sandwiches...at least they were cold! This time the drive thru took a long time. I think the split takes longer. We got up to order and waited....two other cars in the other line ordered before she finally gets to us. All we order is coffee, "oh, we can't make mochas". Over 10 min and no coffee. Will not go back here again as we've had very incompetent service. read more

First of all, they made us pull up to the reserved parking spots. So we had to wait a very long time to even get the food. I was thinking this is going to be a long morning. So the person that came up by us came like 5 minutes before us and they got there food first. Like how does that even happen. So they didnt get our teas right the first time. Don't make the mistake of going on the left side when there is a line because you will miss your spot in line while several other folks from the other side go in front of you. My preference would be ZERO stars here. This McDonalds is verifiably the worst in a 20 mile radius. I keep giving them chances. They seriously only get my orders right 10% of the time. I never see the same person twice at this location so turnover has gotta be off the charts. I always have to correct something on my order at the pay window & often times 65% of the time I still get the wrong food in the bag or they forget my coffee that I am waiting on. I'd prefer to not eat here at all and only eat McDonalds 1-2x per year when in a pinch however my significant other insists on breakfast here at least once per week, and French fry stops at least 1x per week. Darn! Fast food places don't even really cook food anymore as evidenced by no browning of burgers, and for the calories it should all be delicious. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Ordered a meal and the person working the window asked me to pull off to the side in Reserve 1 and that they would bring my meal out to me. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before I went inside, just watching people get served before me in the drive-thru. I went inside and was not even greeted by any of the employees, just stares and whispers. When they finally acknowledged that I was there, I asked where my food was and she didn't respond to me but instead told the cook what my order was. This was about 30 minutes into my wait time. The associate behind the counter was not even giving me her full attention... instead STILL helping people in the window before me. I asked her why they were getting served before me and she didn't have an answer. After she served 2 more cars she asked the cook to put my order in... I immediately demanded to speak to a manager. Still being ignored, the manager came out walked right passed me and did not say a word. I'm pretty much raising my voice at this point saying..."Is anyone here going to help me?!" No response... after waiting a total of 45 minutes I finally received my food I had ordered. I waited an extra 10 minutes for the manager who was aware that I was there and a dissatisfied customer and I was still ignored. I have been working in customer service for over 10 years now and have never been treated or disrespected like this in my entire life and I am also a pretty understanding person and never complain unless its something ridiculous as this night. I will NEVER pull away from the window when they ask me to pull ahead and wait. Also I figured that since McDonalds is a billion dollar corporation that there customer service hotline would be a good thing to try out. ITS A JOKE. I received no help the first time I had called. The customer service phone rep said that I should be getting a call in the next 2 days from a "Senior Care Officer" that I never got. So I called back over a week later and the rep that helped me was even worst. She told me that I had to complain more than once to get someone to review my case... The point is a customer should never have to go through any of this... This one trip to this McDonalds ruined the whole franchise for me. I would rather drive the extra 3 miles to a Burger King/Taco Bell/JackInTheBox basically anywhere but there. After all of this, nothing was ever accomplished and they have lost my business for life. Worst service ever! The staff couldn't care less. They are slow, have no personality, get the orders wrong and don't apologize or even act concerned. It took 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru the last time we went and 20 minutes again this time. Sat at the speaker forever. Window 1...no thank you. Window 2...gave us the wrong order and stood inside the window for several minutes looking like they didn't know what to do. Three people came to the window, including the manager, and none of them gave us our order or apologized for the mistake or the delay. Once they finally brought us the right order, the girl handed it to me and didn't even look our direction. I can't say I have ever had a good experience at this McDonalds . read more

If you come here outside of lunch rush time hours you are rolling the dice. Burnt hamburgers , raw half cooked nuggets (forgot the sauce of course), ordered sweet tea (out of course). I thought the fries would be the saving grace but halfway through what I thought was a fresh batch was the rock hard petrified remains of what I could only assume used to be French fries. . Its about 10:00 pm and there are about 10 to 12 directionless employees serving slop. In a decently run restaurant there is a manager in the kitchen over seeing the food. not here though. forget about it. Swansea is definitely the best location in this area. When you are selling inedible food you really don't care. I wonder how sales are doing. this location wasn't always this way. read more

Wasn't even acknowledged for about 10 minutes. When someone finally came over the speaker they let us know "it's gonna be awhile" because there were only 2 employees in the building. We called White Castle across the parking lot and ordered while we waited and ended up leaving and getting food there. read more

Avoid this place if you can! I ate here and then went to use the restroom and had an employee come in there when I was in there and didn't even wash his hands before leaving. This McDonald's has the nicest fast food employees I have ever encountered. The food is just regular average McDonald's food, nothing special about it, but the employees make up for it and are why I'm giving this location five stars. read more
