How you can get fast food wrong, ESPECIALLY McDonald's is beyond me. I came here the other night around 11:30PM. My friend ordered fries and they were cold so she asked for a fresh batch. I was willing to look passed the cold fries because I was starving. So I ordered a bacon McDouble, fries and a 4 piece. The chicken nuggets were lukewarm, whatever like I said, I was hungry and they didn't taste too bad. Then I got to my McDouble which was steaming hot, I felt it through the wrapping paper so I was super excited. I take a bite of the burger. . . How is it possible to make an order so wrong, missing so much of that order is completely beyond me. I was missing a large drink, coffee, and Sundae from my order AFTER I was handed just a small drink and told that was my entire order. I told them no, I had a lot more to my order than just 1 drink. Certainly not the best McyD's I've been to, but it's the closest to me and is my go-to fast food restaurant. The cashiers aren't very friendly a majority of the time, and several of them seem like they don't even speak nor understand English. There's always people yelling at each other in English and Spanish in the kitchen area, which is a bit concerning as a customer. I often see employees dropping things (trays, boxes, cups) in the kitchen area which just shows that they're clumsy. I'll often see employees on their cell phones as well, or more focused on talking to other employees rather than focusing on the customer. Overall though? The place is kept clean. Food is average quality compared to other McDonald's restaurants (Let's just put it this way-- you won't get a burger here that looks anything like an advertisement), but the main thing that drags this restaurant down is it's employees. Forgot to mention that they have NO idea how to keep calm or work efficiently when there's a rush of customers. If you're looking for cheap food on the go and don't care much for customer service, this is the place to eat. read more

Do not go here after 1am!!! I work until about 3am and sometimes stop in the drive thru on my way home. Usually get a burger and fries... Well used to, never will again. I found the food here to be better than the usual McDonalds I go to elsewhere. If you go and order a combo meal, make sure you specify what size you want because if you dont, they wont ask and just give you the large, and they obviously charge you for the large). Once I asked for a medium meal and they still gave me charged me for large, but gave me medium. This location has slowly gone downhill on the way they do business & sanitation. Lines are long. You have 1 person running the register & running the food, while 3 people are taking care of the drive - thru. It seems to me that they are just trying to run operations with a skeleton operation. As for sanitation? They have lately starts having fruit flies by the fountain drinks. This tells me that they are not properly cleaning the fountain staton especially the spigots. For that reason I drop my rating down to a 2. Hopefully, they will straighten out soon. This is a very convenient & safe location to go to & also a 24 hour location. read more
