Been there twice this year, both times people were rude. Like leaving me standing at the counter for 10 minutes, and when I ask if anyone is working the register the response I get is "in a minute" and then leaving me waiting more rude. Like so rude that other customers say "Yeah, they're always like this". And then today I went through the drive through and I told the guy who took my credit card that there was a homeless man harassing cars in the drive through line and the response I got was "we're busy". So yeah, great burgers but service absolutely not good.
