    Raw beef patty...
    Loco L.

If you like raw meat in your burgers, come to Factoria. I stopped by Wednesday May 27th around 8:30pm for a big dissatisfaction. The beef patty in my burger was raw, so I thought that it was probably a busy day for the line cook because they have to be quick all the time...so I took it back to the kitchen and retuned it. Only to find out that the second burger that was given to me was cooked the same way, very pink in the middle. Everything else was great, hope they retrain the line cook or they are going to get someone sick. On the outside they look cooked but the inside is another story...

Service was fine. The coffee was good and tasty. The size large cup is like a medium size what a surprise for $2.19. No fault of the workers just an observation. I went through the drive thru; used the app. Quick fast and efficient.

    BTS Tiny Tan Happy Meals

The food was good. The service was slow and missing a complete meal. I let one of the male member know about this and he was clueless. I show him my receipt and the ordered that he gave me was missing a meal. Only then that he go and get it.

Best McDonald's in the area, the food quality is consistent! Drive through is busy during lunch and dinner time but that's to be expected. I don't ever dine in so can't speak much to that!

    The hi-C

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Went in 9/19/24 at 7pm. Used app and this location had no sodas available except hi-C. The Happy Meal Croc Toys were unavailable and they were just released 2 days ago. There were 2 employees with Happy Meals oh and they had Croc Toys! Employees were hanging out in front of the store instead of working. I was at curbside 1 for 20 minutes and finally walked in to get my order. I will be going to Eastgate location from now on. Drink was not completely full and was so watered down it was gross! Would never recommend this location and the owner should step it up and figure out the mess of his location. The reviews are horrible for this location so I should have known!

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. The pastries are absurdly good, the coffee is perfect, and somehow every visit feels like stumbling into a tiny Parisian café tucked away on a side street in Saint-Germain. Honestly, this would hold its own in Paris... and might still crack a top-10 list. But the real reason for this review: THEY BROUGHT BACK THE BLUE OF LONDON. Our family's favorite pastry addiction has officially returned, and if you know, you KNOW. The kind of pastry that causes "we'll just stop in for coffee" to somehow become a weekly ritual. Flaky, rich, dangerously good, and worth planning your morning around. Seattle has great bakeries. Mercer Island has a gem. France would approve.

It seemed overwhelming and I think having more people on staff would've made everything better. I hope this was just a one-off thing and not a regular occurrence of being understaffed. She could only warm up my spinach pastry for a few seconds, and the espresso I had was on the more citrus/sour side. With more attention on the espresso and more time on the pastry, it would've been way better. For what it's worth, she was still attentive and kind in her service. Bob's is bucking the latest health trends and leaning into life's simple pleasures, namely their iconic dipped-meat-stick. In my opinion, their snowy little shack should be named after the dogs themselves, instead of the espresso. They do have a plethora of drinks that you can choose from, but I can't speak on those. I was locked in on the main prize all day, taking down two of these monster dogs. You'll immediately be taken back to a simpler time, maybe at a state fair or your local carnival, which was probably the last time you had one. Your impression of a corn dog is probably that it has too much breading, like a sausage wrapped in a pancake. But no, these are much more dog-forward. The batter is only a thin layer, making for an impeccable crunch on every bite. The inner-dog is flavorful and juicy. My only gripe is the lack of variety in sauces. I've proclaimed many times here that I am a sauce boi, so mustard and ketchup alone will not cut it. A mayo-based sauce would have taken this to the next level as a dog shop. But I can't take away points for that, since this is still the best of my life. A worthwhile stop after a day of hiking, skiing, or shameless indulgence.
