I had been move Factoria Belleuve and my kids love to have McDonal before go to school in the morning. But I am not recommended this location because the guy that take the order at drive thru was very rude. He never said, hello or thank you and I was order breakfast and ask about the deal but he was so rude... I ask the lady that hand out my order (she was nice and friendly) about that Mexican guy name and she said, his name is Ron. He alway work there in the morning shift. I want McDonal customers support and store manager to talk to him or train him how to be a good customers service with people because this will be my last stop at this location. This is without a doubt one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in the country. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Almost every time I go through the drive thru, I'm asked to park and wait for the food. This is not for my convenience, but is so that the staff can cheat the timer that is tracking how long a car goes through the drive-thru. This has happened to me even when I'm the only car in the drive-thru. I'm not sure if McDonald's cares about this or is aware of this, but this is happening in almost every McDonald's location across the Seattle area. I used mobile order for a curbside pick up and a thief stole my friend and mine's order and the workers did not check the thief's receipt to check if it's the right person. They won't do the refund or make our order and we just waited in 100 degree weather waiting for nothing. Contacting mobile app customer support takes a long time for a response so we won't be getting our orders refunded or remade anytime soon. Very unprofessional for the McDonald worker to not check the receipt of the person picking up the order. This makes it easy for anyone to steal your curbside mobile app order so beware. Very rude workers, I called them and they did not let me finish what I was saying and just ended up "thanks have a good day" after my order was stolen that THEY gave to the wrong person because they did NOT check. read more

Did Drive through on our way out of factoria - ordered cheese burger no pickles. Also ordered 2 fish fillets for other people in the car. Checked the bag to make sure it was all there. Got on the road (south 405) and grabbed for the burger as we passed Seahawk training facility (AKA VMAC) OMG - My burger was the top bun, the bottom bun with cheese in between - that's it.... no hamburger patty no catsup no mustard... Both fish sandwiches missing the top bun What the hell - that has to be intentionally done... NEVER EVER THIS MacDonalds again... Hey just another McDonald's and the store currently is running drive through and curbside only. The good thing about this is since your ordering through an app you know the order is correct. Today 9:34 am on 11/20/18 I've never met a more rude or slow person working the drive thru aka the "morning crew". She just told me to wait. I had to say hello several times before getting any reply. Then she got my order wrong and was rude to me when I corrected her. The manager always complains about having to help people, too- if you don't use the dumb interactive station he gets all huffy and short with you. Go to Burger King across the street. The managers here are just awful. I come to this location fairly frequently and there always issue with the order. I ordered two large #5 meals asked for a coke and a root beer for the drinks. They hand me mediums even though my meal is a large, I let them know they made a mistake. The managers response "well that's what you paid for". I literally showed the receipt that says Large. The manager still wasn't happy to accommodate it. There is literally no price difference for the soda sizes. Instead of just grabbing two new cups and filling them up. He tells me to pull up to spot 2, 15 mins go by and still no soda. He brings food out for the people that were told to park in spot 1 AFTER I was the one parked there first. I finally go inside and the same manager in the white dress shirt give me attitude for coming to grab my drinks as I can see the drive through has pumped out at least 10 more cars. You shouldn't have these lazy people as managers, I know it's just McDonald's but can still have better management. Not my fault you're going too fast and grabbed the wrong cup. read more

Been through the drive thru twice now. Both times the parking lot has been jam packed and the drive thru line long. However, the drive thru moves quickly, the cashiers get the order right and don't ask me to repeat myself a dozen times, they are friendly and hand out the food quickly. Also, the food has been made fresh and that includes the fries being just tossed out of the fryer and not hard and stale. Best McD's I've found. read more

You know There was a period in my life when I would never have gone to McDonalds Then I had kids and shortly after that McDs improved your food. And got salads that were surprisingly good. I dont know if you have kids but if you've ever been in a hurry and the kids are not fed because of no darn good reason because you must feed them like 15 minutes ago but now you are rushing somewhere you might be in a McHurry. I've been in a McHurry every time I've gone here. And every single time I've gone here they have forgotten something. I'm in such a hurry I don't check. Should I check? Is this all my fault? when you get to any fast food chain the longest you should be waiting is 3minutes. this McDonald's dose not issue reciepts. they don't give out drinks if you just only purchase drinks at window. they make you wait 6 to 10 minutes @ a number for either just drinks or a meal & they do not give you everything you purchase. not to mention the food is cold that is a good safeTy concern and can cause people to be sick you all have a good handlers permit to follow the rules. read more

I had a door dash delivery for a client at 8:30 pm. After waiting for 5 minutes, once ringing the doorbell for delivery drivers. I signaled for assistance, and a woman (who later stated she was the manager) made a signal as if she was driving a car. I assumed that meant she was signaling and asking if I was a delivery driver, I signaled yes.She then ignored me for another 5 minutes and made the same signal again once realizing I was still standing at the door. Instead of coming to the door and letting me know to go through the drive-through; she continued to take other orders and then yelled from across the door to go to the drive-thru. Going through the drive-through took another couple of minutes. This time my client has been waiting longer than 10 minutes for a delivery order and in order for the company (door dash) to know why the order was completed late, I needed the manager's information so that I can have a valid explanation of the incident. The woman refused to let me speak to a manager on duty and she also refused to give me her name. She shut the window. Left, then threatened to call the cops, I waited another 5 minutes so that I could get her name for documentation of this incident. I felt unsafe and threatened. The door dash order was not completed giving me a strike with the company. This was completely unprofessional. Stopped by today for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. Got up to the Pay window and was rudely greeted by a man named Juan. He asked for the money and I had a coupon. He said the coupon was wrong. I reminded him again of my order and he got even more upset. He just seemed extremely bothered and annoyed. He asked me for my money, gave me my change and said nothing else. I waited for my receipt for a second but soon realized I wasn't going to hear another word from him. Now this is what I recommend you do in these following steps which I will outline in extreme detail you can achieve McDonalds Satisfaction Guaranteed Combo (basically this is what I do every time I come to McDonalds) 0. This is the worst McDonald's I've been to! Not because the food was ill-prepared or because the dining area was dirty... but because they lied to my face! Mind you, this was a drive-thru experience AND I only ordered a large fry. After ordering I drive up and pay and in return they gave me french fries but I noticed that the container was that of a medium size. Appalled at the returned exchange of goods I angrily waved to get the drive-thru attendant's attention and told him I was given a medium fry and in response I was told "No, that's a large". At what point in time did the concept of the customer always being right go out the door? Especially when the customer actually IS right! They got rid of the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich, which was my favorite thing on the menu. They replaced it with a really awful version of something with chicken and pickles and not even crispy. As the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich is still on the main menu for all McDonald's, I expect this must be some awful cost-cutting measure to get rid of tomato and lettuce... so sad. read more

We were sitting by the drive thru with cars in front of us, still before it was actually closed, saying it was surprising that they wouldn't take our order. I used to regularly stop by this particular store early on weekends to purchase large breakfast orders for an overnight crew when it had to work overtime. On four different occasions I found that after arriving back at work the order was incomplete, which was problematic when trying to feed every employee equally. Although the food quality was inconsistent, for the most part the employees were friendly. It's just that they don't seem to know how to count. And the thing was, my order NEVER had more food than ordered. Nope. When the order quantity was wrong, it was ALWAYS wrong with less food than I had ordered and paid for. Hmmmmm? After I was shorted on my most recent large order, I wrote the owner a letter explaining what had once again occurred, and expressing my displeasure. Three weeks on.....no reply. On the order pick-up window is a sticker showing the name and telephone number that provides customers with a venue through which they can contact the franchise owner if requisite. Don't believe it. It's simply window-dressing. Mr. Franchise-owner, you got my money without providing all that I had paid for one last time. Never again will I spend a dime at your restaurant. I use to not like this mcdonalds till it got a remodel. Its still a place where disrespectful pre teens and teenagers go after school since the school is right down the road so the noise can become extreamly loud and unplesant (Note to company, never have a mcdonalds right next to a school please). So when it comes to the inside of the place, the look is very nice though i don't really like the high chairs by the main doors. Its hard to sit there and takes up a lot of room. In that small area, there use to be 2x as many seats as there is now. Service use to be terrible but they've improved overtime. I've been going to the drive through lately and thats even improved. The waiting time to get your food is a good average. 4-5 minutes, sometimes even 3 minutes. Food taste better then before. Of all the Mcdonalds in Bellevue, this place has improved the most over the many years. Its rated as 2nd Best Mcdonalds in Bellevue by my standards. But then again the competition isn't fierce because many of the other ones are 2 stars or below and can't even compare to this one. read more

The food is consistent, they're open when we need it, and I've never had these service issues before so 5 stars for me. Consistency is always key and this McDonalds is no exception. They definitely follow the instructionals in Burger University and it shows through. Granted the majority of items we're eating are breakfast foods, we never have fear that a hash brown will taste better or worse at any given day. Drive through has always been accurate. I have yet to experience any negativity from this location for the past ten years. I am usually there to pick up and go or just sit in the dining room for a quick bite to eat before rushing out. I am rarely there during rush hour, so I do not know how busy it can get. The remodel looks good. The worst customer service everyday it's horrible for breakfast. I work down the road come here due to connivence for breakfast. I've been meaning to write a review for a while down - but honestly life happens and I got busy. So today- I come for the same thing I get every week, sausage McMuffin add mayo- never have I been charged for the mayo - Ridiculous. Now instead of this being convenient I have to pull over and add the mayo to the food. Yes agree, not that hard to do. Now this is not Convenient anymore I will be going to Burger King from here on out at least they won't charge me for mail.
