Food was fine, but coffee was wrong. I called the location and first lady I talk to told me there was no drive-through at that location. Mind you I had just driven through the drive-through. Let me start by saying this: if you have to choose between McDonald's and gas station food, go with the gas station. I'm not sure if the phone is disconnected, they just refuse to answer it, or it's simply a dummy line. Either way, no one ever picks up. The orders are almost never correct, and the staff has some of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered. They're confrontational, rude, and act like they're being sentenced to hard labor working there. I've seen inmates with better attitudes. Every single time I've ordered from this location, something has been wrong. The first two times, I let it slide because I understand people get busy and mistakes will happen. The third time, I ordered lunch, and the entire order was wrong. My fries were dry as hell, like they'd been cooked the day before, and the burger made me vomit. I was sick all night I had to leave work. I called for hours that day, then tried again the next day to let them know I got food poisoning after eating there, and still no one answered the phone. This morning, while my mother was in the hospital, I stopped by for breakfast for her and my kids. The biscuit was as hard as a brick. Im not kidding I was able to knock on it and it did t break at all .I tried calling again for hours with no answer. I finally decided to go back to the restaurant with the breakfast sandwich so they could see what I was talking about and to ask for the district manager's contact information. Instead of trying to help, a young cook immediately came over saying, "Uh-uh, I didn't make that." Things quickly escalated into an argument. She repeatedly insisted she would never serve something like that, and I kept asking, "Do you honestly think I went home and baked a rock-hard biscuit just so I could come back here and complain or to talk to you?" It turned into nothing but yelling on both ends and complete unprofessionalism. I will never eat at this location again. I've wasted far too much money on food that was either inedible or made me sick. I'm waiting to speak with the district manager, and I fully intend to escalate this situation. This has gone far beyond a simple mistake,it's become a pattern of poor food quality, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. This for All McDonalds: I just want to start off...if they have a breakfast time that ends at 10:30 am, they shouldn't allow mobile orders for breakfast to work after 10. My bf and i did a mobile order at 10:10. We had to help my father with something before work and wanted McDonald's breakfast. We got to the drive through before 10:30 but we were waiting for a while until someone asked us our code. then we waited behind a truck at the second window. It was 10:40 by the time we got to the window and then we were informed by an employee that we couldn't get our mobile order because we arrived "late" (after the breakfast time). We didn't but okay. Apparently McDonald's won't make your mobile order that you already paid for earlier, unless you are physically at the drive through or at the window. I received a DoorDash order to go to this McDonalds. I pulled up to the restaurant and proceeded to attempt to enter the restaurant. The door was locked, a worker noticed me, and pointed me toward the drive thru. I complied, got back in my car, and tried the drive thru. As I pulled up to speaker, I waited through about 3-5 minutes of radio silence before asking aloud if anyone was there. No response. Another 10 minutes goes by and im frustrated at this point. I called the restaurant online to see if there was a reason and they told me to quote, give them a minute because there was some hold up at the window. (there were no cars in front of me this entire time) so after waiting another 5 minutes, me and the car in the other lane grew impatient and honked, still radio silence. So eventually after 20 minutes of waiting, they get the other cars order and i expect Im next. This did not happen and they proceeded to let the next 4 cars on that side go before me (I have two people behind me as well) so they werent only choosing to ignore me, but the two other people behind me. (They both reversed and changed lines because of this) Overall, this staff needs to grow up and do their jobs, this was simply unacceptably service and I will not be going back to that location ever again. read more
