To the morning crew (~8am) on August 2nd, 2025: THANK YOU!!!! This was one of the MOST pleasant McDonald's I've EVER been in, bar none!! I wish I'd gotten your names. I may not know them, but I'll remember your faces. Really impressed with the service-- something I NEVER thought I'd be talking about at this franchise. Thank you, ladies!!! Hoping for your success! The food was fine! I tried the spicy McMuffin and found that the sauce was overly sweet (hence the star deduction) -- it got to be both boring and "too much" after a few bites, BUT it had a really good heat to it. Try it if you like spicy stuff. The inside of the restaurant was clean, they had easy, good music playing but it wasn't noisy, and there even seemed to be a couple of regulars. Love that! read more

I really expected so much more out of this location. The woman over the drive thru was SO rude, I was taken aback. To be in such a higher end area, I was really astonished that we were treated so poorly. The girl who checked us out at the first window was so sweet and I asked who took our order and she wasn't able to tell us because "They change so much up there at the front." But she apologized for the rude interaction and then stated that she would let the manager know who was there at the time. I gave her the time of the order so she could refer back to it. When we got to the second window, the guy who gave us the order was super friendly and cool as well. We knew it wasn't either one of them who took our order. This interaction happened about a week and a half ago. The food was alright. The fries were good at least, so that was a plus. read more

This used to be the best McDonalds in terms of service. The Manager was great! Now when you walk in there is no cashier and some kind of screen which is hard to work if you want to leave off a condiment. No one is there to help you. Employees walk by like zombies and ignore you. I read all the business magazines and see where McDonalds has a sales decline. I can see why and will not return. read more

I've been to many McDonald's and almost all of them are a real disappointment. Today was my first time at this location and it was great. I ate inside and the staff was very friendly. They were quick and had a smile. As I sat there and ate, there was one particular lady wearing a green neon safety vest and she welcoming people as they came it. We spoke a little and she was great. This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen as well. I wish all of the other McDonald's would be like this one. read more

I went through this drive-through tonight and the rudest person I ever talked to took my order. To start with I sat up the drive-through screen for about five minutes before she even acknowledge that I was there. Then she took my order. It sounded like I was bothering her. And then I get up to the window and there's only one car in front of me. The restaurant was empty. They were not busy. I get up to the window, and instead of an apology for making me wait, the lady tells me I don't have to say hello when I get to the speaker. I didn't say hello until I'd been waiting at the speaker for about five minutes. When I worked at McDonald's, in high school, we were always told that if we were busy and couldn't take an order, we should greet the customer and let them know it would be just a moment. She handed me my food and closed her window and not even thank you. It was basically her way of saying screw you, I don't give an F---. Who's training these people? Why are these people even hired. Is McDonald's so hard up for employees that they'll hire anybody and let them do whatever they want? What happened to training and Customer Service This lady needs to be retrained or just let go. read more

I was pleasantly surprised how my experience at this McDonalds went. I ordered a cookie tote through the drive through (13 chocolate chip cookies for under $5) and both of the ladies working the drive thru were very kind and polite. I hesitantly got in a the long drive thru line but it moved extremely fast. Efficient and nice place! read more

Was over on this side of town, and decided to stop by for a quick drink. I downloaded their app, and placed an order for two drinks. Once we arrived, we drove to drive through and said we had a mobile order. Payment was processed through the app, so the only exchange with the employees was with the drinks. They didn't have lemons to go with my tea, but oh well. The real danger is entering/exiting this place! Not easy if you're on the other side of 280! read more

This was your typical McDonald's experience. The staff were friendly. We used the mobile app, but went through the drive through as it it faster to do that than wait in the curbside parking area. Our order was something simple - two of the $1 any size drinks. They were correct - something not every McDonalds gets correct - but they were out of lemons for my wife's tea. We paid through the app, but they still always ask for payment until we tell them we did it through the app. You would think it would show up on their screen as payment already received, but it never does. Overall, a decent experience. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're parched and in need of a quick drink. Especially with their app that has deals on it every day that make it more tempting. read more

This might be a bit of a strange review but I felt the need to leave it out of gratitude! My boyfriend and I often stop at this McDonald's in the morning for breakfast and the staff is always exceedingly friendly. About a month ago, my boyfriend was having a panic attack in a parking lot a few miles away while I was in a store, and when I came out a young woman with a mask was helping him get through it. We normally don't stop at this McDonald's at night, but recently we did and I didn't realize until afterwards that the woman in the drive-thru was the same one who helped him during his panic attack. I'm not sure if the workers read the reviews but I just wanted to say THANK YOU as I never fully got the chance to express how much it meant to me and how much it helped him in that moment. read more

Never in my wildest dreams did I think a meal for one could cost nearly $9 at this McDonald's drive thru tonight. I ordered a single Bacon BBQ cheeseburger, small fries, and a large diet coke. The cashier said $8.79. When I got to the window, I questioned if that was for a combo. She said "no, I ordered a la carte due to sm fry and lge drink." Now, don't you think common sense would've told her it is a combo anyway? The price for a combo with lge fry and med drink was $6.69, but I paid $2 more for less. When i got my meal, I opened the sack. The fries were room temperature. I ate a couple on way home. I opened hamburger at home. It wasnt much bigger than a reg cheeseburger. It was missing the onion rings and not hot. Both went in microwave. Yuck! The only thing good was the diet coke. Talk about a waste of money!! At McDonald's of all places!! Never again!! Geez Yelp. It's time to announce a ZERO rating. Surely this does not surprise you. I'll admit, I'm not big on fast food drive through. Tonight I had the most disturbing experience in customer service. I've always had, until this point, a good experience with this chain. Granted, teenagers and their attitude aside, I've not had a problem. Tonight, the truck with a couple in front of me, myself, and the car behind me were told to pull aside. As we sat for 15 minutes or more, I counted 5 cars behind us leave. (I should add here that I only ordered a cheeseburger and Coke). When I FINALLY received my order, it was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Ok, we all know what we get when we eat at McDonalds. But do yourself a favor and avoid this one. It's dirty. sticky, and poorly managed but the worst part is the staff. Yelling at each other and even at customers. Certain customers who clearly did not purchase a drink are allowed to grab a cup and help themselves to the soda fountain. I witnessed this happen multiple times and it didn't appear to be an isolated issue. They have a real staff problem here. read more

Definitely not my favorite location of the chain. I have gone several times in the past month, and staff is consistently rude. It doesn't even seem to be any particular employee; the folks who work here just seem to be in much worse moods than any of the other local fast food chains. Maybe the manager is especially nasty to the employees or they make them work crazy hours because it's a 24 hour location. I haven't had any trouble with the quality of the food or forgotten sauces though. Seems to be fairly average for fast food fare, and compares well with other local McDonald's locations. Incompetent window workers, will have you pull up into a Drive-Thru spot to wait for a single drink and then bring you the wrong drink. Then have you wait twice as long for the correct drink. My order total was $1.10 a singular drink and the workers got overwhelmed. Couldn't imagine ordering more than a single item, would probably cause them to catch the building on fire. read more

My fiance went here on the way home last night to pick up a quick dinner for us. We got 2 big mac's. He got home and the first big mac didnt have a top bun! And the second one didnt have ANY meat on it and was DRENCHED in mac sauce so that we couldn't tell until we took a few bites. This is not something that could've been accidental. They did this on purpose just to be rude and ruined our dinner. McDonalds is not an expensive chain. They brought my order to my table, asked how everything was while eating, and even was able to give me two dollars worth of quarters when I needed change for air tire pressure at the nearest gas station. In the evening and especially late night the staff here is rude and could care less about the customers. It is a game of chance as to whether or not you will get your food made right or even the right order. The morning staff is this location's only saving grace, they are great. The overnight people are extremely rude. There are two ladies that i normally have who are ridiculously amazing in the customer service department... but when they are off- especially together- the customer service is out the window. When we finally asked about our food they said they forgot and then only gave half of it and when asked for the rest they got an attitude.
