Manager Brandon is super rude and unprofessional. I was accused of not paying my order through the drive-thru in front of other customers, yet I provided a receipt. After that I waited to be helped as everyone was pushing orders out. As I provided proof of payment I was still not attended like a paying customer. Brandon (Manager) took what seemed store/employee error out on me the paying customer. Without explaining to me what was going on he approached the situation completely unprofessional. He was upset at the fact that I wanted my original recipient and attempted to kick me out of the store. I agreed upon receiving my original receipt encase something funny showed up on my credit card. I do not recommend you visit this store especially if you are visiting this state and passing through. First horrible encounter in South Carolina. read more

I have been a loyal customer of your stores for the past 15 years, I have time and again received great service at McDonald's across the United States but to my surprise, on the date of 7th of June, 2019 approximately 1545hrs, I witness mind shocking service at the Bishopville, SC location. . I was very disappoint by the actions of an older white female worker wearing what appeared to be a blue shirt (possible supervisor.) While I was in the lobby I heard her yelling to a black female whom was making sandwiches to be quite!!!! I was appalled at such behavior. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated in sight and sound of customers. Your company has been known to provide good services, from my experience until today and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. read more

Went through the drive through at about 230 in the afternoon, no one else in line. order a big mac meal large and a quarter pounder meal large for my boys. I live local so I knew I'd have to pull up even if no one was behind me. The lady at the window hands me my drinks and asks me to pull up. I do. Roughly five min go by and she brings my food out. I check it and my fries are barely a medium in a large container. I normally would just deal with it but after spending $22.00 on two fast food meals I decided it wasn't ok. i park and I go in and wait for the man to finish taking someone else's order and he asks me what's wrong. I told him "is this really a large fry?" and showed him the container. He says no, and that he'll drop some fresh and get me two more. I wait. he hands me one order of fry in a bag frustrated and tired having been without power and frozen water lines for the last three days due to the Christmas storm that passed through I accept and thank him. I grab the original bag and the new bag and head to the door. Within three steps the bottom of the bag falls out and most of my fries are on the floor. I salvage what didn't hit the floor and clean the rest up all employees just watched me. I was embarrassed and frustrated. another customer helped me with the rest and I took what I salvaged and left. None of this would have happen if they had just served the proper portion I paid for to begin with. its really not hard to just do your job. I want rude. I wasn't aggressive. I didnt take my terrible weekend out on the employees. i just wanted what I paid for. read more

But we decided to go ahead and try this one since the reviews, while not *great*, were not terrible either - nothing like the reviews from the McDonald's in Dillon - eesh. And it paid off! So my husband and I went there yesterday, the first day the lobby has been open since the renovation well..... they have a completely new restaurant but they need a new staff to match it. The lady who took out order not only had an attitude but she also got our order wrong and was nasty about it. They did fix our order but a few hours later my husband had food poisoning...
