This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. The woman taking my order had no idea what came on the Southwest Chicken Salad and we had to ask her to repeat the ingredients twice while she still failed to mention that there was cheese on the salad, which I'm allergic too, then when we get to the window to pay she dropped our change then just shrugged and looked at us like "not my problem." She also failed to mention that there was an additional charge for extra salad dressing. When we got to the second window they told us we had to wait for our salad (??????) and when we asked how long it should take she shrugged and said "I don't know." Just got back home with my kids after an awful experience. So awful I even made an account on here just to write a review. There's this older woman that goes by Nikki I believe, and man oh man. This woman is the worst! I'm from Blythe and everyone talks about this woman so much that she has a nickname, Nikki the b***y. Well today was the worst to the point that there were employees crying while taking orders. The cashier took my order wrong and while explaining to her about my order, Nikki comes up and tells her how stupid she must be to mess my order up. The young girl had tears coming out her eyes. I felt so bad. My son also told me that his friends post snaps chats of how she yells at the employees and calls them names. This is my last time here. Took 30 minutes to get our food and all we ordered was chicken tenders and 3 fries. Once the food came it was gross. If you're on a road trip save your time and stop at another McDonald's or go somewhere else. Update: 4 out of 5 of us were sick shortly after eating here. read more

A very large parking lot, and very busy most of the time from all the surrounding shops. The tables and chairs are decent and plenty of them. The food is the same as the other locations.. which means they're consistent in their chain. A good thing! They also have chocolate dipped vanilla cones... which some locations don't have. Someone call the health department! No running water in the bathroom. Garbage all over the bathroom. It's only 9 o'clock in the morning! The young man who waited on me at the counter was cold. I told him the order was to go. He handed my food to me on a tray. He obviously wasn't paying attention. I had to ask for a bag. He didn't apologize. Right next to the front door was garbage strewn all over the sidewalk. A staff member just walked by and didn't address the matter of the food and garbage laying everywhere. His failure to address the issue jeopardized the safety of anyone who would walk through that area, could result in a slip or trip. A MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

Don't use the drive thru! Warned me they only took cash, no problem. If they had warned me about the wait I'd have backed out. With 4 cars ahead of me it took 25 minutes to make it to the window. The worst. Visited on a Sunday night at 11pm and they were pretty slow. They messed up our (very simple) order and seemed very irritated when we asked for the items we didn't receive. I stopped because I have a 2 and 4 year old who were sick of sitting in their car seats for the past 3 hours and I saw the huge play structure. If you have kids who need to get outta the car and play then its alright for that. But the food was no good, the buns were hard, the fries were old, the iced tea looked creamy and tasted funny....ugghhh....and there were flies everywhere! McDonald's has one great constant - consistency . I have frequented them for years. Do yourself a favor, keep driving past the McDonald's in Blythe. To say they have bad management would be wrong. They have NO management. Over 20 minutes for a simple order while staff is in total chaos. "I need your code" was a frequent yell from counter people who couldn't complete a transaction without the managers help. Why 15-20 people stood waiting for their orders while 8-10 people shuffled behind the counter producing nothing is a mystery. Again, I'm a big Mcdonald's fan but this experience was truly shocking. When first entering it seems like a nicer McDonald's upon ordering, the manager Tyler saw a friend and stopped taking the order to go talk to him, when the rest of the employees saw him talking to this guy they all went over to talk to him. Another employee had to finish taking the payment. We sat down to eat our food when all i could hear was laughing, i saw an employee up front on her phone another employee working in the back wearing a non work related shirt. My entire meal i heard all of the employees. As someone who runs a business i have to say this is the crappiest McDonald's i have been to in a long time. Maybe you should stop having children run your stores. read more

They take forever to bring your order out and then ask you to pull forward and that they'll bring your food and they still manage to mess that up too. Had to wait about 15 min for an easy order. Went there yesterday about 6PM. I stop here as a half way mark from S Cal to Phoenix. One person taking orders while he was trying to bag orders, get drinks. Get about 15 miles a way only to find Sausage McMuffin with egg is no where in the back. Hash brown was soggy as well. Obviously being that far away I had no intention of going back to fix.. Worst McDonalds I have ever stopped at. Ordered hamburger with side salad. Received dried burger in salad container by its self. Took it back and side salad they gave me was half frozen and quarter pounder was overcooked and dried out. Maybe cooked day before? Threw salad away and ate about 3 bites of hamburger. Really bad service. Slow paste, they have you waiting in line for a very long time, they mess up on orders very often. I ordered 3 sundaes and a regular sized m@m mcflurry... when I pulled up to the window they told me to pull up to the side to receive my order, the lady gives me the tray with just the three sundaes, walks off and I had to go inside to get my mcflurry I had ordered, I go inside and tell them that they forgot it, I clearly told them that it was a REGULAR size m@m mcflurry and they ended up giving me a snack size mcflurry.... read more
