Passing through Blythe and decided to stop at McDonalds to use the restroom and get a quick bite. Within a few hours of eating, I got incredibly sick. 3 days later, I'm still hugging a toilet. There are some serious issues with this place and needs to be investigated. Ruined my entire trip because of this meal and I'm out over a thousand dollars because I couldn't get a refund on my itinerary with such short notice. I've had to sit in my hotel room the entire trip in addition to also loosing all my vacation days. What a waste!!! read more

Horrible. I drive through the area regularly traveling to Phoenix all of the time. The bathrooms were open with NO RUNNING WATER. Ordered two kids meals and a two cheeseburger meal. An extra cheeseburger and another cheeseburger with no pickle, a large fry and a coke. Got three spicy chicken sandwiches, a medium fry and the kids meals. Was told they have no sodas so we could have sweet tea. Got to the window and they couldn't even deliver that. We waited past the drive thru window for between 5-10 minutes because THEY COULDN'T GET US OUR DRINKS and we needed to wait. We finally left with no drinks and apparently someone else's order. Got refreshments at the run down gas station next door instead. read more

I was surprised to see a McDonald's with such low ratings but when we went there today I ordered two or three different coffee drinks that were not available for some reason and every time I ordered something different, couldn't be made or was not available. I finally just took something just to get my order. They really really need to concentrate on getting items available. I thought my original review over and added another star because actually they're very friendly and at least I guess they try. May give them another chance. read more

Very high traffic so no one has any idea what they're doing or what's going on. Flies EVERYWHERE. No ketchup unless you ask for packets (and she gave me 3 packets). "Locals" hang out around here. The food wasn't bad and tasted fresh but the amount flies made me a little nervous about what's really going on back in the kitchen. I would like to give this establishment a better review. It's pretty clean, has clean restrooms and has pretty good service. I go there often as I work at the nearby prison and have a crash pad down the street. However, there are a few issues: Lots of loud, rowdy elementary and Junior High kids, many who buy nothing and steal soda from the fountain inhabit the booths on the south side of the restaurant. The staff does nothing to remove them. On the north side of the restaurant, the homeless hang out along the windows, both inside and outside. Many are obvious addicts and beg for money. I have seen as many as 20 in the parking lot at once. Again, nothing is done. The place is kept clean, and I love that. What I don't love is the cashier who is working a mop or broom and then takes my order and does not wash hands before handling food (making ice cream cone, for instance). When I ask for the hand washing, the staff member usually disappears into the back for at least 2 minutes. No hand washing station up front. read more

The food and service was pretty good, except they didnt place any straws or napkins in our bags. It appears as if they are remodeling the restaurant in a contemproary style; not bad. The parking lot was large and clean. The bad to this review was their bathrooms. They stunk so bad it was enough to make you gag. I had to hold my breath. The water faucets didnt work in the men's room. There were no paper towels in either bathroom. Overall, ehhh...so so. read more

We ordered 4 sausage muffins with egg in the drive thru. We found that 2 of those were inedible due to egg shell embedded in the eggs. I'm not talking one or two little pieces. It made me spit it out it was so crunchy! Disgusting! It's like the cook just smashed the egg and scrambled it shell and all. We called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who seemed to be genuinely sorry but we won't be back. That cook should be fired! read more

From June 1st thru sept15th,2014 while working For Linlines (by the way don't use linlines either) I would stop here between 4 and 5 a.m. for breakfast and once in awhile for a lunch everyday, this location is always crawling with lowlifes, crumb-bums & scumbags the breakfast is are okay but sometimes they f****** and it's not hot, the rest of the menu is typical McDonald's b*******and having all the crumbs and low-lifes hanging around doesn't make it a pleasant dining experience! read more

We stopped her on a Thursday before noon and the following Sunday, just off I-10, for a quick pit stop of restroom, drink and a bit of food. Both times a young man named Franklin was behind the counter. He was likely the best McDonald's employee I've ever seen; genuinely friendly, quick and efficient. As I waited for our order I watched and saw he was that way with every single person who walked in the door. I never have high expectations at any McDonald's, but this one rates 5 stars just because of Franklin's great attitude. (The food was as mediocre as it is at any McDonald's.) Often a restaurant experience, even a fast food one, is more about the employee's attitude than about the actual food. read more

I went through the drive-through at 11:00 a.m. I ordered a Sr. coffee and two sausage McMuffins. I was told "We are only serving lunch now." I have tried McDonald's Big Macs twice in the last 30 years so I just took the coffee. The coffee came the wrong size and filed so full it bubbled out the top vent and burned my leg. O.K, so stuff happens. Later that night, when I went to get another cup of coffee to keep me awake on my 300 mile return trip, I made the mistake of buying a big Mac. This one far surpassed the previous ones I have tried in the purely "YUK" factor. The previous hamburgers were dry and tasteless. For this one, they had attempted to juice it up by taking a big scoop of chopped lettuce with some chopped onion, mixing it up with WAY too much elderly tasting mayonnaise, then slopping a big scoop on top of the meat. YUK! If McDonald's is having financial problems, I seriously recommend sending their personnel to any other restaurant to learn how to make a hamburger. As for me, I will not be back for either coffee or food. read more

Unsanitary place!!! I went to this McDonald's to eat & also use the restroom. There was not toilet seat covers only in one, the rest did not have any. Then a worker came out of one, then I asked her "you guys ran out of toilet seat covers" she said "we ran out, just use toilet tissue" what the hell!! Do not come here,nasty & disgusting. read more

I came here for a stop on the way to Arizona, and this location is very spaced out inside and looks trendy as far as the set up. Going into the bathroom area, is a complete horror. Most people come here for stops when traveling in between cities or states and now that I have been here atleast 3 times, I can safely say that their bathrooms are nasty and do not work. The toilets never flush and the smell is so pungent that I nearly threw up. Even when the restaurant isn't busy it seems no one wants to do their job and fix the bathroom issues. There is also no working hand dryers and paper towels are never installed so there is no way to dry your hands. They occasionally do take the time to block off a stall in the bathroom but never bother to fix it. I had a horrible time. If you get lucky there will be maybe one working toilet for you if you come here so I dont recommend it. read more

This McDonalds was rude, slow, and got my order wrong. They repeatedly asked me and my friends what our order was when we made it VERY CLEAR, and still managed to give me the wrong meat on my McMuffin. It took 20 minutes for a plain burger and a fry to come, and they served people who had ordered after us before giving us that simple meal. Would not come again, thank you very much. Just doable. Had a sausage egg mcmuffin. Disappointing sausage egg McMuffin! Looked like quality control issue. Overall, it didn't seem fresh and the muffin itself looked smaller than normal. We were on a road trip so probably won't have a need to stop here again. Really surprising as McDonald's is usually consistent in its product. read more

I have always liked this McDonalds as a great stop off between Phoenix & LA. My kiddos are able to get out pent up energy by playing in the play area. The workers here were all polite & had smiles for me and my family. I love the new store. It was a much needed upgrade and looks great. read more

Just got back home with my kids after an awful experience. So awful I even made an account on here just to write a review. There's this older woman that goes by Nikki I believe, and man oh man. This woman is the worst! I'm from Blythe and everyone talks about this woman so much that she has a nickname, Nikki the b***y. Well today was the worst to the point that there were employees crying while taking orders. The cashier took my order wrong and while explaining to her about my order, Nikki comes up and tells her how stupid she must be to mess my order up. The young girl had tears coming out her eyes. I felt so bad. My son also told me that his friends post snaps chats of how she yells at the employees and calls them names. This is my last time here. Traveling during a major holiday; I wish I read the reviews first! Women's restroom wait was 10+ long because 2 of 4 stalls were out of order. Hamburger was luke warm. Fries were half full. This Micky-D's is in a REAL rough neighborhood, with numerous unsavories (like Hamburglar isn't enough to contend with!) hovering about. To compound things, there were three buses full o' tourists in the lot when we arrived. Better off stopping in Quartzsite, about twenty minutes down the way. read more

The nicest McDonalds I've ever been in. A young staff member opened the door for us as we walked in and greeted us with a nice smile and hello. The staff members taking orders were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The seating area was clean and modern - a nice surprise for a side-of-the-highway fast food joint. The play area was extremely clean and their staff checked it frequently for messes. In fact, I was blown away that despite having mostly teenagers working there, they kept themselves entirely busy and were very professional and proactive in taking care of their customers. I'll definitely return to this McDonalds next time I'm on a road trip. read more

I look for three things from McDonalds: decent food, fast service and clean restrooms. Food: The wilted greens in my salad should have been thrown out days earlier. Strike One. Service: The counter and kitchen workers should be moving at 55 mph at a McDonalds. This group seemed to be stuck on 25 mph despite a large crowd expressing frustration at the wait. Strike Two. Restroom: It was filthy and graffiti-scarred. It was so bad that it only earns Strike Three but an ejection from the game for shouting obscenities at the fans. Stay away. read more

A very large parking lot, and very busy most of the time from all the surrounding shops. The tables and chairs are decent and plenty of them. The food is the same as the other locations.. which means they're consistent in their chain. A good thing! They also have chocolate dipped vanilla cones... which some locations don't have. Took 30 minutes to get our food and all we ordered was chicken tenders and 3 fries. Once the food came it was gross. If you're on a road trip save your time and stop at another McDonald's or go somewhere else. Update: 4 out of 5 of us were sick shortly after eating here. read more

This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. The woman taking my order had no idea what came on the Southwest Chicken Salad and we had to ask her to repeat the ingredients twice while she still failed to mention that there was cheese on the salad, which I'm allergic too, then when we get to the window to pay she dropped our change then just shrugged and looked at us like "not my problem." She also failed to mention that there was an additional charge for extra salad dressing. When we got to the second window they told us we had to wait for our salad (??????) and when we asked how long it should take she shrugged and said "I don't know." I have never been to such a horrible McDonald's ever! It took them 20min to take our order and no one was in front of us!!!! The didn't have lids or straws for cups! They were all out of chicken and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting!
